Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine; (1) positive influence and significant correlation between the regulatory supervision of the educational unit on teacher performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) positive influence and significant correlation between school leadership on teacher performance; (3) positive and significant influence between the regulatory supervision of the education unit and school leadership together on teacher performance. Population or census, the permanent teachers in high school Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo totaling 36 people. Primary data was collected by a questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with the correlation formula, linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed; (1) a significant difference supervisors supervising teacher education unit on the performance of the SMA Maarif NU 5 Purbolinggo, East Lampung regency; (2) there is a significant impact of school leadership on teacher performance; (3) there is a significant influence supervision unit superintendent of education and school leadership together on teacher performance. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; (1) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur; (2) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian terhadap guru tetap di SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo berjumlah 36 orang. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan rumus korelasi, regresi linier, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Ma’arif NU 5 Purbolinggo, Kabupaten Lampung Timur; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. This objective of the study was to know 1) the influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) the influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) the influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population was the all teachers at Senior High School with the total 69 teachers and 1 headmaster. The Sampling was use random sampling technique at 25 respondents and multiple linear regression formula. Data collection is done by questionaire and documentations. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPPS Version 20 for windows. From the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) there was an influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) there was an influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) there was an influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance.

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.

This research was conducted by the authors at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. The research took place for 4 ( four ) months. Conducting this research is to determine the effect of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy simultaneously on the Provision of Credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. This study uses primary data, the authors conducted data processing using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy on the Provision of Credit. When viewed from the summary model table, then r, which means the correlation coefficient, shows that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy have a moderate relationship to the Provision of Credit.

This study evaluated the effect of participation in factory contracted services on the profitability of smallholder sugarcane farmers inMalava Sub-county in Western Kenya. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaire from a sample of 384 farmers usingsystematic random sampling and proportionate sampling. Analysis of variance was applied to determine if there was a significant difference between profitability of contracted and non-contracted farmers. The effect of contracted services on profitability among contract farmers was analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that contracted extension, labour and credit services had significant effect on farmers’ gross margins. The Kenyan government should formulate policies that enhance provision of contracted extension, labour and credit services. The need for a review of the existing contract engagement terms among sugarcane farmers is also evident in this study. Keywords: smallholder farms, sugarcane, contracted services, gross margins

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance at Haji Masri Darul Ilmi Murni Islamic Educational Foundation, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, that are the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that competence (X1) has a t-count value of 3.263 and a t-table of 1.663 when compared to t-count, the results are 3.263> 1.663, so it can be concluded that competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y). The facility (X2) has a t-count of 5.595 when compared to the t table, the result is 5.595>1.663, so it can be concluded that the facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance (Y). Simultaneously, competence and facilities have a positive and significant influence on teacher’s performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, proved by the calculated F value > F table (75.790 > 3.11). The results of the coefficient of determination indicate that competence and facilities have an influence on teacher’s performance by 65.2%, while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.

This study aims to look at the effect of remuneration and work spirit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office. The research used associative/correlation method. The population was 5 work units at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office consisting of Coaching, Pidum, Pidsus, Datun, and Intel work units and the sample of the study was 97 people including 18 employees in the Coaching work unit, 37 employees in the Pidum work unit, 18 people employees in the Pidsus work unit, 9 employees in the Datun work unit, and 15 employees in the Intel work unit. The data were primary data were obtained by using questionnaires and conducting a survey. The gathered data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression tests for analytical analysis which had been tested by using classic assumption test. The result of the research showed that, partially, Remuneration had positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office and partially, Work Spirit had positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office. Simultaneously, these results indicate that Remuneration and Work Spirit had significant influence on the employee performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle

Objective of the research to reveal the influence of the principal managerial ability, work discipline, and interpersonal communication affects the teacher performance. The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of ex post facto research. The population is 06 teachers of SMK PGRI Malang. A sample of 58 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression results show that (1) There is a significant influence managerial skills of principals, work discipline, and interpersonal communication simultaneously on teacher performance, (2) There is a significant influence managerial capability Principal partially on teacher performance (3) No effect on the performance of teachers' work discipline, (4) there is a significant influence interpersonal communication partially on teacher performance.

This study aims to find out the conflict and termination of employment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the morale of employees at PT. The benefits of Medan Technique and how much it affects. The method used in this research is quantitative method with several tests namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of primary data regression processed using SPSS 20, multiple linear regression equations were obtained as follows: Y = 1,031 + 0.329 X1+ 0.712 X2.In part, the conflict variable (X1)has a significant effect on the employee's work spirit (Y) at PT. Medan Technical Benefits. This means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, proven from the value of t calculate > t table (3,952 < 2,052). While the variable termination of employment (X2) has a significant influence on the work spirit of employees (Y) in PT. Medan Technical Benefits. This means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, proven from the value of t calculate > t table (7,681 > 2,052). Simultaneously, variable conflict (X1) and termination of employment (X2) have a significant influence on the morale of employees (Y) in PT. Medan Technical Benefits. This means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (221,992 > 3.35). Conflict variables (X1) and termination of employment (X2) were able to contribute an influence on employee morale variables (Y) of 94.3% while the remaining 5.7% was influenced by other variables not studied in this study. From the above conclusions, the author advises that employees and leaders should reduce prolonged conflict so that the spirit of work can increase. Leaders should be more selective in severing employment relationships so that decent employees are not dismissed unilaterally. Employees should work in a high spirit so that the company can see the quality that employees have.
