This paper conducts a study on some problems on the reform of incentive system for star hotel employees against the background of IT application. It emphasizes the importance of incentive mechanism for star hotel employees against the background through empirical analysis and discusses how to provide incentives to employees of star hotels so as to strengthen their awareness and quality and initiatively integrate themselves into the hotel. Moreover, this paper tries to find out an incentive mechanism fit for employees of star hotels to provide a reference for senior management of star hotels. With the advent of knowledge-based economy and the acceleration of global integration, competition between hotels are, more often than not, manifested by competitions in managerial talents. As salary system plays a decisive role in attracting and retaining talents, stimulating people’s innovative ability, and raising core competitiveness and securing sustainable development, a scientific and rational salary system has already become an important strategic prerequisite for successful corporate management. Therefore, seeking and building up a modern salary system to foster an effective incentive and restraining mechanism is not only a core issue in theories on modern business management, but also has become an urgent task of vital importance in the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises. However, currently, the lack of an effective salary management system has resulted in the sharp decline in salary attraction. As a matter of fact, though a great number of senior hotel managerial staff has realized the salary administration’s importance to the development of hotels, most of them fail to find out a feasible strategy in this aspect. As a result, they fail to uphold the tenet of “people first” for the benefit of employees. In other words, their degree of cognition over the importance of salary administration is not downright enough, not do they have a right cognizant idea for the proper place of salary administration. In recent years, there have been a serious drain and the high mobility ratio of employees, which have become a big headache that persecutes hotel managerial staff. In this sense, how to build up an objective and rational salary administration system to raise employees’ master consciousness and quality and for them to integrate themselves into the hotel has become a challenge in china’s hotel industry which demands prompt solutions.

The development of an enterprise is inseparable from enterprise management, which can set a clear direction for the enterprise, stimulate the potential of the enterprise, improve the competitiveness of products, and increase the performance of the enterprise, and finally achieve the goal of the enterprise. Leaders play a decisive role in corporate management. Leaders play an important role in unified command and decision-making in corporate management, guiding the direction of corporate development and advancement, and escorting companies in the fierce market competition. This article explores and studies the effectiveness of leaders in business management. The purpose is to enable modern business leaders to have good political, knowledge, ability, and psychological qualities, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of leadership through the joint efforts of society and themselves. To make a greater contribution to the development of the enterprise.

Because the enterprise management incentive mechanism operates in the complexity and nonlinearity of the enterprise system, its life evolution process is full of uncertainty and chaos. The theory of management entropy and management dissipative structure reveals two trends in the development of corporate organizational structure and incentive mechanism. Through the analysis of information asymmetry in corporate activities, we can know that information asymmetry absolutely exists. In order to weaken the information asymmetry, the enterprise must design an effective management system to make the company management more systematic. Based on the analysis of the basic theories of management entropy and management dissipative structure, this paper applies the two to the study of corporate incentives. Then, based on the self-organization theory of dissipative structure, we discussed the orderly evolution mechanism of the enterprise management system, and judged the development trend of corporate management performance from the perspective of system changes. The order degree calculation model can then evaluate the efficiency of corporate management and provide a new perspective for corporate management. Judging the role and development stage of management entropy and management dissipative structure in the enterprise’s incentive mechanism, so that the incentive can play an effective role, and provide theoretical support and practical methods for the enterprise to establish a good incentive mechanism.

the face to global integration, highly integrated, highly competitive era, talent and technology has become the focus of competition, IT enterprises are so in particular. Establishing and improving an incentive mechanism is to stimulate enterprise IT staff enthusiasm for work, give full play to the creativity of employees, retaining a healthy sustainable development, making it an important way and there must be the road. This paper presents some effective approachs to solve these issues.

Each business model is based on a particular business model, but some businesses do not have a defined model. Global megatrends are among the systemic characteristics of today’s challenges. This paper deals with the proposed business model for a specific enterprise. Slovak entrepreneurs are mostly cautious and rather hesitate to accept something that is unfamiliar to them and new to them. Key enabling technologies will play a decisive role in the future competitive environment, and with them the new way to come value of products. These innovations are a prerequisite for product innovation to meet the needs, wishes and possibilities of customers. Oftentimes, they will accept it as a necessary measure when they see how the competition beats them. We could also write a similar scenario about modern business models, where most foreign companies have elaborated them in detail and set up to make the company successful in the future. The business model describes the basic principle of how an enterprise creates values, how it captures and mediates. The first section focuses on specific types of business models and their development and survey of the literature. The case study in selected company deals with the use of strategic management methods, as well as finding out the current state, from which the complex business model was created. The results showed that the implementation of the solution helps the company to achieve the goal and subsequent development.

The article features the concept of corporate social responsibility and its financing. Russian publications usually focus on theory. However, such practices and the related profit depend on how the company allocates its financial resources. By solving this matter, commercial organizations can solve many issues of inefficient or unsystematic spending of funds. Modern business needs verified mechanisms for financing corporate social responsibility in order to develop corporate management. The article introduces various issues related to social and environmental activities that are new to domestic business. The author proved the relevance of the availability of financing mechanisms for these areas, thus distinguishing the system of corporate social responsibility from unsystematic environmental or social spending, as well as from one-time charity events or promotions.

Vacancies are introduced into the crystal phase during quenching of rapid solidified materials. Cavity formation occurs because of the coalescence of the vacancies into a cluster. However, because of the high mobility of vacancies at high temperature, most of them will diffuse back into the liquid phase, and some will be lost to defects such as dislocations. Oxygen is known to stabilize cavities by decreasing the surface energy through a chemisorption process. These stabilized cavities, furthermore, act as effective nucleation sites for precipitates to form during aging. Four different types of powders with different oxygen contents were prepared by gas atomization processing. The atomized powders were then consolidated by hot extrusion at 900 °C with an extrusion ratio 10,5:1. After consolidation, specimens were heat treated at 1000 °C for 1 hr followed by water quenching. Finally, the specimens were aged at 600 °C for about 800 hrs. TEM samples were prepared from the gripends of tensile specimens of both unaged and aged alloys.

Domain structures play a key role in determining the physical properties of ferroelectric materials. The formation of these ferroelectric domains and domain walls are determined by the intrinsic nonlinearity and the nonlocal coupling of the polarization. Analogous to soliton excitations, domain walls can have high mobility when the domain wall energy is high. The domain wall can be describes by a continuum theory owning to the long range nature of the dipole-dipole interactions in ferroelectrics. The simplest form for the Landau energy is the so called ϕ model which can be used to describe a second order phase transition from a cubic prototype, where Pi (i =1, 2, 3) are the components of polarization vector, α's are the linear and nonlinear dielectric constants. In order to take into account the nonlocal coupling, a gradient energy should be included, for cubic symmetry the gradient energy is given by,
