Based on the data of neurological examination and somatic status of 150 patients with ACVA, a plan of rehabilitation measures was drawn up for each patient. In the rehabilitation department, patients received a standard course of rehabilitation treatment for 24 days, including drug therapy and non-drug drugs. The influence of stabilization of the emotional sphere and somatic pathology (arterial hypertension, heart disease) on the prognosis of the outcome of rehabilitation in the early stages was studied. Was found. that the presence of a high level of anxiety in the emotional state of patients, an internal unresolved conflict on the one hand, and the absence of a positive psychological background significantly slow down and complicate the recovery process.

The relevance of the study of the conditioned capabilities of society for the development of active, successful, harmoniously developed, self-sufficient personality, that is capable of effective communication with other people. This becomes possible due to the high level of development emotional intelligence. The purpose of the article is to determine the leading features of the development of emotional intelligence of children of senior preschool. Theoretical methods used: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, classification, etc. The essence of the leading categories is determined, in particular: «emotional intelligence», «emotional intelligence of children of senior preschool»; the leading features of its development at this age stage are characterized. Thus, the leading features of the development of emotional intelligence of a senior preschooler include: active development of the emotional sphere of a child; expansion of social contacts, which affects the intensity and quality of communication with others on the one hand, on the other − helps to navigate the diversity of emotional states of people, promotes the accumulation of emotional experience in senior preschoolers; expanding the range of emotions that a child is able to recognize, their verbalization; formation of ability for the volitional regulation of emotional manifestations against the background of situationality; formation of emotional decentration and the formation of ability for the emotional foresight. Instead, a fundamentally important thesis on the development of emotional intelligence of senior preschoolers still needs systematic, purposeful work by adults in this direction, because it is difficult for a child to recognize the causes of emotional state, effectively regulate emotions and build an adequate model of behaviour based on emotions they demonstrate. Prospects for further research on the development of emotional intelligence of senior preschoolers are identified.

Introduction. According to the defi nition of the World Health Organization (WHO), tension-type headache (TTH) is the most common type of primary headache. Rehabilitation of patients with chronic tension-type headache continues to be an important socio-medical problem. Its main goal is the most complete restoration of the functions of the musculoskeletal system of the neck, the correction of vascular and psychoemotional problems, and the patient′s return to his everyday life and work. As a rule, the main emphasis in the treatment of such patients is placed primarily on drug therapy. At the same time, practitioners are faced with a number of problems — the low effectiveness of the treatment, the nonpersistency of the results, allergic reactions, polypharmacy and others. All this suggests that there is a need for differentiated rehabilitation treatment of patients with tension-type headache with the use of various non-pharaceutical methods. The goal of research — to evaluate the clinical effi cacy of complex non-drug therapy in patients with tension-type headache.Materials and methods. The prospective controlled randomized study, which was conducted from October 2017 to March 2019 at the Department of Medical Rehabilitation of the Bashkir State Medical University, included 110 patients with TTH from the age of 20 to 45 years. All patients, depending on the treatment methodology used, were randomly divided into two groups of 55 people. Patients of the main group received complex rehabilitation treatment with the use of non-drug methods: osteopathic correction, acupuncture and exercise therapy. Patients in the control group received treatment in accordance with the standard of medical care for TTH (analgesics, non-steroidal antiinfl ammatory drugs, antidepressants, vasoactive and nootropic drugs). The study of the clinical effectiveness of the therapy included: an assessment of the severity of pain with the use of a visual analogue scale and a tensoalgimeter, a goniometric study with an assessment of the volume of active movements in the cervical spine, transcranial ultrasound dopplerography with an assessment of quantitative indicators in the system of the middle cerebral artery.Results. The use of complex non-drug therapy in patients with TTH compared with standard drug therapy leads to a signifi cantly more important decrease in the severity of pain, an increase in pain threshold, an increase in the volume of active movements in the cervical spine. The effect of non-drug treatment methods on blood fl ow in the system of the middle cerebral artery is comparable in its effectiveness with the use of pharmaceutical drugs.Conclusion. The proposed complex rehabilitation treatment of patients with TTH with the use of non-drug methods has shown clinical effi cacy which is comparable, and in a number of indicators, superior to the effectiveness of conventional medical treatment. All this determines the necessity of wider implementation of multidisciplinary non-drug treatment of patients with this pathology.

Despite significant advances in the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke, level of post-stroke disability remains at a fairly high level. Recent innovative developments in the rehabilitation of these patients provide good results in terms of functional outcome. One of such developments is method of virtual reality (VR), which affects not only the speed and volume of regaining movement, as well as coordination, but also normalizes the psycho-emotional background, increasing the motivation of patients to improve the recovery process. This article provides a literature review of the use of the VR method in the rehabilitation of post-stroke patients, neurophysiological aspects of recovery of lost functions using this method are considered.

Among the cardiovascular diseases associated with atherosclerosis, chronic coronary heart disease, including angina, is the most common form. It is the myocardium lesion that develops as a result of an imbalance between the coronary circulation and metabolic needs of heart muscle. The presence of angina symptoms often indicates a pronounced narrowing of one or more coronary arteries, but also occurs in non−obstructive arterial impairment and even in normal coronary arteries. Factors of functional damage to the coronary arteries are spasm, temporary platelet aggregation and intravascular thrombosis. Today there are opportunities not only to use the therapy with proven effectiveness, aimed at reducing the risk of complications, including fatal, but also to treat angina (ischemia), which improves the patient's life quality. The drug protocol includes the ones with a proven positive effect on this disease prognosis, which are mandatory if there are no direct contraindications to use, as well as a large group of antianginal or anti−ischemic drugs. The choice of a particular drug or its combinations with other drugs is carried out in accordance with generally accepted recommendations: taking into account the individual approach, the severity of angina, hemodynamic parameters (heart rate and blood pressure, presence of comorbid conditions). If drug therapy is ineffective, the option of coronary myocardial revascularization (percutaneous coronary angioplasty or coronary artery bypass grafting) is considered. Due to the high mortality and morbidity rates of coronary heart disease worldwide, one of the priorities of practical health care is the prevention of diseases caused by atherosclerosis. Key words: coronary heart disease, angina, family physician, prognosis, drug therapy.

An anaerobic inverse turbulent bed, in which the biogas only ensures fluidisation of floating carrier particles, was investigated for carbon removal kinetics and for biofilm growth and detachment. The range of operation of the reactor was kept within 5 and 30 kgCOD· m−3· d−1, with Hydraulic Retention Times between 0.28 and 1 day. The carbon removal efficiency remained between 70 and 85%. Biofilm size were rather low (between 5 and 30 μm) while biofilm density reached very high values (over 80 kgVS· m−3). The biofilm size and density varied with increasing carbon removal rates with opposite trends; as biofilm size increases, its density decreases. On the one hand, biomass activity within the reactor was kept at a high level, (between 0.23 and 0.75 kgTOC· kgVS· d−1, i.e. between 0.6 and 1.85 kgCOD·kgVS · d−1).This result indicates that high turbulence and shear may favour growth of thin, dense and active biofilms. It is thus an interesting tool for biomass control. On the other hand, volatile solid detachment increases quasi linearly with carbon removal rate and the total amount of solid in the reactor levels off at high OLR. This means that detachment could be a limit of the process at higher organic loading rates.

Abstract Many years ago, Emmanuel Todd came up with a classification of family types and argued that the historically prevalent family types in a society have important consequences for its economic, political, and social development. Here, we evaluate Todd's most important predictions empirically. Relying on a parsimonious model with exogenous covariates, we find mixed results. On the one hand, authoritarian family types are, in stark contrast to Todd's predictions, associated with increased levels of the rule of law and innovation. On the other hand, and in line with Todd's expectations, communitarian family types are linked to racism, low levels of the rule of law, and late industrialization. Countries in which endogamy is frequently practiced also display an expectedly high level of state fragility and weak civil society organizations.

The S66 benchmark for non-covalent interactions has been re-evaluated using explicitly correlated methods with basis sets near the one-particle basis set limit. It is found that post-MP2 ‘high-level corrections’ are treated adequately well using a combination of CCSD(F12*) with (aug-)cc-pVTZ-F12 basis sets on the one hand, and (T) extrapolated from conventional CCSD(T)/heavy-aug-cc-pV{D,T}Z on the other hand. Implications for earlier benchmarks on the larger S66×8 problem set in particular, and for accurate calculations on non-covalent interactions in general, are discussed. At a slight cost in accuracy, (T) can be considerably accelerated by using sano-V{D,T}Z+ basis sets, whereas half-counterpoise CCSD(F12*)(T)/cc-pVDZ-F12 offers the best compromise between accuracy and computational cost.

Background: The ‘Primary Care SHOPping Intervention for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention’ (PCSHOP) trial tested the effectiveness and feasibility of a behavioural intervention to reduce saturated fat in food purchases. The intervention offered feedback from data collected through a supermarket loyalty card to supplement brief advice from a nurse. This qualitative study aimed to describe participants’ experiences of receiving this intervention. Methods: We conducted semi-structured, one-to-one, telephone interviews with participants from the PCSHOP trial. Interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. We employed the one sheet of paper technique and a thematic analysis to develop high-level themes in NVivo software. Results: Twenty-four participants were interviewed (mean age: 63 years (SD 12)). They reported that the brief advice did not provide any new information but they welcomed the sense of accountability the nurse provided. The personalised shopping feedback and healthier swap suggestions provided novel information that challenged previously held beliefs about the saturated fat content of food purchases and encouraged some positive dietary changes. However, the taste preferences of the participant or other household members were a barrier to changing food shopping behaviours. Conclusion: Harnessing loyalty card data is a novel and acceptable method to offering personalised dietary feedback. Yet, issues on the suitability of the healthier swap suggestions limited the extent of dietary change. Trial registration: ISRCTN14279335. Registered 1 September 2017.

In the current stressful and negative external environmental conditions, the number of insecure, emotionally unstable children with anxiety is growing. In the works of A.I. Zakharova, N.V. Imeladze, L.M. Prikhozhan, it is said that when a person is constantly agitated, panic occurs. According to the analysis of the research of many authors, child anxiety, on the one hand, has a psychodynamic nature, and on the other-is the result of socialization. According to psychologists, there is a high level of anxiety in students ' learning process. As a result of the study of this problem, it was found that the level of anxiety and the child's academic performance are closely related. The process of adaptation of children to the learning process is closely related to the panic process. However, the level of anxiety in lower-class students affects the learning process and learning outcomes.

Sport activity are associated with significant physical and psychological stress and determine the relevance of monitoring the conditions for sports, studying the health of athletes and their regime. The purpose of the study: to study the sanitary and hygienic conditions in sports schools, the features of the daily routine and lifestyle of young athletes and their psycho-emotional state. Materials and methods. The analysis includes data from a study of 70 girls aged 13–15 who are engaged in rhythmic gymnastics. We used methods of sanitary and hygienic research, questionnaires, methods for identifying the level of situational and personal anxiety (Spielberger C. D.) and competitive anxiety (R. Martens), a questionnaire for studying one’s own reaction to stressful events (Greenberg). Results. The number of violations of sanitary and hygienic requirements for the conditions of sports activities have been identified. The most common violations of the day-lack of sleep and stay in the fresh air, a high amount of training load. Moderate personal anxiety was detected in 76 % of athletes, 7 % of respondents — low anxiety, 17 % — high personal anxiety. A high level of reactive anxiety was detected in 24 % of female athletes, and high-level sports anxiety was observed in 25 % of those surveyed. The relationship between the severity of violations of hygiene standards and the level of manifestation of personal and reactive anxiety was Revealed. The age dynamics for all diagnosed types of anxiety was revealed: higher rates of anxiety were observed in the age group of 13 years compared to 14 and 15-year-old athletes. Conclusion. The results of the study showed the need for dynamic monitoring of the state of health, including psycho-emotional state of athletes, allocation of athletes with pronounced errors in the regime to observation groups, carrying out preventive measures to explain the importance of compliance with hygiene rules and monitoring and assistance in their implementation in the lifestyle of young athletes.
