The purpose of this research is to examine the results of the review of the Independent Reviewer Team. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe valuations of the reviewer. Furthermore, she reduces the data and sets 18 textbooks for this research data (23,68%). Overall, the aspectsof the feasibility of textbooks in Curriculum 2013 is divided into two categories, namely 'quite decent ' and ' worthy '. However, to make it a textbook in use nationally, aspects of the content, the presentation, the language, and the printing quality of the book have to be repaired, fitted, and maximized again.

The transfer of mangrove forest into ponds of the silvofishery system becomes one of the solutions in managing the environmental impact. Many areas that have succeeded in developing and highly relevant are applied in other areas such as the area of ponds located in Budeng Village, Jembrana regency, Bali which began to be abandoned threatening to decrease the quality of the environment. The purpose of this research is to study the development of silvofishery system in Budeng village mangrove area.The study was conducted during January - February 2017. The method of plotting plot with combination of stripping path was used to obtain the biotic and abiotic environment of mangrove. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive method according to land criteria for silvofishery development.Biotic and abiotic mangrove environment parameters obtained by pond location in Budeng Village were matched with development table for silvofishery system recommended for silvofishery area. However, it is necessary to stage the addition of mangrove vegetation stand before the silvofishery system is applied because only the vegetation density factor is lacking.

<div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p>This study focuses on deliberative democracy practices in Caturtunggal village, specifically in the sub-village (<em>dusun</em>) of Seturan, Karangwuni, and Ambarukmo. The study assesses the quality of deliberation in these dusun by applying the three out of  five indicators of deliberative democracy theory by Fishkin (2009), namely information, subtantantive balance, and equal consideration. This study deploys qualitative descriptive method and case-study approach with in-depth interview as the main data gathering technique. This deliberation has put Village Consultative Board (BPD) period of 2013-2019 as a mediator and to consider arguments and deliberative results. Based on the indicators which proposed by Fishkin, Seturan and Ambarukmo are categorized for having semi-ideal deliberation, meanwhile Karangwuni is categorized as not ideal. The study also finds elite capture practices in Seturan and Karangwuni, but they do not impact significantly. </p></div></div></div>

Sport as a model of human creativity is a form of physical activity that has very complex dimensions, which undergo a systematic process in the form of all activities or efforts that can encourage, arouse, develop and foster one's physical and spiritual potential. as individuals or members of society. in the form of games, competitions/contests, and intensive physical activities to obtain recreation, victory, and peak potential. Sport is currently a trend or lifestyle for some of the general public, even to the point of becoming a basic need in life. National development through the development of sports in Indonesia in this reform era has become a strategic vehicle, especially improving the quality of human resources, as well as the formation of the character and character of the nation, in this paper many factors play a role in success in the field of sports, one of which the author wants to examine the differences and similarities between the performance sports system that runs in Indonesia and China. This study aims to compare the development of achievement sports systems carried out in Indonesia and China in order to improve the quality and competence of sports. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation studies. The results of this study conclude that the government's contribution is needed in preparing winning strategies, training facilities, increasing competition opportunities and increasing resources that can be assisted by a team of academics and researchers from universities to find new techniques in training to support the maximum use of sport science. The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has been implemented in various fields, including in government. To support the implementation of e-Government (e-Gov) and improve the quality of public services, many technology-based applications have been created by government agencies, both central and local governments. DISKOMINFOARPUS Cimahi City built an application called SILPa KAMI to support the vision of Cimahi Smart City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine how the implementation and sustainability of the SILPa KAMI application and what kind of characteristics the agencies should have so it can replicate this application. The results of the study reveal that the implementation of the SILPa KAMI application is running well because it has fulfilled various success factors of e-Gov implementation which is also marked by the sustainability even though there are still obstacles. Also, the use of ICT based on the e-leadership aspect, the information network infrastructure aspect, the information management aspect, the business environment aspect, as well as the community and human resources aspect has been optimally utilized. This application is relatively easy to be replicated by other agencies. The agencies that can replicate this application must have the availability of budget, the availability of related facilities and infrastructure and the availability of reliable ICT managers.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

This research examines and discovers the variation and formation of slang in the street food court (angkringan) of the Perpek community, Ponorogo Regency, which is indicated by a variant of the slang language. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data is in the form of words from languages that contain slang forms and are spoken by sellers and buyers. Data collection uses observation techniques supported by note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used is the equivalent method and the method of religion. The findings of this research are four processes of the formation of slang language in terms of the formation of phonological structures, namely: (1) reversing the overall arrangement of letters, for example "mahal" to "laham", (2) giving an insert at the beginning and at the end both vowels and consonants, for example "kopi" becomes "ngikop", (3) exchanges consonants and replaces one or two letters, for example "sedikit" becomes "sikit", and (4) words are shortened or cut without changing their meanings, for example "mama cantik" to be "macan". The results of the research findings indicate the formation of new slang languages that are different from the original languages, both from Indonesian and regional languages (Javanese). Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menemukan variasi dan pembentukan bahasa slang di angkringan komunitas Perpek, Kabupaten Ponorogo, yang terindikasi ditemuakan varian bahasa slang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa kata dari bahasa yang mengandung bentuk bahasa slang dan dituturkan oleh penjual dan pembeli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi yang didukung dengan teknik simak-libat-catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan dan metode agih. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh temuan berupa empat proses pembentukan variasi bahasa slang dari segi pembentukan struktur fonologis, yaitu: (1) membalikkan susunan huruf secara keseluruhan, misal "mahal" menjadi "laham", (2) memberikan sisipan di awal dan di akhir kata, baik vokal maupun konsonan, misal "kopi" menjadi "ngikop", (3) menukar konsonan dan mengganti satu atau dua huruf,  misal "sedikit" menjadi "sikit", dan (4) kata dipendekkan atau dipotong tanpa mengubah maknanya, misal "mama cantik" menjadi "macan". Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya pembentukan bahasa slang baru yang berbeda dari bahasa aslinya, baik dari bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa daerah (bahasa Jawa).

The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

Wirausaha Baru Jawa Barat Program (WUB Jabar Program) which organized by Badiklatkop Bandung, is an entrepreneurship training in 3 choices of business field, those are food-beverage, convection, and salon. Participants are divided into Ide Bisnis class, Start-up class, or Growth class. Ide Bisnis Class is for participants who do not have a business, or already have a business but not yet reached the age of 1 year. Through a survey of 237 Ide Bisnis class graduates, there were 21 people who failed in establishing their new business after participated in the program. This research aims to determine the factors that caused failure. The qualitative descriptive method used in this research. Data collection techniques with an observation of program WUB Jabar, and interviews with 7 graduates who experienced business failure, also to 5 graduates whose business is still continuing. Data analysis techniques with Miles and Huberman models. The results of this research explained that the main factor causing graduates’ new business failure is the barrier on capital because barriers on capital causing barriers on other factors. And capital factor is also the most difficult barrier to be solved by the graduates who do not experience the business failure

The speech of language by someone is idiosyncratic or distinctive. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study analyzed Keanuagl's pronunciation of the Insta Story Selebgram (ISS). Research data, in the form of words spoken by Keanuagl, were collected using the observation, note and record method. Data were analyzed by prescriptive analytic, meaning that they were compared with what should have been spoken. The results of the research data analysis are presented informally. This study found that phonological deviations were often carried out in the pronunciation or pronunciation performed by Keanuagl in the ISS. Some of the phoneme pronouncements done by Keanuagl do not match the proper pronunciation of the phonemes. In his speech, Keanuagl often performs phoneme removal, phoneme addition, and phoneme exchange.

Quality of life can be determined by the individual's perception of his current life, including his health condition. Among occupational diseases, degenerative diseases are the first cause of death, and metabolic syndrome is one of them. This study aims to describe the quality of life of pre-elderly workers (45-56 years) with the risk of metabolic syndrome (obesity, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and hyperglycemia) at PT. X. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected by interview method and the results of medical check-up documents. The results showed that the respondents rated their quality of life quite well. They judged that his current physical condition was quite good. Respondents do not know that their current health condition can trigger degenerative diseases in the future if sedentary behavior is still ignored. Five of the seven respondents still do not exercise regularly and three of the seven respondents are active smokers with cigarette consumption of 3-20 cigarettes/day. The seven respondents did not pay enough attention to their food intake. Psychologically, respondents perceive their mental condition is very good, they perceive the work environment as a very comfortable place to build social relationships. More metabolic syndrome related support programs at PT X need to be offered to increase workers' awareness of their health status.
