The development of world life, in general, encourages people to move towards the era of globalization which increasingly demands an increase in the standard of order in various ways.This research is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data, with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques, while the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, because in this study the author describes the leadership style and employee performance at College.The results of the study indicate that the leadership style in the economics faculty at a university is a selling leadership style because in the economics faculty the task is very high and the relationship is also very high and the leadership always provides direction and explains the results of decisions. And also the leadership style at the Faculty of Economics because his leadership puts forward good relationships and high examples and very maximum and optimal tasks.Employee performance can be said to qualify as a good employee because the employee has been conducting in the accordance job description of each and they also work following the standards of quality, quantity, and time standards set by the faculty. However, in terms of working time discipline, more serious attention must still be needed. This can be seen in the data obtained by researchers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

This paper aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of Dispatchers at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method using multiple regression. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, namely Dispatchers, the sample in this study were 34 Dispatchers. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and documentation while testing the hypothesis used to use validity analysis techniques, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of dispatchers. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on dispatcher's performance. Third, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on dispatcher performance. Fourth, if simultaneously the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on dispatcher performance together have a significant effect on performance. The most dominant variable in the model is work motivation, 34% explains the relationship to dispatcher employee performance variables.

Nowadays, the relationship between leader and subordinates is very decisive work climate organization, with a good work organization climate then the production process becomes smooth, sales targets are met so that corporate goals can be achieved. Sample In this is the employees of PT. Berlina Plastik Pandaan. The analysis method is path analysis. The results of his research are: (1) The change of leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the organizational climate change cluster (Y1). the leadership situation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the organizational climate change (Y1). indirect influence between the variables of leadership style (X1), leadership situation (X2), on employee performance variable (Y2) through the influence of organizational climate (Y1), it can be concluded that: coefficient path calculation indirect influence, style of leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y2) through organizational climate change cluster (Y1).

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of job work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity on the employee’s performance of the Regional Public Service Agency at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. This research is explanatory, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between variables that have been determined as variables to be studied. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression. The population in this research was 72 employees. The number of samples in this research was 72 employees with saturated sampling data collection techniques. The result showed that work stress, self-efficacy, and creativity significantly affect the performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. The partial test showed that self-efficacy and creativity variable has positive and significant on employee performance of BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. In contrast, the work stress variable has negative and significant on employee performance. BLUD employees at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. Creativity is a dominant variable influencing employee performance at RSUD Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar

Aims: Let's find out and analyze the influence of leadership style and employee competence with organizational climate as an intervening variable Study design:descriptive analysis method with correlational type Place and Duration of Study: at an Educational Institution in Banjarmasin Indonesia, between June 2020 and July 2021. Methodology: using descriptive analysis method with correlational type. The sample of this study were 53 educators and teaching staff in educational institutions as respondents. With the sampling technique using the Probability Sampling technique. This research is analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS for Windows program. Results: 1) leadership style has a positive influence on organizational climate, 2) employee competence has a positive influence on organizational climate, 3) leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance, 4) employee competence has a positive influence on employee performance, 5) Organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance, 6) leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance through organizational climate as an intervening variable and 7) employee competence has a positive influence on employee performance through organizational climate as an intervening variable. Conclusion: Leadership style and employee competence have an effect on employee performance, but the influence is higher if the organizational climate is created well.

This study aims to determine and explain: the description of the role of leadership styles at University of Sumatera Utara through motivating the application of Kaizen culture to employee performance. The type of research used in this research is an explanatory research using quantitative methods. The variables in this study are: leadership style and improvement culture as independent variables, work motivation as the mediating variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research uses primary data in the form of responses to the questionnaire, as well as secondary data obtained through documents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of path analysis show that: leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, and motivation variables have significant effects on employee performance. Influence; the leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation; the improvement of culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

This study aims to examine and analyze the communication spak and the work climate performance in which motivation is regarded as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at the Horticultural Food and Plantation Office of Riait Province.The data consist of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research are as big as 153 people. The needed data were collected by using a questionnaire addressed to 111 employees of the Hottikultura Food and Agriculture Service Office in Riau Province. The Slovin formula is used to carried the quistionare. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. The variables of communication and work climate are as independent variables, while performance is as the dependent variable, and the motivation is regarded as intervening or mediating variable. The path analysis is used to analyze the collected data.The results of the study indicate that communication directly influences significantly to motivation. Work climate has a direct significant effect on motivation the communication has a significant direct effect on performance. Whole work climate contributes positively to performance. The motivation correlates significantly on performance. Indirectly, motivation has an intensive mediating role in communication and the communication is over performance. The motivation has a positive median role on the influence of the work climate on performance. Increasing the effectiveness of communication and work climate are recommended to optimize employee performance and motivation.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

The purpose of this study are: 1. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Performance (Y) Valid. All of the research variables had Cronbach's alpha values above 0.70 and thus expressed reliably or reliably. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p <0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p <0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p <0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).
