The development and construction of the university informationization has become the important means for universities to improve their management level and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.Combining with the situation of our school, Researching an overall construction scheme of the Digital Campus System with a high level of intelligentized management and based on URP (University Resource Planning) is proposed. It focuses on researching these two aspects: the overall framework of this system and the campuss Integrated information portal. So as to achieve the greatest degree of sharing the information and resources, realize the real integration of the information technology and curriculum and promote the change from the traditional teaching methods to the new ones, as well as realizing the purpose of improving the quality of teaching, scientific research and management .

The aim of this study was to test the extent to which the Six Thinking Hats strategies were used in the teaching process by the faculty members of the University of Applied Sciences, rather than using traditional teaching methods that rely on providing students with theoretical knowledge and teaching. The most important results were as follows: 1. The use of the six thinking caps strategies by faculty members at the University of Applied Sciences in general was high, except for the black thinking hat which came at a low level. Hussein performance at the University of Applied Sciences in general was at a high level. 3. The results of the study showed that there is no statistically significant relationship between the use of six thinking hats strategies (white hat, red hat, black hat, yellow hat, green hat, blue hat) in teaching to improve the quality of the performance of faculty members, The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of performance of faculty members at the University of Special Applied Sciences due to the demographic variables (gender, marital status, age, gender, Scientific degree and practical experience). The study also made recommendations that shed light on modern methods of education and creative and critical thinking of students rather than conservation and indoctrination.

In order to adapt the requirements for the education of targeted highly qualified talents in the 21st century, it is necessary to develop students ' ability to think scientifically and innovate in teaching. Chemistry is based on experiments, and experiments play an important role in the search for knowledge, mastering the methods of studying science, experiencing the learning process, and developing students ' ability to think scientifically. In this paper, we have described the importance of scientific thinking methods in teaching at the University. How to cultivate students ' methods of scientific thinking, mainly introduced the course of inorganic and analytical chemistry. Stimulate students 'interest in learning, train students' scientific thinking, and make students master the methods of scientific experimentation and the learning experience process by reforming traditional teaching methods and content can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of students learning.

In undergraduate engineering courses, fluid mechanics is regarded as a challenging subject. This is particularly the case for students who do not possess a strong mathematical background. This chapter reviews the issues related to the teaching of fluid mechanics with an emphasis on how e-technology can enhance student learning. It uses the data of 462 students studying the second year engineering course at the University of Western Sydney (UWS) in Australia. The UWS fluid mechanics course, in its past ten years, has undergone significant changes in its content and delivery. It has been found that teaching based on a “student-centered approach” is more effective in teaching fluid mechanics than a “lecturer-centered approach.” Further enhancements are proposed in UWS through a blended learning approach involving both e-technology and traditional teaching methods to teach fluid mechanics. The method can also be adapted to other universities.

The article assesses the quality of educational services of the University on the example of fgbou VO “KubSTU”. The concepts of quality of education and educational services are considered, which determine the main components of quality of education, consisting of four parameters: the object of receiving services, the subject of providing services, the process of providing services, the degree of customer satisfaction. Based on these components, the analysis of the quality of education “Kuban state University”, in which was investigated the following categories: number of students enrolled in the University, average grade of students enrolled in College on a budget, the number of educational programs, quality workforce, research and innovation activities, the level of satisfaction of employers with graduates. Based on the analysis of the main indicators characterizing the quality of educational services, it is concluded that quality management in “KubSTU” is effective and provides a high level of training of graduates, and to achieve modern quality of educational services of the University it is necessary to improve the quality system of education at all levels of management of higher education institutions.

The article presents the impact of emotions on teaching children foreign languages. To this end, the results of a research project carried out under the auspices of the Institute of German Philology at the University of Silesia in Katowice are discussed. The project consisted in providing language courses at three kindergartens and one primary school. During those courses, German was taught as a foreign language using the storytelling approach. The project results led to the conclusion that, unlike traditional teaching methods, which are based on very limited input and intensive imitation, the teaching method used creates much more favourable conditions for the activation of innate language acquiring processes and takes the level of the children’s cognitive development into account to a larger degree. The objectives of the evaluation were – among other things – to determine how the storytelling approach affects children’s attitudes to a foreign language, whether it arouses their internal motivation for acquiring a foreign language, whether it contributes to building their confidence, and whether it stimulates their imagination and creativity.

This paper reports the findings of assessing the quality of services offered at an academic library in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Using the quantitative approach, 31 criteria of updated LibQual model were considered in this research. Data collected in this study include online survey of 386 students from different courses and majors in the university. Research findings indicate that students were satisfied with all library services at a high level. The findings also reveal that there were 4 groups of factors influencing students’ satisfaction. They were Service Affect, Information Control, Library as a Place and Copyright. Of the four influential factors, Service Affect was identified as the strong factor while Information Controll was found to be the minor. Some implications for administrators and librarians are also provided with particular regard to the assessment of the quality of library services.

Traditional teaching aids lose their relevance in connection with the introduction of a competence approach, therefore, it is necessary to introduce such manuals that will allow students to retain their mobility and productivity without losing the quality of teaching. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the identification of the features of the development of qualitatively new electronic teaching aids in the university. The purpose of the research: identification of features of the development of an electronic textbook in the formation of professional competencies of students. For this purpose we have singled out the definition of the term “electronic publication”. The problems associated with the development and implementation of electronic textbooks have been identified. The principles of creating electronic materials have been singled out, which is part of the structure and composition of the electronic textbook, as well as the experiments carried out by us, demonstrating, firstly, the need to use information technology in education, and secondly the informativeness and effectiveness of the electronic textbook. One of the main recommendations for the creation of an electronic textbook is the need to provide the teacher with an adequate individual perception, understanding of the teaching material by students. It is necessary to timely eliminate errors, as well as update data: a glossary, practical tasks and text textbooks.

The article is based on the results of joint project between the University of Southern Denmark, Denmark, Southern Federal University, Russia and University of Østfold, Norway, “Cooperation active student learning, NCM-RU-2015/10060”, an international educational project aimed at intercultural skills development on the basis of a specific discipline “Innovation Management” at higher education level. Project training simulates real professional research situations in order to solve complex tasks. At the final stage of the project a student satisfaction survey was conducted in order to obtain some information about strengths and weaknesses of the present project. Our customized student feedback survey requires Danish, Norwegian and Russian students who have participated in the project to make an overall statement about their satisfaction with the participation in the project. Students’ satisfaction is a multidimensional process which is influenced by different factors, so survey respondents were asked to rate aspects of their educational, research and communication experience, from skill development and personal growth to quality of curriculum and instruction. Determining which features of the student experience in international teamwork are most closely related to satisfaction may provide information about actions that can be taken to maintain high level of project planning and implementation in the future.
