The relevance of the research topic is determined by the problems connected with preserving the authenticity of the historical environment of Volhynia. Relevance of the Research Topic. The forthcoming Olympic Games in July 2021 in Tokyo – the capital of the rising Sun country – in the view of most heads of international sports federations, which absolutely support the aspects of the current Olympic concept, and the athletes preparing to demonstrate the best sides of modern Olympic sports during the Tokyo Olympic Games, can become most scandalous in the context of determining the winners of the Games, the fairness of Olympic records, especially in women’s competitions and Athletes-Transgenders’ participation in the Games. In the history of the modern Olympic movement, these will be the first Olympics Games in which, alongside biological women, will compete representatives of the male half of humanity, who have artificially changed gender. The last four years, following the Games in Rio de Janeiro, have been marked by a total struggle against doping in sports. The purpose of the research is to study the issues of transgender ontology in modern Olympic sport and solutions to this problem. Being used research methods are analysis, comparison and generalization of historical information and its systematization according to the dialectic of the problem’s development. Results of the study. The International Olympic Committee has decided to purge modern Olympic sports from this shameful phenomenon, because peaceful Olympic rivalry is a demonstration of the individual qualities of the athlete, not a rivalry of the modern achievements in medicine and pharmacology. This struggle demonstrated the fundamental position of the IOC towards athletes, teams and national teams, who, for the sake of high sport achievements, used prohibited pharmacological drugs, manipulated of doping tests, etc. in the preparation for official competitions. The result of this struggle is the removal of specified subjects from participation in 2021 Games. Conclusions. The authors of the article tried to explore the dialectic of the transgender phenomenon in modern Olympic sports and to identify aspects of the IOC policy regarding the admission of transgender athletes to the 2021 Summer Olympics.

Abstract
This article examines the legality of using the Harrington method in cartel practice (case studies of
four-wheeled tire cartel practice). This article uses normative legal research methods with prescriptive
research properties. The research approach uses legal approach and legal source using primary legal
material where the main legal material comes from legislation, secondary law material obtained from legal
literature materials, as well as non-legal legal materials that have relevance to the research topic. Based
on the research of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition
of Monopolistic Practices (Law No. 5/1999) and Unfair Business Competition was formed to overcome
Unhealthy Competition among business actors, one of the Cartel. Indonesia’s tire industry is impacted by
the cartel that occurred at the Indonesian Ban Company Association (APBI) with several tire manufacturers.
This is done by setting the price for the product and marketing of motorized four-wheeled vehicle tires
of passenger cars. Furthermore, the agreement does not sell new tires so that tires circulating in the
community / consumers to be limited. In order to prove the violation and Article 11 (production cartel) of
Law Number 5 of 1999, Article 11 requires fulfillment of the agreement element. However, since the cartel
is usually conducted secretly, KPPU needs indirect evidence to prove the existence of cartel agreement
among business actors. In the case of a four-wheeled tire cartel conducted by APBI, KPPU uses Harrington
Metotode to prove the cartel happened. However, in law the use of Harrington method has not been set
more rigid. So the author is interested to discuss about the legality of Harrington Method usage
Keywords: Cartel; APBI; Harrington Method

praktik kartel ban kendaraan roda empat).
Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 Tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli (UU No
pelaku usaha, salahsatunya Kartel.
1999, pasal 11 mensyaratkan pemenuhan unsur perjanjian.
Maka penulis
tertarik untuk membahas mengenai legalitas penggunaan Metode Harrington.
Kata kunci: Kartel; APBI; Metode Harrington

The research methods that the researcher uses are one of the most important parts of a study. But, classically, it is said that the initial question must be "What do I need to know and why?" Only after that, you can decide the method that best suits the particular purpose of the study is chosen. But, this article aims to put the "scientific method" in real life in general medicine and primary care, and so the “process of searching for the best research study” is like when we want to find the best time to buy airline tickets: we must look for cheap flights without a date or destination; without a predetermined and invariable research objective. “It's much easier to find deals on flights than hotels.” It is easier to have a research method available (accessible, useful, and possible) than to clearly specify an objective or research topic. There are times when the destination of our trips is based on a good offer of flights. Once we have the method / design, we can decide on the objective to achieve (more modest, grander, etc.). So, be flexible with your objective. When you see a good possibility of conducting a research study, for having the research methods do not let it escape because of the topic or research objective. In research, as in travelling, the adventure is very exciting.
