The culinary potential of Nyambu Village cannot be seen if tourists visit and travel alone in Nyambu Village to enjoy local food. After tourists take the DWE tour package in Nyambu Village, local food is served by the Ecological Tourism Village (DWE) in Nyambu Village for guests visiting DWE in Nyambu village. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy and implications of developing local culinary potential in supporting the Ecological Tourism Village (DWE) in Nyambu Kediri Village, Tabanan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data was collected by means of observation techniques, in-depth interview techniques, and document study. The collected data were analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques, verified (data display), and concluded in narration, tables, photos, and charts. The theory used is Community Based Tourism (CBT) and the Theory of Tourist Attraction. The strategy for developing local culinary potential in supporting DWE in Nyambu Kediri Village, Tabanan is determined through a SWOT analysis and a SWOT analysis matrix, as follows: SO (StrengthOpportunity) strategy, namely a strategy to develop local culinary potential and a tourism village development strategy; WO (WeaknessesOpportunity) strategy, namely the strategy for the formation of local culinary management groups / organizations and CBT development strategies; ST (Strength-Threats) Strategy, namely a strategy to increase cooperation in the culinary field and a strategy to increase promotion; WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy, which is a strategy to increase stakeholder support for the formation of local culinary groups. The implications of developing culinary potential for local culinary processors, DWE and the people of Nyambu Village are enormous. The greater the support from the stakeholders, the greater the local culinary potential in Nyambu Village, and vice versa. Religious Tourism Development of Gus Dur Sanctuary in Jombang Regency: Community Based Tourism Approach Community based tourism is the concept of tourism development by involving the people or community in its activities and management. This study aims to determine priority factors that may affect community based tourism and development strategy of Gus Dur sanctuary religious tourism in Jombang Regency. The analytical method used in this case is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. Based on the results of AHP analysis, it was found that the activity of the organization or society groups (0.382), increased cooperation government and society (0.269), the addition of facilities and infrastructure (0.182), and manufacture of regulation (0.167), factor activity of organizations/communities are considered most important in determining the priority development of religious tourism of Gus Dur sanctuary. The results SWOT analysis obtained, six development strategies, namely to involve the local community in tourism development and empowerment activities, to facilitate the development of business/industry through microcredits that can support people’s economy, to optimize the role of the government to increase the planned development targets, to facilitate development of home business/industry through courses and training institutions, improve cooperation with private sector to support tourism development, and improve cooperation between community and government or private sector in developing local economy.

ABSTRACTMantar Village is a village that is designated as a tourist area by the West Sumbawa Regency Government. Although already established as a tourist village, Mantar Village management as a tourist village is still not maximized. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the main types of tourism and support and determine the strategy of tourism development in MantarVillage. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. Data were collected using survey technique to 40 respondents chosen by purposive sampling. AHP analysis was used to determine the main types of tourism and supporters, and to determine the development strategy Mantar Village tourism was used SWOT analysis. The results of the study using AHP analysis indicate that the main tourism in Mantar Village based on the criteria of stakeholder support, facilities and infrastructures, and the main tourist attraction in Mantar Village is Nature Tourism (0.3012) and Paragliding Sports Tour (0.2860) and historical and cultural tourism (0.2134 ) and agricultural tourism (0.1994) are support tours. Mantar Village development strategy as a tourist village in West Sumbawa Regency based on SWOT analysis is a S-O (Strenght-opportunity) strategy that is a strategy that utilizes the power it possesses to seize the opportunity or aggressive strategy. Priority of strategy that need to be done is to arrange Mantar Village tour package and increase cooperation with private party, increase promotion of tourist village, quantity and quality of tourism management HR, supporting facilities and infrastructure, planning development and management of tourist village,socialization in order to increase community awareness related tourist villageKeywords: Development Strategy, AHP, SWOT, Tourism, Mantar Village

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. This article aims to analyze the policy strategies implemented for the commercial shipping development of the Apo Dock in Jayapura port to improve port performance towards strengthening the sea highway program. Apo Dock as a shipping commercial in Jayapura port has weaknesses as identified by the observation and the study of primary data. These weaknesses have resulted in price disparities for the Papua province as port functions well as a logistical hub. Based on the Strengthen-Weakness-Opportunity-Threats (SWOT) analysis results, it was concluded that the Apo Dock performance as the Jayapura Port Commercial Route was in quota I with a position (0.83; 1.44). The strategy used by Jayapura port to develop commercial shipping to be more efficient in accordance with its function as the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy. The SO strategy strengthens the commercial shipping function as a support base for the economic development centers and a government supporter in MP3EI, the commercial port facilities and infrastructure development were established in order to support all port activities and efficiency, and develop hinterland areas to maximize the busy and crowded commercial shipping hub.

 ABSTRAK Kawasan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono memiliki luas ± 300 hektar. Sebagian masyarakat memanfaatkan buah dan daun mangrove jenis Avicennia sp. untuk diolah menjadi makanan ringan. Keindahannya banyak menarik perhatian pengunjung untuk berwisata. Potensi tersebut belum dapat dikelola secara maksimal, sedangkan kegiatan konservasi mangrove yang dilakukan oleh Kelompok Mangrove Bahari sebatas melakukan penanaman mangrove, monitoring, dan penyuluhan.  Alternatif strategi yang tepat dibutuhkan oleh Kelompok Mangrove Bahari supaya dapat mengembangkan kegiatan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1.) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan konservasi mangrove; dan 2.) memperoleh alternatif strategi yang tepat untuk mengembangkan kegiatan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh didiskusikan melalui fokus grup diskusi (FGD) untuk diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kegiatan konservasi mangrove di Desa Bedono adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Prioritas alternatif strategi yang terpilih adalah menjaga dan meningkatkan kelestarian ekosistem mangrove, meningkatkan koordinasi dengan stakeholders, melakukan konsultasi dalam bidang ekowisata mangrove, melakukan studi banding ke objek ekowisata mangrove, dan melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak yang berkompeten dalam bidang produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan mangrove. Kata Kunci : Mangrove, Konservasi, Pengembangan, Strategi ABSTRACT The Mangrove conservation area in Bedono village  covers an area of ± 300 hectares. While, the Mangrove Bahari group’s conservation activities are limited to planting mangroves, monitoring, and counceling. Therefore, alternative strategies are needed for the Mangrove Bahari Group to develop mangrove conservation activities. The purpose of this study is : 1.) to determine the factors that affect mangrove conservation activities; and 2.) to obtain appropriate alternative strategies for developing mangrove conservation activities in Bedono village. The research used a descriptive case study method in which a set of interviews, observation and literature studies were adopted. SWOT analysis and a focus group discussion (FGD) with all members of Mangrove Bahari Group was applied in the formulation of development strategies. The analysis showed that the factors that influence the development of mangrove conservation activities in Bedono village are internal and external factors. The priority recommendation include the maintenance and improvement for the sustainability of mangrove ecosystems, improvement of  coordination with stakeholders, consultation of management mangrove ecotourism, comparation studies of mangrove ecotourism, and  cooperation of production and marketing mangrove processed products.. Keywords: Mangrove, Conservation, Development, Strategy.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that play a role in the development of pempek quality favored by consumers and to study internal and external factors that influence the development of pempek processing industry and its implications for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as well as formulate alternative development strategies for Pempek industry.The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with a sample area of 95 respondents consisting of 10 pempek processors (producers) and 85 consumers. Data processing is done by using factor analysis to know the dominant factor of pempek industry development. SWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy of the pempek industry.The results showed that the factors that play an important role in the development of pempek industry are organoleptic factors consisting of taste, color, softness and aroma; Consumer prices, food hygiene and safety with regard to physical quality, chemical quality, shelf life and strategic location. Pempek industrial development strategy that must be done is by the application of practical and efficient technology, excellent products, hygiene and security, extension of marketing network through cooperation with marketing agents both at homeland and foreign countries, cooperation, restaurant, retail and supermarket, promotional strategy improved through Advertising, leaflets, radio, television, internet and publicity.

The purpose of this research was to identify the culinary tour in Rungkut Surabaya, to analyze the public participation in the development of culinary tour of mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya and to identify development strategies culinary tour mangrove in Rungkut Surabaya. The existing development strategy can be a material consideration for mangrove or nature tourism Manager for mangrove culinary Manager. The design of this research uses descriptive method with the method mix proportion of qualitative methods is more dominant. To determine the strategy for the development of community- based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya by using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis is obtained the results of the development strategies of community-based culinary tourism in Rungkut Surabaya i.e., among others: (1) to reproduce more human resources due to a product that has possess the raw material is seasonal (2) Increase thoroughness in providing product information to avoid the presence of the consumer that will produce processed independently (3) to make the activities of socialization for tourists in order to reduce the damage doneby tourists.
