To achieve the goal of processing large diameter and ultra-smooth optical components, the control system of the area-contact magnetorheological finishing machine is introduced. The system includes motion control systems, structural adjustment systems, detection systems and alarm systems. PLC, the core of the system, is used to data collection, input and output control, process control and so on. The touch screen as the man-machine interface is simple and intuitive, easily to operate. This paper describes the algorithms of this control system and introduces the design of the hardware and software of the system. This control system have a stability performance, strong anti-interference ability. The result shows that the magnetorheological finishing machine could processφ300mm optical components the optical components, radius range of optical components is -∞≤R-30 or 30≤R≤∞, and the surface roughness less than 1nm.

Based on the PLC control technique and WinCC configuration technology,the control system for the liquid level of the tank was designed. After receiving liquid level signal that transferred from radar tester,the PLC process it ,and then output related control signal to the actuator.The actuator is composed of two AC motors,one is for the main pump ,and another for the auxiliary pump.The function of human-machine interface is achieved with the help of Smart700 touch screen of Siemens.Communication functions between the WinCC project and the PLC site and pictures of the control process which enabals real-time monitoring of the entire system are finished by designing configuration.Finally,the validity of the system and the feasibility of the design have been proved by debugging and the use of enterprises.

The system uses the converter +PLC+ man-machine interface, as the major part of roll welding machine control, because of the use of the PLC, so that the system can improve the automatic level, electrical components is reduced, reduce failure rate, improve the reliability of equipment operation. Based on the current control and speed control, so that the welding quality and welding speed has been greatly improved. In the article, mainly from the production process, and the control system hardware and software design, and the control scheme to introduce several aspects.

This paper takes the automatic control system of controllable pitch propeller in a multipurpose ocean tug as an example to describe the application of the S7-200 series PLC in the control system of 4500 horse power controllable pitch propeller in detail. The principle of control system is addressed, as well as the hardware configuration, the design idea of the main software and control process. The system shows high reliability, accuracy and good control performance in practical in practical running.

At present, basketball training needs more scientific training methods and techniques. In order to obtain these training methods, it needs to acquisition training information in the process of basketball training. Therefore, in view of basketball training to establish information control system, research on basketball players training characteristics and the law of motion in the process of basketball training, using control theory method to carry out information processing and analysis, and then the use of scoring methods carry out the authority score evaluation on basketball trainings influencing factors, according to the weight values, these are obtained on the basis of the score, then to carry out add sum, finally to obtain the evaluation scores of basketball training information control system. And then according to the weight value, to undertake an analysis of the basketball training control process, the basketball training information control method is put forward. The analysis results show that information control system is mainly manifested in the basketball training information collection and transmission, training scheme decision of coaches decision system as well as the feedback of decision information, which will complete the whole system construction of basketball training information control.

An integrated vehicle chassis control strategy with driver behavior identification is introduced in this paper. In order to identify the different types of driver behavior characteristics, a driver behavior signals acquisition system was established using the dSPACE real-time simulation platform, and the driver inputs of 30 test drivers were collected under the double lane change test condition. Then, driver behavior characteristics were analyzed and identified based on the preview optimal curvature model through genetic algorithm and neural network method. Using it as a base, an integrated chassis control strategy with active front steering (AFS) and direct yaw moment control (DYC) considering driver characteristics was established by model predictive control (MPC) method. Finally, simulations were carried out to verify the control strategy by CarSim and MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the proposed method enables the control system to adjust its parameters according to the driver behavior identification results and the vehicle handling and stability performance are significantly improved.

This article releases the details of the equipment development for the micro-anode guided electroplating MAGE fabrication. The microstepping architecture, electroplating power source, control system architecture, measurement system, man machine interface and the control prodedure will be described. Metallic columns around 100 micrometers in diameter were fabricated up to 2cm long with this equipment to demonstrate its performance. An innovative intermittent MAGE mode is supported by this equipment so that it can produce micro columns of finer surface morphology and better circumferential uniformity than the conventional continuous electroplating.

Computer and information technology from time to time are always experiencing developments, both in terms of hardware, software and the internet being one of the most important things atthis time. The increasing number of applications of computer technology will make the role of computers increasingly important to be more advanced (modernization). The security system isstill not effective and efficient enough, so that a control using a website is needed to help the security control process at the gate. This system is not only used in offices, but can be used inhome security, etc. So we need a security system, where the security control system uses a tool to monitor realtime security via a web browser, namely a webcam (Web Camera). A web-basedgate control system can be designed using the Raspberry Pi B +. From the explanation mentioned above, the researcher made a gate control device that was given to the Microcontroller using a Web Browser in order to open and close the gate. So it is hoped that this security system application can provide a sense of comfort, in addition, of course, with this system application it can reduce the number of crimes that occur both crimes and other crimes.

The Spherical Wheeled Robot (Ball-Bot) is a family of robots that can maintain balance standing on a ball and use it as its wheel to move around. In recent years, there have been several successful Ball-Bot designs. We attempt to develop a new spherical wheeled robot product named "Q-Baller" to study its dynamics and control system. The Q-Baller has been designed to ahieve the economic and effective prototyping. A detailed dynamic model of the mechatronic system has been established and analyzed. Control studies have been conducted based on the dynamic models, and new control methods has been proposed to realize continuous gain scheduling. Exclusive simulations have been performed to test the performance of the controllers and reference planning. The Q-Baller hardware has been prototyped and functional. Robotic circuit board, human machine interface and embedded control system have also been developed to make up the full robotic system. The Q-Baller prototype will be tested after the system is fully adjusted, and further researches in control and robotics will be conducted in the future.
