Smart education systems and methodologies are based on the deep integration of information technologies in the educational process. Among all the tools belonging to the environment of teaching technologies, wikis have been reported as ideally suited for collaborative learning. Several Universities around the world are running Projects and events about the use of wikis in higher education. Therefore, in this paper the authors explore the use of wikis in the higher educational institutions, being focused on a special case: Wikipedia. Wikipedia presents special characteristics which make it perfect to not only reach the specific learning objectives of a certain particular subject, but also the transversal abilities so demanded today (such as teamwork or social responsibility). Finally, the authors analyze more deeply the experiences about the use of Wikipedia conducted in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the obtained results are presented.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

Optimization methodologies in years of education concerning the final results were tested. The findings showed that the final result directly depends on the intermediate results; the students’ number decline can be brought to optimal values if initial and final results are determined and linked with each other. Discussion and Conclusion. The possibility to bring students’ number reduction into line with optimal values is proved theoretically and practically if the forecast of graduation is provided. Thus the forecast of optimal intermediate results is the main link for educational management methods development for specialists’ training tasks. It is an area for further research. The contribution to science consists in the development of methods for predicting the optimal number of students in the year regarding to the final result. The article examines the competent requirements for concertmasters of educational institutions of Ukraine. In late 2010s Ukrainian government revises the requirements for the staff of educational institutions. These revision needs to be issued in three aspects: impact on the quality of the educational process, new com-petencies of educational staff required, and the aim of those revisions. Each of the aspects mentioned requires a separate study for each of the educational areas. The aspect we have chosen is competence, which has become especially acute in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has prompted the authorities to limit and, in some cases, completely bans face-to-face classes in educational institutions. It is shown that the competencies of concertmasters are the ability to play in an ensemble, which requires a high level of playing the instrument, the ability to read notes from a sheet, including scores with a large number of staves, an ability to transpose music and a deep feeling of a soloist playing. However, the new realities, caused by Ukrainian government activities led to new competency requirements for concertmasters working in Ukrainian educational institutions. Namely, these requirements are the ability to work with documents, to conduct organizational and methodological work, to carry out scientific research as well. Moreover, the rise of distance education during Covid-19 pandemic made real-time practice with concertmaster impossible due to imperfections of the Internet communication, namely due to the audio signal latency occurred while using digital communication systems. In this situation, concertmaster should be able to prepare phonograms or remote ensemble recordings, which are performed alternately by the accompanist and soloist. This form also requires special skills, namely an ability to work with information technologies, in particular multimedia. It is concluded that concertmaster of Ukrainian educational institutions is required to be competent not only in piano ensemble playing but also in a lot of other fields not connected to music performance such as office work, scientific research and information technologies.

The article provides evidence that the educational system at its current state is not able to adequately perceive the intervention of informational computer technologies and utilize them, as well as clearly differentiate types and risks of the so-called computer addiction. So far, education hasn’t developed a clear view of the role these technologies play in educational process, it only notifies their ambiguity for teaching different subjects. It means that humanity is still in search of the new approaches, being under the pressure of the old paradigms in education. It is especially obvious in teachers’ training practice, equipment of educational institutions, and other factors. The authors believe that contemporary risks in education, connected with intervention of information technologies, can be managed through computer literacy of participants in the educational process, and it might become a sort of a counterbalance for computer addiction.
