In Indonesia, public asset privatization policy has been valid since the Oil and Gas Law Number 22 the Year 2001. The objectives of this research were: (1) To determine the criteria for public assets according to the idea of Syekh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani., (2) To find out the Islamic economic analysis of the idea of Syekh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani on the privatization of public assets. The data source of this research is secondary data, which were taken from literature and books from research correlating to the object of this study and other required data. The data analysis in this research is descriptive. First, various data collected were analyzed using content analysis technique (content analysis), then the study and analysis of the data are carried out to obtain the conclusions. After conducting the research and analysis, it is concluded that (1) Syekh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani classifies public assets based on the types of ownership, namely public ownership and state ownership, (2) Islam strongly prohibits the management of public assets through privatization. However, it is returned to the State, and its use by the public is permitted by shara'.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the efforts of the police in overcoming criminal acts of corruption and to analyze the obstacles faced by the police in overcoming criminal acts of corruption. The study used empirical research type. Data collection techniques in this study were through direct interviews with respondents as the primary data source and through literature study as a secondary data source. The data analysis technique used was qualitative technique. The results showed that the efforts made by the police to tackle corruption were in the form of preemptive, preventive, and repressive measures. Preemptive efforts were in the form of educating the public through pamphlets, brochures, and banners that contained all matters relating to corruption. Preventive efforts by way of synergizing with law enforcement officials, improving coordination, investigation, and investigation functions in ten areas prone to corruption, and responding to public demanded to accelerate investigations. Repressive measures in the form of sanctions against corruptors in accordance with the law. The obstacles faced in overcoming corruption were internal constraints, namely the slow disbursement of program budgets for pre-emptive and preventive activities, as well as external obstacles, namely the lack of understanding of corruption by the public.

<p><em>This study aims to compare eight groups of zakat recipients in the opinion of ulama and the actualization of amil zakat institutions to eight groups of zakat recipients. This research used qualitative research with phenomenological approach as a part of qualitative research that explore a phenomena based on perspective and people awareness. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The object used in this study is the opinion of ulama, Amil Zakat institution Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency. Method of data collection are interview, documentation and observation. While data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques.</em><em>The results of this study, there are similarities in the analysis text that is based on the opinions of </em><em>ulama</em><em> and contexts which are actualization by the amil zakat institution, both Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency.</em><em> </em><em>Except for the riqab group which in the actualization by LAZISMU Malang Regency which had expansion meaning, so that the distribution of zakat was not only for the people free from slavery but also for those who are in opressed.</em></p><br /><em> </em>

The normative approach is to understand religion using the framework of God's knowledge, the view of the main and original teachings from God in which there is no human reasoning. The purpose of this study was to see the morals of students towards teachers according to the Qur'an and Hadith. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The method in this study is a library method, the data collected are books and previous studies that are relevant for this research. In the data source section, there are verses from the Qur'an and hadith that contain students' morals towards teachers, reading books that refer to research theory, and several related previous studies. Data collection techniques used reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is content analysis using a normative approach to the text in the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith and in the form of articles from the journal Sinta 2-5 as many as 4 articles containing moral habits based on a normative approach. Normative matters regarding student morals in the school community and family environment do need to be emphasized according to the verses of the Qur'an and hadith, this is able to form noble character in children from an early age.

<p>This research examines the underlying motive of CSR implementation and design, according to maqasid al-sharia. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to obtain primary data through interviews with 5 CSR informants. Secondary data was collected from the public company’s annual report on the IDX in 2019. Data was sampled and examined using purposive and content analysis technique. The results showed that there are 2 motives in CSR, specifically social and economic. Furthermore, the economic motive is more dominant and expects provision of monetary feedback. Consequently, CSR becomes less effective and most programs do not follow the real stakeholders’ needs. The dignity of CSR needs to be regained by implementing maqasid al-sharia dimensions. There are 2 approaches used to implement CSR, including a support system that utilizes pressure. The transcendental approach initiates corporate actors through religious values from maqasid al-sharia, making the implementation more humanist and stakeholder-oriented.</p>

This study aimed to describe the struggle for stereotypical elimination of women in Javanese society in the novel Entrok by Okky Madasari. This research was conducted by means of descriptive qualitative and uses a feminism approach. The data source was the novel of Entrok by Okky Madasari. The data in this study were in the form of sentences, paragraphs, dialog citations and discourses that describe the form of the struggle for stereotyped disappearances. Data collection techniques used are documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis or content analysis, namely, research that is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written information. The results of the study show that there is an effort by the main character in removing stereotypes against women in Javanese society, especially in the field of work. The conclusion obtained is that efforts to eliminate stereotypes against women in Entrok's novel occur because the main character wants to show that women are capable of being equal to men, especially in the field of work. Women are able to prosper and elevate their social status without the help of men.

Javanese society has an interesting life philosophy, all their behaviours are regulated based on ideas and principles that are formed to achieve a harmonious life, both physically and mentally calm. Another interesting thing is when the Javanese philosophy is loaded through novels. This study aims to describe the form of culture in the form of ideas in the novel Be Purnamaku Ning by Khilma Anis. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data is in the form of Javanese cultural ideas. The data source is a document in the form of the novel “Jadilah Purnamaku Ning”. Data analysis techniques used in this study is content analysis. The data validity technique used in this study is theoretical triangulation. The data analysis technique used an interactive model. The results of the study found fourteen forms of culture in the form of ideas. It covers the principles of Javanese life, proverbs, Javanese proverbs, Javanese philosophy and rituals that are believed by Javanese people. The existence of ideas found in the “Jadilah Purnamaku Ning” novel can be used as a reference to increase knowledge and a reminder for Javanese people to maintain Javanese philosophy in their life.

The purpose of this study is to describe Javanese women’s patriotism in the ketoprak manuscript “Kyai Kala Gumarang”. This qualitative descriptive study used a content analysis technique to analyze the data. The main data source was the ketoprak manuscript titled “Kyai Kala Gumarang”. Library research methods were employed to collect the data. Data analysis techniques using interwoven analysis techniques and interactive analysis with a feminist approach. The results of the study showed that the words, phrases, and sentences in the manuscript indicated that women had a key role as an important messenger of the kingdom, as a distraction, and as soldiers defending the homeland.

This paper aims to examine the weakness that exist in the sportentertainment agreement between professional boxers and current managers. This study is included in the sociological juridicial study due to existence of field activities to find out the real situation in the field. The conceptual framework begins with the emergence of a lack fair sense of the boxer in his profession as an athlete. Primary data source from the interview result plunged into the field with the responses of professional athletes, while the secondary data sources are references related to the title, such as legislation relating to the agreement as well as bibliographic references. While data analysis using content analysis. The results indicate there is still much execution of agreement between professional athletes and managers who harmed the athlete due to lack of understanding of the agreement law

The research aims to examne the budgeting that applied in the public sector. The sample used was one of the public schools there in Surabaya. In this research, the type of data used is primary data which is obtained directly from informants and supported by secondary data in the from of budget reports and school budget realization. The data analysis technique used is the reduction and validity test of the data obtained through field research, interviews and documentation studies. That the making and realization of budgets on 5 Surabaya education schools have been running. Will do well by obeying the rules set by the governor of east Java.

This study examines the problem of commissive speech acts in candidates for mayor and deputy mayor of Ternate in 2020. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of commissive speech acts on billboards for candidates for mayor and deputy mayor of Ternate in 2020. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the discourse on the billboards for the 2020 Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Ternate. The technique of collecting is through observation, documentation, and taking notes. The data analysis technique in this study is the content analysis method by examining all data from various sources according to observations, documentation, and listening results (notes). Next, sort, analyze, and describe the forms of commissive speech acts and conclude the findings. The findings show several forms of commissive speech acts: commissive speech acts of intention, promise, and commissive speech acts of offering. This study recommends that further researchers conduct studies on different objects with a broader amount of data.
