This study evaluated the effect of participation in factory contracted services on the profitability of smallholder sugarcane farmers inMalava Sub-county in Western Kenya. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaire from a sample of 384 farmers usingsystematic random sampling and proportionate sampling. Analysis of variance was applied to determine if there was a significant difference between profitability of contracted and non-contracted farmers. The effect of contracted services on profitability among contract farmers was analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that contracted extension, labour and credit services had significant effect on farmers’ gross margins. The Kenyan government should formulate policies that enhance provision of contracted extension, labour and credit services. The need for a review of the existing contract engagement terms among sugarcane farmers is also evident in this study. Keywords: smallholder farms, sugarcane, contracted services, gross margins

Abstract: Factors that Influence Pelinggih Trade Revenue in Mengwi District. Hindus in Balihave a tradition and the thickness of typical rituals such as giving banten. Mengwi Subdistrictas an industrial center has pelinggih trading business as a source of income for the community.This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously and partially on the income of the trading business in Mengwi District. The dataused in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to the traders in MengwiSubdistrict. The population used in this study was all traders in Mengwi Subdistrict. The number ofsamples used were many as 57 traders, using proportional random sampling sampling techniques.The variables studied in this study are capital, labor, raw materials, length of business and incomeof pelinggih traders. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Basedon the results of the study it was stated that capital, labor, raw materials and duration of businesssimultaneously had a significant effect on the income of pelinggih trading businesses in MengwiDistrict. Partially, capital, labor, raw materials and duration of business have a positive andsignificant effect on the income of the pelinggih trading business in Mengwi District.Keywords: Income; capital; labor; raw materials; length of business.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and innovation variables on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the population was 100 culinary SMEs in Jambi City. Primary data was obtained by giving a statement in the form of a questionnaire, while the technique used was simple random sampling. To analyze the data, descriptive and quantitative methods were used and the analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the product quality and innovation variables had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage variable partially. The results of the simultaneous testing of product quality and innovation variables showed that it had a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jambi City.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine; (1) positive influence and significant correlation between the regulatory supervision of the educational unit on teacher performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) positive influence and significant correlation between school leadership on teacher performance; (3) positive and significant influence between the regulatory supervision of the education unit and school leadership together on teacher performance. Population or census, the permanent teachers in high school Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo totaling 36 people. Primary data was collected by a questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with the correlation formula, linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) a significant difference supervisors supervising teacher education unit on the performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) there is a significant impact of school leadership on teacher performance; (3) there is a significant influence supervision unit superintendent of education and school leadership together on teacher performance. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; (1) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur; (2) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian terhadap guru tetap di SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo berjumlah 36 orang. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan rumus korelasi, regresi linier, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. This research aims to demonstrate empirically the effect of awareness of taxpayers, tax services and tax sanctions on the compliance of individual taxpayer. The sample in this research were employees who worked at PT Intikom Berlian Mustika. This research used primary data with distributing questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 100 pieces to individual tax payer in PT Intikom Berlian Mustika. Research sampling were taken by simple random sampling. Statistical analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that tax awareness and sanctions significantly affected the compliance of individual taxpayers, while tax services did not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers at PT Intikom Berlian Mustika.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

Behavioral Finance is an evolving field that studies how psychological factors affect decision making under uncertainty. Herding behavior is one of the psychological factors that instigate investor to mimic the actions of other investors in the market rather than using his personal assessments. This study seeks to find the influence of certain attitudinal factors namely, decision conformity, hasty decision, mood, decision accuracy, and overconfidence, on the individual investor tendency to embrace herd behavior. Primary data for the study are collected using structured questionnaires from a sample of 194 investors who are trading at Islamabad and Lahore branches of Pakistan Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings of this study provide evidence that attitudinal factors have a significant influence on investor’s tendency to take on herd behavior. It is concluded from the results of multiple linear regression that decision conformity, mood, and decision accuracy have a significant impact on individual investor tendency to adopt herd behavior. However, investor hasty decision and overconfidence is insignificant predictors of herd behavior. The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This research is motivated by customer satisfaction which is a customer action to save. The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of location, quality of savings products, service quality on customer satisfaction. In this study using primary data collected by explanatory research methods and sample collection techniques in the form of accidental sampling of BMT customers Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah using a questionnaire with a likert skla in BMT Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah in Metro City. Testing the instrument requirements used include validity, reliability testing. Requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test. And analysis tools using multiple linear regression with partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coef icient of determination test (R2). As testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained location influences customer satisfaction, the quality of savings products does not af ect customer satisfaction, and service quality influences customer satisfaction.
