Displacement control unit is an important part of hydraulic system for screw distributor. By adjusting the angle of swashplate, it can change the flow rate of pump and rotating speed of screw distributor. The rotating speed of screw distributor has influence on quality of road. The mathematical model of displacement control unit is presented. Its dynamical characteristics are analyzed. The mathematical model includes a reset spring gradient. The reset spring gradient is much smaller than the hydraulic spring rate, the effect of the reset spring gradient can be neglected. So an inertial element can be substituted by an integration element.

The hydraulic system of screw distributor plays an important role in asphalt paver. It belongs to the speed-regulating system of pump controlled motor. The motor speed and direction of rotation can be controlled by variable delivery pump. Thus the transferring speed of bituminous mixture can be adjusted. The mathematical model of the system is presented, and dynamical characteristics are analyzed. Simulation results indicate that the system is suitable to screw distributor and has high operating efficiency. By changing the angle of swashplate, the rotating speed of motor can be adjusted proportionally. The undamped natural frequency of the system is lower for two reasons. One reason is only one line controlled by the trapped oil spring rate. The other reason is larger volume of pump.

In order to solve the poor pelleting quality of Agropyron seeds, this paper designs a novel pelleting experimental platform. A regression mathematical model of pelleting qualified rate and single seed rate was established and analysed by variance. The results showed that vibration had significant effect on pelleting quality. The order of influence is as follows: rotating speed>vibration frequency> tilt angle of coater. When the speed is 41.7 r/min, the vibration frequency is 20.28 Hz, and the tilt angle is 34.89 °, the pelleting qualified rate and the single seed rate are the highest, 83.1% and 94.9% respectively

In order to improve the power quality problems caused by electric vehicle charging equipment, this paper put forward the research on Application of Unified Power Quality Controller (UPQC) in the charging field. Based on the mathematical model of UPQC, current control unit with state feedback single loop PI controller and voltage control unit based on dual PI loop controller are designed. Based on the mathematical model, the design reference parameters are derived. Finally, a UPQC prototype is developed and experiment is carried out, results show that UPQC has good application prospect in the field of electric vehicle charging.

It is considered the complex of operations of the technological process for the heat treatment of steel 95X18-Sh, as a result of which the material of the samples increases the hardness to 59...61 HRC, and also improves the physical and mechanical properties. A full-scale full factorial experiment of face milling of samples was carried out using the method of mathematical planning. In the experiments, a high-precision machine and a carbide cutting tool were used. To calculate the values of the roughness function, the following are taken as independent variables: cutting speed, feed per tooth and depth of cut. In order to determine the coefficients of the linear equation, a central compositional orthogonal plan of the second order for three factors was used. A matrix of levels of variation of independent variable factors and a matrix of experiment planning were compiled. A regression analysis of the obtained experimental statistical data was carried out using the Microsoft Excel, Statistica and Wolfram Alpha programs. As a result of the calculations, a mathematical model of the roughness of the machined surface and optimal cutting conditions were determined.

As part of the development of monitoring systems for the operation of technical objects, the problem of improving the quality of monitoring systems for the loaded state is considered. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the structure and its loading, a methodology for the selection of measuring instruments was developed. The urgency of the problem of calculating substantiation of the choice of key points of the structure is shown, at which it is possible to measure deformations for the subsequent restoration of the existing loads with maximum accuracy. An approach based on the envelope method for determining the rational composition of measuring instruments for restoring the loads acting on the structure is stated.

It is hoped this analysis will help the management to withdraw the customer so that the customer can buy the products that are sold in Heaven Store. After calculation of the mathematical model by referring to the calculation of the mathematical model DEA CRS, obtained the efficiency 0.8479688 on the fifth branch Heaven Store, then after an improvement in input and output according to the reference fixes the target model of DEA CRS, then the value of the relative efficiency DMU 5 can be increased from 0.8479688 (inefficient) to 1.000000 (efficient). Keywords: Data Envelopment Analysis, customer satisfaction, efficiency

Now we are in the era of ubiquitous computing. Internet of things (IoT) is getting matured in various parts of the world. In coming few years' billions and trillions of things will be connected to the internet. To deal with these huge number of devices in a network we need to consider Quality of Service (QoS)parameters so that system operations can be performed in a smoother way. Mathematical modelling of these QoS parameters gives an idea about which factors are needs to consider while designing any IoT-enabled system at the same time it will give the performance analysis of the system before implementation. In this paper comprehensive literature survey is done to discuss various issues related to QoS and gap analysis is also done for IoT Enabled systems. This paper proposes general steps to build a mathematical model for a system. It also proposes the mathematical model for QoS parameters like reliability, communication complexities, latency and aggregation of data for IoT. To support proposed mathematical model proof of concept also given.

A mathematical model is created, and the algorithm is designed according to the fuzzy clustering. The main indices of the soy sauce samples are detected, and the data are analyzed using fuzzy clustering. As a result, many classes including different soy sauce sample can be obtained, and the quality within the same class is similar. The mathematical model and algorithm provide a method to identification the soy sauce. And in the others, it provides a new method to evaluate the quality of the soy sauce.

To solve the problems that general proportional valve can’t meet the requirements of high precision control, the paper describes the generation mechanism of kinetic energy in the accurate spool displacement control system of the small flow rate proportional valve. The mechanism of kinetic energy and displacement control of spool under disturbance are discussed quantitatively. Based on DSP and the mathematical model established, the digital state observer feedback control system is designed. The experiment shows that the system can restrain disturbance effectively, and the control accuracy of spool displacement is high, which is up to the level of 5μm.
