Kenop Flower (Gomphrena globosa L.) is used in the manufacture of lip cream because contains betacyanin pigments that function as color pigments. This study aims to determine the physical quality and stability of the lip cream preparation of the ethanol extract of kenop flower (Gomphrena globosa L.). This research was conducted experimentally, including the manufacture of lip cream formulations with ethanol extract of kenop flower (Gomphrena globosa L.) with a concentration of 10%. The results of the physical examination test for lip cream preparations for all preparations have a distinctive vanilla aroma with a semi-solid texture, F0 has ivory white color and F1-F3 has a brown color. The preparations had a homogeneous composition, average pH 6-7, had good greasing power, 5.0-5.8 average dispersion and 60.33-66.67 seconds average adhesion. The stability test carried out on day 28 found that all preparations were stable, had a distinctive vanilla aroma with a semi-solid texture, F0 had ivory white color and F1-F3 had a brown color. The preparation has a homogeneous composition; the average pH is 6-7. Where the lip cream formulas F1 and F3 decreased the pH value on the 28th day from 7 to 6 but tended to be stable and in the pH range that matched the lip pH. And there is no phase separation in all formulas.

infant-from Latin infans; in (neg.) + fans speaking (fans is the participle). In Roman law infant means a child not old enough to talk... Cretin-Old French-chretien, a Christian. Perhaps used first as a perjorative term by the ancient Romans because to them the first Christians were stupid enough to "turn the other cheek" when attacked by mobs or by the lions in the Roman amphitheater. Meconium-from Greek mekonion meaning the poppy juice obtained from pressing the whole plant which gives a thick Juice of black, greenish-brown color. The intestinal content of the newborn infant has a similar consistency and appearance and so Galenadopted the term for the content of the bowels of newborn infants. (Meconism means the opium habit). lcterus-from Greek ikteros, a yellow bird, probably the golden thrush or a species of oriole. Pliny relates that if a person suffering from jaundice looks at a yellow bird, the bird will die and the patient recovers. Icterus was first used in pediatrics by Ludwig von Buhl (1816-1880) when he described icterus neonatorum.

Coconut husk is considered waste and its fibers can be used as a source of natural dyes for textiles. The objective of this research is to obtain natural dyes from old coconut (Cocos nucifera) husk waste fibers through the extraction process. Brown color was produced in the liquid-liquid extraction method. The brown color natural dyes were then used to dye cotton cloth. Three different binding agents were used during the fixation process, i.e. tunjung, naphtol salt, and alum. The coloring results of the natural dye on the cotton cloth were as follow: with alum binding agent the resulting color was light brown (cream), whereas tunjung binding agent produced a greenish brown color, and using napthol salt binding agent produced yellow color. The colored cotton cloths were tested for their color fastness properties against rubbing, soap washing, and sunlight exposure. The measurement scale used was grey scales, which was used to evaluate the color change (color fading) and color staining (color transfer) during color fastness testing. In general, based on the results, the colored cotton cloth using alum as binding agent showed better color fastness properties against rubbing, soap washing, and sunlight exposure compared to the ones using tunjung and naphtol salt binding agents.

One of the natural ingredients can be used for sunscreen is Cinnamomum burmannii. Sinamaldehid chemical constituents in cinnamon bark extract that has potential as an antioxidant and can be used as a sunscreen content. This study was to determine the levels of cinnamon bark extract ( 1 %, 2 % and 3 % ) which can give physical characteristics, acceptability, which is optimal for preparations with HPMC as a gelling agent, Evaluations include pH, the power spread, the viscosity and acceptability. The results of organoleptic for formula I (1%), II (2%) and III (3%) have a soft texture grainy, the distinctive smell of cinnamon, and all formula has a pale brown color. From the analysis of One-Way ANOVA found significant differences for any dispersive power. But did not have significant differences in pH and viscosity. For acceptability evaluation formula III is the optimal formula to applied softness, easiest formula to flattened and easy to wash.

It is established that ferum concretions can be observed in 60 % area of Lviv’s oblast’s and represented by brown spots, pseudophybras, ortsteins, ortzanders, nodules, layers of marsh ore. In acidic unsaturated soils of Male Polissya, Nadsanya, Precarpathians ferum concretions is the basis for diagnosing soil-forming processes and their genesis. The main factor of ferum concretions formation is the dynamics of oxidation-reducing potential. Fe-Mn pedofetures (ortsteins) dominated in the sodpodzolic gleyed soils of Malogo Pollisya, Nadsanya and in the sod-podzolic pseudogleyed soils of the Precarpathians. Their profile distribution and morphological features. Were established nodules (solid concretions of a dark brown color with a gray tint, irregular shape and with diffuse outlines) were diagnosed within the EI horizon of the brown-podzolic soil of the Precarpathians. Found features of nodules testify about the genesis of in situ. Sod glesish soils of Male Polissya, Precarpathians, valleys Pasmovogo Pobyzzya are characterized by ferum concretions of a dense consistency, a dark brown color with diffuse outlines, which are formed in horizons with long saturation of water due to cementation with soil material of oxides Fe, Al, Mn, Si. Ferum concretions are characterized by maximum accumulation of iron compound (Кх=7,21). Ortzanders and pseudophybras - glandular hydrogenated cemented neoplasms formed are within the profi les of sod pinewood soils of Male Polissya, Nadsanya which were formed on the water-glacial deposits and sod soils in the Davudiv range, formed on Neogene sands on the conditions of high level ironization of ground water and pulsating regime. Little attention is paid to the study of ferum concretions in the soils, which is a significant disadvantage in the study of the genesis of hydromorphic soils. In order to establish the genetic nature, of ferum concretions it is advisable to use modern methods of scanning electronic microscopy, mineralogical and micromorphological studies. Key words: ferum concretions, Fe-Mn pedofetures, ortsteins, nodules, soils.

Transmissible venereal tumor is a tumor that generally infects male and female genitalia and transmission occurs due to marriage and licking. On August 7th , 2019 the owner came with complaints of fresh blood dripping continuously from the vulva of Unyil, a local dog, female, approximately 3 years old, brown hair color, with a weight of 10.2 kg. After a physical examination in the perineal area, there is a mass like grapes formed in the vagina. Based on the results of physical examination and haematology test, the dog was diagnosed with transmissible venereal tumor. Handling is done in this case by removing the mass such as grapes formed in the vagina through surgery.

In the following paper the term ‘Ancient Briton’ is applied to the whole of the mixed races which inhabited this island prior to the Teutonic irruption. They consisted of the two Celtic families (the Gaels and the Brythons, or Cymri), and the pre-Celtic races. On the divisions of the latter anthropology has not yet decidedly pronounced, though it seems probable that they were not homogeneous. In any case the principal pre-Celtic type at present discovered, which may generically be termed Iberian, and which appears to correspond with that of the original neolithic inhabitants, was dark, small, and short, the average stature being only sixty-three inches. The pure Celt, on the other hand, was extremely tall, the average stature being sixty-nine inches, and that of the Saxon sixty-seven. This agrees with the statements of Polybius, Strabo, and Ammianus Marcellinus as to the height of the Celt, and at the same time accounts for the Britons being spoken of as short and thick-set. For in this country the Celt was found mixed to a large extent with the short pre-Celtic race or races. The people, therefore, that the Saxons had to contend with were, on an average, of shorter stature than themselves. They varied, no doubt, in different parts of the country, but probably the purest Iberian blood, and consequently the shortest stature, would be at the bottom of the social scale. If any pure Celtic blood remained in the country it would be chiefly in the east; and it is to the permanence of this, rather than to the superior stature of the Angles over the rest of the invaders, that I attribute the height of the present inhabitants of the Anglian districts. The prevailing physiognomy of East Anglia also supports this view; the tall stature, brown hair, grey eye, and arched nose of the pure Celt is not uncommon there.
