The relevance of the study of the conditioned capabilities of society for the development of active, successful, harmoniously developed, self-sufficient personality, that is capable of effective communication with other people. This becomes possible due to the high level of development emotional intelligence. The purpose of the article is to determine the leading features of the development of emotional intelligence of children of senior preschool. Theoretical methods used: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, classification, etc. The essence of the leading categories is determined, in particular: «emotional intelligence», «emotional intelligence of children of senior preschool»; the leading features of its development at this age stage are characterized. Thus, the leading features of the development of emotional intelligence of a senior preschooler include: active development of the emotional sphere of a child; expansion of social contacts, which affects the intensity and quality of communication with others on the one hand, on the other − helps to navigate the diversity of emotional states of people, promotes the accumulation of emotional experience in senior preschoolers; expanding the range of emotions that a child is able to recognize, their verbalization; formation of ability for the volitional regulation of emotional manifestations against the background of situationality; formation of emotional decentration and the formation of ability for the emotional foresight. Instead, a fundamentally important thesis on the development of emotional intelligence of senior preschoolers still needs systematic, purposeful work by adults in this direction, because it is difficult for a child to recognize the causes of emotional state, effectively regulate emotions and build an adequate model of behaviour based on emotions they demonstrate. Prospects for further research on the development of emotional intelligence of senior preschoolers are identified.

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of development of emotional intelligence of preschool children. The article notes that in modern conditions, the problem of the development of the emotional intelligence of pre-schoolers is relevant, this is due to the fact that the process of globalization, changes in all spheres of life had a negative impact on the pre-schooler, subjected him to emotional tests that inhibit the development of emotional intelligence of preschool children. The author of the article proves the importance of the development of emotional intelligence in preschool children. In his opinion, the preschool age has great opportunities for the development of the emotional intelligence of preschool children. The main goal of the study was to identify the level of development of emotional intelligence in preschool children. The study involved 40 pre-schoolers of diverse ages: 3-4 years old, 4-5 years old, and 5-6 years old. The indicators for the development of the emotional intelligence of pre-schoolers are: knowledge of various types of emotions, recognition of emotions, description of various emotions, identification of the causes of the appearance of emotions, awareness of their own and others' emotions, the ability to manage their own emotional state and the emotions of other people. The above indicators helped to identify the following levels of development of the emotional intelligence of preschool children: high, medium and low. The results of the study of the level of development of emotional intelligence indicate that: - pre-schoolers have a very poorly formed emotional intelligence, there are no emotional and motivational attitudes towards themselves, people around them, peers, - there are a lot of preschool children with a low and medium level of development of emotional intelligence, there are practically no children with a high level of development of emotional intelligence, - children have deficiently developed communication skills in different life situations with peers, adults, - the level of development of emotional intelligence in pre-schoolers is higher at the age of 6-7 years, very low at the age of three, i.e. the age of children, as well as temperament, influences, sanguine people have a high level of development of emotional intelligence, girls, compared to boys, have a high level of development of emotional intelligence.

The article considers the restaurant business from the point of view of not only the entrepreneurial aspect, but also the service aspect, which is fundamental. The reasons why people visit restaurants have been revealed. In addition to physical need, restaurants are an element of cognition and a way of experiencing positive emotions. The importance of the restaurant business in shaping people’s positive emotional state has been formulated. Two forms of emotional labor of an employee and the influence of emotional states on work performance have been highlighted. The role of emotional intelligence and communicative competence in customer satisfaction with a restaurant visit has been determined. The importance of developing emotional intelligence has been concluded. Recommendations for its development has been formulated.

Introduction: During pregnancy in the body of a healthy woman there are physiological and psychological changes that contribute to the bearing a child and prepare the female for future labour and motherhood. In women who experience failure at the stage of fertilization or during pregnancy, as a result of prolonged negative emotional states, psycho-emotional stress develops. The aim of the research was to study the psycho-emotional state of women with infertility in history, whose pregnancy resulted from extracorporal fertilization (IVF), and to develop methods for reducing their anxiety. Materials and methods: At the first stage, the initial psycho-emotional state of 60 women in the second trimester, whose pregnancy resulted from IVF (Group I), was studied; the control group consisted of 20 healthy women with a physiological course of pregnancy (Group II). At the second stage, 10 art therapy exercises with a requestioning of pregnant women from Group I were conducted for improving their psycho-emotional state. Results: Women of Group I had a high level of both situational anxiety (SA) and the personal one (PA). The prevalent type of the psychological component of gestational dominant was anxiety and euphoric types (58.3%). In one third of women with burdened gynecological history examined mild or masked depression was diagnosed. 43 pregnant women from Group I used a method of psychocorrection – art therapy, which included colouring “antistress” pictures of perinatal topic, making flowers from paper and creating a collage of dreams. Conclusions: After the art therapy course, a high level of SA (from 46.5% to 7.0%) and OA (from 48.8% to 32.6%) decreased, the index of the optimal type of the psychological component of gestational dominant increased from 25.6% to 53.5%. The number of women without depression increased from 62.8% to 93%.

Assisted reproductive technologies (ART) have experienced growing interest from infertile patients seeking to become pregnant. The quality of oocytes plays a pivotal role in determining ART outcomes. Although many authors have studied how supplementation therapy may affect this important parameter for both in vivo and in vitro models, data are not yet robust enough to support firm conclusions. Regarding this last point, in this review our objective has been to evaluate the state of the art regarding supplementation with melatonin and myo-inositol in order to improve oocyte quality during ART. On the one hand, the antioxidant effect of melatonin is well known as being useful during ovulation and oocyte incubation, two occasions with a high level of oxidative stress. On the other hand, myo-inositol is important in cellular structure and in cellular signaling pathways. Our analysis suggests that the use of these two molecules may significantly improve the quality of oocytes and the quality of embryos: melatonin seems to raise the fertilization rate, and myo-inositol improves the pregnancy rate, although all published studies do not fully agree with these conclusions. However, previous studies have demonstrated that cotreatment improves these results compared with melatonin alone or myo-inositol alone. We recommend that further studies be performed in order to confirm these positive outcomes in routine ART treatment.

The article analyzes the actual ideas on the problem of practical training of future teachers. Such training consists in mastering students' knowledge, skills and skills in the prevention of pedagogical conflicts in higher education, which have always been constant companions of social life. It was through such contradictions that new progressive ideas were born that ensured the further evolution of institutions of higher education. For the professional activity of the future teacher, the developed communication skills that are interconnected with his emotional intelligence, which determines the success of teaching, are extremely important. Emotional intelligence in the unity of its structural components (cognitive, affective and behavioral) is based on the management of the emotional sphere, its reflection and understanding. A high level of emotional intelligence ensures the success of an individual's activity: the ability to adequately express his or her emotions, to understand the emotions and motives of other people's behavior, the ability to act effectively in the system of interpersonal relationships, the ability to navigate social situations, to correctly identify the personality traits and emotional states of other people, to choose the appropriate ways communicate with them and realize all this in the process of interaction. The notion of the progress of a modern student as a competitive subject of future professional activity is connected with the ability to interact with a professional society, to manage their emotional sphere and, accordingly, relations with the subjects of joint activity. A high level of emotional intelligence is extremely important in stressful situations, which becomes a necessary component of making responsible decisions. The contents, historical aspect, different models, the description of the emotional intelligence of future teachers are considered in detail. The recommendations for prevention of pedagogical conflicts in the context of emotional intelligence are generalized.

The article presents the results of a study of intellectual development of high-status, middle-status and low-status members of the educational preschool groups. It is shown that the intellectual development of high status and middle status 4-5 years old children is higher than their low-status peers, especially in such aspects as perception, attention, and memory. This integral indicator of high status subjects corresponds to the average or high level of intelligence, and for most of the subjects of this category is characterized by a high level. An integral component of intellectual development of middle-status children is comparable to the one in high-status. In fact, there is only one, but not least, difference between the two categories: among high-status children there is no kids whose integral indicator of intellectual development is below average. Integral indicator of intellectual development of most low-status subjects corresponds to the low intelligence level. We analyzed a dialectical relationship of intellectual, social, and psychological development of preschool children according to the concept of «interpersonal situation of development». The article presents methodical maintenance of structure definition of interpersonal relations in the preschool educational groups. The study proposed a number of scientific and practical recommendations.

Abstract This article reflects an applied theoretical study that addresses the relationship between emotional intelligence, occupational stress, motivation and job satisfaction in the employees of a machine tool manufacturer.Emotional intelligence is very important and indispensable for managers in Romanian institutions, leaders wanting all employees to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in a pleasant environment, without stress, to have effective productivity. The aim of the paper is to manage emotions, stress and time, follow rules and is to observe the relationship between EQ and work management. Emotional states must be aware, understood and controlled to achieve our goals and purpose.It describes the basic concepts, basic psychological models, purpose, objective, research hypothesis, methodology, tools for measuring emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. The main objective highlights the emotional intelligence of the people involved in the organization, an objective applied at individual and group level that leads to increasing the quality of production. Observation, interview, questionnaire, analysis and data synthesis were used as research methods. The research has 4 hypotheses that have been demonstrated. Statistical analyzes were performed using the SPSS 20 program, focusing on descriptive statistics, percentage frequency analysis, correlations. Emotional intelligence is indispensable in leadership positions, and job satisfaction is directly associated with productivity and efficiency in an organization.


This article discusses the interdependence of basic emotional states and early maladaptive schemes (EMS) of drug addicts. The purpose of the research is to study the interdependencies of basic emotional states with EMS of drug addicts. In accordance with the set purpose and objectives of the study, a research sample was formed. On the basis of informed consent in compliance with the principles of bioethics and deontology during 2019-2020, a psychodiagnostic study of 102 male patients with drug addiction of the opioid group was conducted on the basis of the rehabilitation center "Vertical", aged 18-26 years. For diagnostics of early maladaptive schemes the technique "Diagnosis of early maladaptive schemes" (YSQ - S3R) in adaptation of P. M. Kasyanik, E. V. Romanova was used. This technique is a questionnaire based on a presentation by J. Young (Handbook of Schema Therapy, 2015) on early maladaptation scheme (EMS). This term refers to a stable set of reactions, ideas, emotions that formed in early childhood under the influence of any adverse factors in the immediate environment. EMS are stable structures that affect the real perception of the world and the management of their own activities. J. Young identified 18 EMS, which are divided into five large groups (domains), which are interconnected to meet different basic needs: "lack of communication and rejection", "impaired autonomy and efficiency", "violation borders"; "focus on others", "hypervigilance and restraint". To diagnose the basic emotional states, the method "Scale of differential emotions" was used. K. Izard aimed at diagnosing the dominant emotional state using the scale of significance of emotions. The theory of differential emotions got its name through the centering on individual emotions and are central to a full life, namely the motivational sphere, social communication, cognition and action. Correlation analysis of the data was performed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. It has been established that the current relationship between basic emotional states and EMS directly or indirectly supports the formation and development of psychological problems and behavioral disorders, namely drug addiction. Non-adaptive behavior occurs in response to EMS activation, which is dependent on basic emotional states, which in turn were key at the time of EMS formation. At the time of activation of EMS for drug addicts is characterized by a high level of negative feelings, such as severe resentment, anxiety, distress or guilt. Drug addicts, not wanting to be in the moment of EMS activation, usually use maladaptive behavior, which is normal for them and acts as a "mask" to escape from the painful experience and, above all, to avoid EMS activation. Experiencing negative emotional states "grief", "disgust", "fear", "anger", "contempt", "shame", creating correlations activate and reinforce the existing maladaptive schemes of drug addicts, which creates a situation of impossibility of desired changes, satisfaction own needs, achievement of goals and formation of socially acceptable values. The current life situation is experienced as inevitable, hopeless, they feel helpless, desperate and intolerant. The current relationship of a positive emotional state of "curiosity" with the existing EMS can weaken the previously formed maladaptive patterns, eliminating feelings of inferiority and marginality, creating conditions for resocialization and readaptation of drug addicts.

The article examined the relationship between professional burnout and emotional intelligence in emergency medical professionals. The author of the article outlined the directions of research on the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional burnout in order to revise the forms of prevention in order to prevent unwanted consequences from professional activity. Correlation analysis was obtained demonstrates the relationship between indicators of intrapersonal emotional intelligence and professional burnout. The correct approach to organization and adherence to preventive practices measures are contributed to the formation of the skills of conscious processing of emotional states in ambulance medical workers, the identification of stress factors, on which the quality of their professional activities depends.

Based on the data of neurological examination and somatic status of 150 patients with ACVA, a plan of rehabilitation measures was drawn up for each patient. In the rehabilitation department, patients received a standard course of rehabilitation treatment for 24 days, including drug therapy and non-drug drugs. The influence of stabilization of the emotional sphere and somatic pathology (arterial hypertension, heart disease) on the prognosis of the outcome of rehabilitation in the early stages was studied. Was found. that the presence of a high level of anxiety in the emotional state of patients, an internal unresolved conflict on the one hand, and the absence of a positive psychological background significantly slow down and complicate the recovery process.
