Perempuan Dalam Konteks Ritual Agama Kaharingan Pada Suku Dayak Maanyan

Women today have advanced and developed in showing their existence in various lines of life. But on the other hand there are still many women who experience injustice. One aspect that causes this injus-tice is the patriaki culture system. Because it is necessary to explore various aspects of community life to show the real existence of women. Kaharingan religious ritual among the Dayak Maanyan com-munity is one phenomenon that deserves to be explored in relation to the existence of women in these rituals. Therefore it is necessary to question how women are in rituals. From there then this paper aims to identify the rituals in which there is a figure of a woman who plays an important role. The study was conducted with library research. Based on the data obtained shows that women are very important even the highest position in the ritual which in this case looks at the figure of Wadian. Wadian plays a role not only in relations with humans, but more than that in relationships with the divine. AbstrakKaum perempuan saat ini telah maju dan berkembang dalam menunjukkan eksistensinya di berbagai lini kehidupan. Namun pada sisi lain masih banyak juga kaum perempuan yang mengalami ketidak adilan. Salah satu aspek yang menyebabkan ketidakadilan itu adalah sistem budaya patriaki. Karena itu perlu mengeksplorasi berbagai sisi kehidupan masyarakat untuk menunjukkan eksistensi perem puan yang sesungguhnya. Ritual agama Kaharingan di kalangan masyarakat Dayak Maanyan salah satu fenomena yang patut untuk dieksplorasi terkait keberadaan perempuan dalam ritual-ritual tersebut. Karena itu perlu untuk mempertanyakan bagaimana keberadaan perempuan dalam ritual-ritual. Dari situ kemudian tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ritual-ritual yang didalamnya terdapat sosok perempuan yang memegang peranan penting. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penelitian pustaka. Berdasarkan data yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa perempuan berkedudukan sangat penting bahkan tertinggi dalam ritual yang dalam hal ini tampak pada sosok Wadian. Wadian berperan tidak hanya dalam hubungan dengan manusia, namun lebih daripada itu dalam hubungan dengan ilahi.

It is well known that no rational number is approximable to order higher than 1. Roth [3] showed that an algebraic number is not approximable to order greater than 2. On the other hand it is easy to construct numbers, the Liouville numbers, which are approximable to any order (see [2], p. 162). We are led to the question, “Let Nn(α, β) denote the number of distinct rational points with denominators ≦ n contained in an interval (α, β). What is the behaviour of Nn(α, + 1/n) as α varies on the real line?” We shall prove that and that there are “compressions” and “rarefactions” of rational points on the real line.

The book of Amos contains many undertones of threat, except in the epilogue which, according to many scholars, is redactional The question thus comes to the fore whether this characteristic implies that God is seen by Amos as a God of threat for whom one can only have fear. This article, however, points out Amos’ moral justification of God's deeds. Israel's actions, on the other hand, display a self-centredness and a lack of theocentric and personal approach. Within this framework the history of salvation, especially the exodus and the conquest of the land, as well as the election, covenant and the idea of the remnant, is fossilised and God is made a captive of space, time and relations. However, Amos' proclamation implies that in reality God cannot be made captive - neither of such a religion nor of a theology of threat. Amos envisions a situation in which everything will comply with the real aim set for it/him.

Seiring lahirnya berbagai pemahaman terhadap hadis-hadis Nabi, pada saat itulah keragaman umat Muslim dalam menyikapi isu-isu tentang seni akan selalu hangat dan tidak pernah usai diperbincangkan dalam pemikiran muslim. Ada yang memandang bahwa seni merupakan suatu hal yang dilarang olah Nabi. Disisi lain, ada yang memandang bahwa seni merupakan salah satu yang dianjurkan oleh Nabi, baik dalam seni musik, seni menggambar, seni melukis, dan seni lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini akan mengkaji seni dalam sudut pandang ma’ani al-hadis terhadap teks-teks hadis dengan melihat sosio-historis dan implikasinya terhadap Islam. Hal inilah yang harus dibenahi oleh cendekia-cendekia muslim agar hadis-hadis Nabi dimaknai secara objektif dengan tidak meninggalkan teks dan konteks hadis yang disampaikan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu library research dengan cara mengumpulkan data dalam buku, artikel, jurnal, dan berbagai macam literatur-literatur yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang dikaji untuk menemukan hasil. Hasil penelitian ini melalui kajian ma’ani al-hadis adalah bahwa konsep seni merupakan suatu hal yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi, dan seni pada hakikatnya boleh saja dipraktikkan dalam konteks kekinian yang tidak menunjukkan pada sebuah larangan. Bahkan seni dianjurkan dalam Islam. [Art in the Perspective of Prophetic Hadith: the Study of Ma'ani al-Hadith. Through the emergence of various understandings of the Prophet's traditions, at this time the diversity of Muslims in addressing issues regarding art will always be updated and will never finish being discussed in Muslim thought. There are those who think that art is something that was forbidden by the Prophet. On the other hand, there are those who think that art is one of the things that the Prophet likes, such as music, drawing, painting art, and other arts. The purpose of this research is to examine art from the perspective of ma'ani al-hadith towards hadith texts by looking at the socio-historical and its implications for Islam. This is what Muslim scholars need to fix so that the Prophet's traditions are interpreted objectively without leaving the text and context of the hadiths being conveyed. The research method used is library research by collecting data in books, articles, journals, and various kinds of literature related to the problems being studied to find the results. The result of this research through the study of ma'ani al-hadith is that the concept of art is something that was exemplified by the Prophet, and art in essence may be practiced in a contemporary context that does not indicate a prohibition. Even art is recommended in Islam.]

This paper is devoted to the consideration of the preconditions and results of the banking sector of Ukraine transforming, its influence on the sector’s productivity, stability and significance for the real economy. It’s grounded that banking sector of Ukraine has seriously weakened its potential for the economic development stimulation. On the one hand, due to the banking sector clearance from the bad and unscrupulous banks the system has become much more sensitive to the monetary instruments and its state is going to be more predictable and better controlled. But on the other hand, massive banks’ liquidations have caused the worsening of the confidence in financial system and radical increasing of the market concentration the highest degree of which is observed in the householders’ deposit market.

“Desak Terdesak” merupakan sebuah film fiksi pendek yang berangkat dari isu tentang kurangnya “penghargaan” terhadap perempuan Bali. Karya ini mengangkat posisi serta status perempuan Bali dalam hukum adat yang selalu berada di bawah kekuasaan laki-laki. Hal tersebut berkaitan erat dan didasari oleh keyakinan mayoritas penduduk Bali, sistem kekerabatan patrilineal, sistem wangsa dan petuah-petuah orang tua. Dalam film fiksi pendek ini pengkarya berusaha menghadirkan konflik sosial yang lebih tajam dengan menggabungkan permasalahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, tekanan ekonomi, dan ketidakberdayaan melawan hukum adat yang membuat posisi perempuan Bali bernama Desak semakin terdesak. Sejak kecil perempuan Bali dididik untuk mandiri, bekerja keras dan bukan mahkluk lemah yang harus dilindungi. Orang tua mengajarkan untuk selalu menjunjung tinggi martabat dan siap berkorban demi nama baik keluarga. Perempuan Bali telah diberikan persamaan hak dalam memperoleh pendidikan, pekerjaan dan mengutarakan pendapat, namun disisi lain mereka tetap diikat oleh berbagai sistem yang berlaku di Bali. “Desak Terdesak” berdurasi 20 menit, menggunakan pendekatan Realis medan Hollywood Klasik sebagai bentuk karya dengan plot linier yang sesuai aksi peristiwa. Dialog dalam film ini menggunakan bahasa Bali dialek Singaraja untuk memperkuat setting dan penokohan yang dibangun dalam cerita. Beberapa sumber pustaka seperti Filsafat Timur, Sebuah Pengantar Hinduisme dan Buddhisme, Perempuan Bali, Hukum Adat Bali, Hak Waris Perempuan Bali dan Kesalahpahaman Kasta digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam menciptakan karya ini. Film yang diilhami dari kisah nyata ini memberikan sedikit pengetahuan, informasi, pemahaman kepada pembaca serta penonton terkait posisi perempuan dalam hukum dan pergaulan adat masyarakat Bali yang menganut sistem kekerabatan patrilineal. Kata kunci: film, perempuan, Bali, budaya, sistem, bentuk.“Desak Terdesak” is a film of short fiction based on the issues of the lack of “appreciation” towards Balinese women. This work tells about the position and status of Balinese women in the custom that they are always under the men’s power. It is closely related to and based on the most Balinese belief, the patrilineal kinship system, wangsa system, and the parental teachings. In the short fiction film, the creator tries to present the sharper social conflict by combining the problems of domestic violance, economic depression, and the helpnessness against customary law that makes Balinese women namely Desak is more distressed. Sinceyoung, Balinese women have been educated to be independent, working hard, and not to be a poor being that must be protected. Parents teach to always uphold dignity and to be ready to sacrifice in the name of family’s reputation. Balinese women have been given similar rights in getting education, employment and proposing opinion, on the other hand, they are tied by various systems held in Bali. “Desak Terdesak” has 20 minutes duration using Realism and Classical Hollywood approach as a form of work with linear plots corresponding to the action of events. Dialogue in the film uses Balinese language with Singaraja dialect to strengthen setting and characterization built in the story. Library sources like Eastern Philosophy, An Introductory To Hinduism AndBuddhism, Balinese Women, Balinese Custom, Hereditary Right Of Balinese Women And Misconceptions Of Caste is used as a reference in creating this work. The film that has been inspired by a real story provides little knowledge,informations, the reader as well as the audience understanding related to the women position in law and in customary intercommunication of Balinese community that follow patrilineal kinship system. The aim of this study is to explore the importance of Qira’at Mutawatirah as a discipline particularly in the field of fiqh (jurisprudence). As a field of study, Qiraat (Quranic reading) plays a significant role in Islamic Fiqh by way of shaping the opinions and views of the fuqaha’ (jurists). Nevertheless, some fuqaha’ are less familiar with Qiraat as a study which has thus led to some confusion and ambiguity on the matter. It was even suggested that the differences of fiqh found within the madzhabs (sects) are based on the fuqaha’s own Qiraat. Thus this paper is a discussion on the differences of wajh Qiraat within the farsh letters as found among the Qiraat scholars. This paper also analyses the relationship and influence of the Qiraat readings among the fuqaha when it comes to deriving a hukm (principle), particularly on fiqh ibadah (the laws of worship). As such, this significant study sheds light into the approach used by the fuqaha’ when it comes to extracting and deriving laws and principles based on the different Qiraat readings. The objectives of this study are to investigate the extent and role of Qiraat, to analyse and observe the relationship between Qiraat readings of the fuqaha and its relationship to the hukm. This study is based entirely on library research. Overall, the findings show that Qiraat is undoubtedly important; the differences in Qiraat have a major impact in the way that the various Islamic Fiqh were derived from the Qur’anic verses. Nevertheless, the chosen Qiraat readings by Fuqaha, on the other hand, do not play a major role in determining the fiqh within the various sects; instead the wajh Qiraat plays a major role within their respective sects. However, in some circumstances, the chosen Qiraat readings do sometimes become a source which a hukm is decided within their sects, and vice versa. It is hoped that this study becomes a pioneer for other researchers to conduct a more in-depth study on the sciences of Qiraat by exploring it critically within the various perspectives of the Islamic discipline. It is hoped that it can be analysed, studied, understood and implemented in the field of teaching and learning, in line with its importance within the other branches of Islamic discipline. It is hoped that as a study, it can be further expanded and remain significant to the Islamic scholars and the community at large. Keyword: Qiraat Mutawatirah, Fiqh, Qiraat, fuqaha‘ Penulisan ini bertujuan merungkai hubungan rapat Qiraat dalam disiplin ilmu Islam terutamanya ilmu Fiqh. Qiraat menjadi salah satu faktor yang dominan terutamanya dalam mencorakkan perbezaan hukum Fiqh Islami dalam kalangan Fuqaha’. Namun masih terdapat kalangan yang kurang mengetahui dan memahami hakikat kewujudan ilmu Qiraat sehingga menimbulkan kekeliruan dan kesamaran mengenainya bahkan wujudnya pendapat menyatakan bahawa hukum fiqh yang diinstibatkan dalam mazhab adalah berdasarkan daripada Qiraat yang dibaca oleh kalangan fuqaha itu sendiri. Justeru kajian ini akan menyentuh dan membincangkan perbezaan wajh qiraat yang terdapat pada farsh huruf dalam kalangan ulama Qiraat. Dalam masa yang sama, kajian ini juga akan menyingkap dan menganalisis perkaitan dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengeluaran hukum oleh kalangan Fuqaha’ terutama ayat-ayat al-Quran yang melibatkan fiqh ibadat. Kajian ini penting demi memahami keadaan sebenar bagaimana kalangan Fuqaha mengeluarkan hukum fiqh berdasarkan perbezaan Qiraat. Objektif kajian ialah mengkaji sejauhmana perkaitan dan peranan Qiraat pada hukum fiqh, menganalisis dan menilai sejauh mana pertalian bacaan Qiraat yang dibaca Fuqaha’ dengan hukum yang diinstibatkan oleh Fuqaha.’ Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini dijalankan berdasarkan kajian ke perpustakaan sepenuhnya. Ternyata dapatan hasil kajian ini merumuskan bahawa perbezaan Qiraat pula memberi impak yang besar dalam mencorakkan hukum fiqh dalam ayat al-Quran. Bacaan ‘Qiraat PilihanFuqaha‘ pula tidaklah menjadi faktor utama mempengaruhi hukum fiqh mazhab yang diasaskan oleh mereka bahkan fuqaha hanya menjadikan wajh Qiraat itu sebagai platform utama dalam menentukan hukum fiqh dalam mazhab yang diasaskan mereka. Namun tidak dinafikan juga, bacaan ‘Qiraat Pilihan Fuqaha‘ itu kekadang menjadi sebab penentuan hukum bagi mazhab mereka dan kekadangnya sebaliknya. Kajian ini diharap menjadi perintis kepada pengkaji yang lain untuk lebih prolifik mengenai ilmu Qiraat dalam membahaskannya dari pelbagai sudut disiplin ilmu Islam secara lebih kritis supaya ia dapat ditelaah, dikaji, difahami, diperkasai dan diimplimentasikan dalam aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran sejajar dengan kepentingannya terhadap cabangan ilmu-ilmu Islam yang lain agar terus berkembang dan bertapak pada kaca mata Ilmuan Islam secara khusus dan masyarakat sejagat secara umumnya. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize the philosophy of postmodernism that evolves, on one hand, as a search for new forms of creative self-expression, and, on the other hand, is presented as a crisis of philosophical cognition. The leading method for the study of postmodernism concepts is the systemic method allowing to determine their integrity and to explicate associative connections between them as interactions and interconnections brought into the system of the concept. Summarizing the discourse, we note that the main goal of postmodernism is to eliminate rational discourse and proclaim the end of the general metadiscourse of rationalism. Postmodernity should be seen as the transplantation of aesthetic matrices into surrogate, illusory, eclectic ones, which veiled the real essence of phenomena and processes.

So far, in social media, the hadith "ballighū 'annī walau āyah" has been widely misunderstood as a proposition for preaching even if it is only one verse. On the other hand, this hadith is also used as a suggestion for preaching without understanding the full meaning of a verse. This understanding is different from the real understanding, so a comprehensive discussion is needed to describe it. This article aims to identify misconceptions in understanding the hadith "ballighū 'annī walau āyah" on social media twitter and meet them with the correct meanings of the hadith. This study is a qualitative study which classify and analyze data by descriptive analysis. The discussion of this article explains how the hadith ballighū 'annī walau āyah is understood by Twitter netizens. The understanding of netizens is grouped into two categories, namely those that are appropriate and not in accordance with their real understanding. The factors that lead to misunderstanding of the hadith ballighū 'annī walau āyah are the insights of the hadith that are conveyed only a piece (not intact) and the dissemination of understanding through social media twitter with a short number of characters. This phenomenon causes a transformation of the hadith understanding in the form of degradation and distortion

This article confronts several theoretical role-models about mayor's behaviour with their own perception. For this purpose, the statistical data is drawn from a survey among Flemish mayors. Mayors perceive the ''father of the community" role as the most prevailing one. This perception is reflected in their timespending. More than 1/4 of their time is dedicated towards activities such as participation in the community life, individual service rendering to citizens and having individual contacts with them.The father of the community' role lives strongly among mayors with a lower educational degree and less among the higher educated ones. It is also more perceived among mayors being recent office-bolders, while the more experienced ones seem more to maintain a certain distance from this role. Moreover, mayors with a lower educational degree are recordholders in having individual contacts with citizens. Finally, no relation has been found between roleperception and timespending on the one hand and party background on the other hand.

Education in Torres Strait is at a crossroad. On the one hand changes are about to occur to its organisation. On the other hand crucial inroads are being made into community life by that process of education.I have lived in Torres Strait. I know some of the fears, hopes and disillusionment of many Torres Strait Islanders. I want to share some of my insights into your situation. When I left Thursday Island in 1972, it was with sadness and with a determination to find out how to better teach the young people of the Torres Strait. I would like to share one set of my findings with you. In particular, I would like to share the experiences of a small American Indian community with you. In many ways their story is like yours. Some of their lessons may help you in these days of rapid changes.
