This study attempts to discuss the profile of brave learning during the COVID-19 pandemic: (1) validity and reliability of instrument; (2) interesting learning for students; (3) implementation of learning; (3) strengths and weaknesses of learning; and (4) application that matches the learning profile and the condition of the existing internet network. The participant of this study were students and lecturers supporting courses in the Building Engineering Education study program. Data collection uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The questionnaire was given by online to 67 students and 6 lecturers. The result of this research shows that (1) questionnaire instruments have been tested as valid and reliable; (2) online learning is not all interesting; (3) online learning has been implemented, but some lecturers have problems when making corrections, the condition of the internet network in some regions is not smooth enough to be an obstacle for students to access applications; (4) using of the application adjusts the online learning profile and the condition of the internet network in the area. The conclusion reveals that applications of online learning must be easily accessible, used, interesting, and needs to be combined with several applications to provide the perfection of delivery and acceptance of material in teaching and learning activities.

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. The background of this research problem is not the maximum grade students of Electronics Engineering Education UNP. This research is a correlational study. The research objective is to reveal how much contribution the use of Wi-Fi and students' attitudes toward student achievement index. The study population numbered 337 people and the sample amounted to 72 students Prodi Electronics Engineering Education at the Department of Electronics Engineering FT-UNP. The sampling technique is done nonprobability Sampling Design withdrawal technique is by incidental sampling technique. Data on student achievement index obtained from students Prodi Electronics Engineering Education at the Department of Electronics Engineering FT-UNP. While data Utilization Wi-Fi facilities and students' learning attitudes collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using a Likert scale has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) the use of facilities WI-Fi Influential significantly influence the attitude of students' study program Engineering Education Elktronika UNP 11.32%, (2) use of WI-Fi facilities contribute significantly to the achievement index of Technical Education Study Program UNP Elktronika of 15.14%, (3) the attitude of student learning contribute significantly to the achievement index mahsiswa Education Study program Electrical Engineering UNP by 20.07%. So it can be concluded that the use of the facilities WI-Fi and Attitude of Student Learning Contribute to the achievement index mahsiswa Engineering Education Study program Elktronika UNP, the increasing use of Wi-Fi and the higher the students' learning attitude, the higher the grade the student%. KeyWord :       students motivation, management of the class by the teacher, learning outcomes.

This community service aimed to equip participants with the skills needed in entrepreneurial ability. By transferring the knowledge for students in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, it was expected that the participants will be more skilled in carrying out planning, supervision, and construction implementation. The module provided the skill on preparation of the bill of quantity for building construction. The community service was held in the Building Engineering Education Study Program FKIP UPR from August 2019 to November 2019. The training methods used were lectures with presentation techniques, guided hands-on practice and evaluation. The output were an increase in participant skills, training module, final report and publication in scientific journals. Activities run smoothly, participants were present according to the target. The participants were able to (1) knowing the initial concept of forming and compiling bill of quantity. (2) analyzing the quantity; (3) calculating the number of labor and material needs based on Permenkeu and Indonesian Standard, (4) Participants are able to use Microsoft Excel as a tool in making the bill of quantity.

This study aims to develop Jobsheet for concrete stone practices in Building Engineering Education as an effort to improve Student Competency Standards.             This research is a Research & Development (R & D) research with a 4D (four-D) development research model. This research is basically carried out through four main stages, namely the process of defining (planning), the planning process (design), the process of development (develop), and the process of dissemination (disseminate). However, research only reaches the stage of the develop process. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool to test the feasibility of jobsheets through the validation of material experts and instrument development experts. The results showed that: Jobsheet Development of Concrete Stone Practice According to Indonesian National Work Competency Standards in the Building Engineering Education Study Program can already be implemented, based on the results of validations conducted by Jobsheet experts. Jobsheet validation results show a number above >81% thus the Jobsheet can be said to be very suitable to be used on the Jobsheet for concrete stone practice courses.
