The purpose in this study is to analyze the influence of both partial and simultaneous training, discipline and communication on productivity. This research was conducted on PT. Linewin selected 117 production employees to sample. data collection using questionnaires with data analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that training, discipline and communion had a positive and significant effect on productivity in PT. Linewin. Discipline variables have the most dominant influence in improving employee work productivity in PT. Linewin. Furthermore, the result of a determination coefficient of 69.1% of productivity variables can be explained by variations in training, discipline and communication variables and the remaining 40.9% is another variable not studied in this study

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

The aim of this research are 1) to find out the simultaneous influence between organizational culture, motivation, and communication on the employee productivity of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency, 2) to determine in partial organizational culture, motivation and communication the effect on the employee productivity of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Wonogiri Regency Environmental Agency, which numbered 286 employees. The samples in this study were 86 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research were using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Technical data analysis in this research were using classic assumption test, multiple linier test, t test, f test, the coefficients determined. The result of this study: 1) There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture, motivation, and communication on the work productivity of Wonogiri District's environmental officers. 2) in partial variable organizational culture, motivation and communication give significant effect on employee productivity of the of the environmental services in Wonogiri Regency. Abstract: This study aims to find out whether the motivation, incentives and promotion positions have significant effects on employee productivity on the sales department of PT Kapuas Trio Tirta Sari Motor in Kuala Kapuas. The research population numbers are 17 people. The data collection technique are questionnaire, documentation and observation. The data analysis model is multiple regression analysis. The research results show: (1) Simultaneously, motivation, incentive and promotion positions have a significant effect on employee work productivity. (2) partially, the variable of motivation, incentive, and promotion variable have no significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: motivation, incentive, job promotion, work productivityAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, insentif dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian penjualan PT Kapuas Trio Tirta Sari Motor di Kuala Kapuas. <p><em>This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to analyse the correlation of visionary leadership and self efficacy to teachers work productivity. This study is conducted in primary public school in District of Tamansari. The study population is 168 teachers and the number of sample is 118 teachers decided by proportional random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data analysis technique applied correlation regression partial and multiple. The result shows that there is positive correlation between vissionary leadership and teachers work productivity (the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,530 and the detemination coefficient r2 y1=0,281), there is positive correlation between self efficacy and teachers work productivity (the correlation coefficient ry2 =0,472 and the determination coefficient r2 y2=0,222), and there is positive correlation of visionary leadership and self efficacy to teachers work productivity (the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,562 and the determination coefficient R2 y.12= 0,316). Based on the result, it can be concluded that the teachers work productivity could be enhanced through visionary leadership and self efficacy either partially or concurrently.Keyword: teachers work productivity, visionary leadership, self efficacy

This research aims to examine effects of brand image and perceived quality simultaneously and partially on brand loyalty Indosat card users. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The sample size consisted of 125 respondents taken by accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using a range of scales and ordinary least squares (OLS). The results show the brand image and perceived quality have influence simultaneously and partially on brand loyalty with the determination coefficient is 71,9%. This means that if the brand image and perceived quality, brand loyalty is high then high, and vice versa. Variable brand image dominant influence on brand loyalty Indosat card users.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi uji kompetensi siswa keahlian multimedia di SMK SeKota Yogyakarta, ditinjau dari aspek: (1) context; (2) input; (3) process; (4) product; dan (5) CIPP secara akumulatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada delapan SMK di kota Yogyakarta. Populasi adalah asesor, yang berjumlah 44 orang. Sampel dengan sampel jenuh (total). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Uji validitas dengan validitas isi melalui expert judgement, validitas konstruk dengan uji terbatas, dan dianalisis dengan korelasi Product Moment. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji kompetensi siswa keahlian multimedia di SMK Se-Kota Yogyakarta ditinjau dari aspek: (1) context termasuk kategori sangat sesuai (84,7%); (2) input termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai (87,61%); (3) process termasuk kategori sangat baik (89,94%); (4) product termasuk kategori sangat baik (82,78%); (5) CIPP secara akumulatif termasuk kategori sangat baik (86,62%). EVALUATION OF MULTIMEDIA SKILLS STUDENTS COMPETENCY TEST IN SMK YOGYAKARTAAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the multimedia skills students competency test in SMK Yogyakarta, in terms of (1) aspects of the context; (2) the input; (3) the process; (4) the product; and (5) CIPP aspects cumulatively. This study was conducted at eight vocational schools in the city of Yogyakarta. The population was assessors, amounting to 44 people. The sample used saturated or total sample. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Test validity of the content validity is expert judgment and construct validity with product moment correlation formula. Test reliability was carried out with Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the multimedia skills students competency test in SMK Yogyakarta in terms of (1) aspects of the context fall into the very appropriate category (84.7 %); (2) the input are in the very appropriate category (87.61%); (3) the process are the excellent category (89.94%); (4 ) the product are the excellent category (82.78 %); (5) aspects of CIPP cumulatively are the excellent category (86.62%).

This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management which consists of: HR planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations with employee work productivity and working period moderation in relation to MSDM practices and work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods. data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The sample used in this study were 50 employees who have worked at least 1 year and live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire method (questionaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (moderate regretion analysis). The results showed that (1) HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (3) Training and Development has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. significant impact on work productivity (5) performance management has a positive and significant effect on productivity and (6) Relationships between employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and tenure can strengthen the relationship between HR practice and work productivity with a value of 98.2% Keywords: Role Test, Service Period, HRM, Work Productivity

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of direct and indirect compensation on employee performance simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was 92 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is direct compensation and indirect compensation at PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that direct compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and indirect compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. To improve employee performance, companies can maintain and improve indirect compensation services, because indirect compensation has a dominant influence in influencing employee performance, such as improving employee welfare, paying attention to what employees need now, then the company can provide indirect compensation in return for employee services that have been provided to the company.

This study was done to determine the influence of partially and simultaneously between working environment and motivation to employee’s performance at PT. Kubic Madani. Method was used for data collection was through primary data. Methods of data analysis with using regression, correlation, determination either jointly or individually, then continued hypothesis testing. The results showed that: From analysis result, regarding the factors were affecting employee’s performance, appears that between two variables were analyzed, work environment and motivation, then the most dominant influence on employee’s performance was variable of work environment. That was proved by the result of calculation of t count each variable, where t count of work environment (10.513) is bigger than the value of t count of motivation (10.183)
