This paper aims to determine whether the government has imposed drinking wages in a national wage system. Considering that wages are one of the important aspects in the protection of workers, as mandated in Article 88 Paragraph (1) of the Manpower Law. This means that every worker has the right to earn income in the form of wages that meet a decent living for humanity. The implementation of the minimum wage is intended as one way to improve the welfare of workers and their families. The research method used is normative juridical using secondary data. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the application of a minimum wage in a national wage system is one of the important aspects in the protection of workers as mandated in Article 88 Paragraph (1) of the Manpower Law.

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and education level on open unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2011-2015, either simultaneously or partially. Using panel data with Fixed Efect Model (FEM) approach and using secondary data of 33 provinces in Indonesia. The model estimation results show that the variable of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and education level simultaneously have significant effect on open unemployment rate in Indonesia. While the partial variable of economic growth has a negative effect but no significant effect on the unemployment rate. The provincial minimum wage variable is partially positive and significant to the unemployment rate. The variable of educational level also have positive and significant effect to unemployment rate. The government is expected to pay serious attention to economic growth, minimum wage system, improving the quality of education, the issue of availability of employment opportunities. Keyword: Economic Growth, Wage, Education, and Unemployment

AbstractThe trend of the spread of Coronavirus (Covid)-19 which continues to soar has an impact on society for health, peace and safety of the soul.  Public awareness and compliance with laws and regulations and the government's call for a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy are important not to be violated or ignored.  The application of criminal sanctions for fines is an alternative sanction in law enforcement so that people are deterred, educated and as a means of government social control. The research method is normative juridical supported by empirical research using secondary data in the form of books, legislation and the internet. Type of qualitative research. The results of the study concluded that the government must be firm in applying criminal sanctions and criminal fines as an alternative to making people deterrent, educated and as a means of social control Keywords: PSBB, Criminal Fines, Prevention.

Unlicensed mining has been a worldwide issue, including several regions in Indonesia, such as Southeast Sulawesi Province and East Java. The issue that will be examined in this paper is the policies to overcome the unlicensed mining in Southeast Sulawesi Province and East Java. In order to answer the issue, the type of research is socio-legal, by using the primary data in the form of interview result and secondary data in the form of documents the data were obtained from field study and study of literature. The research result shows that the effort to overcome the unlicensed mining by the Government of Southeast Sulawesi Province and East Java are different. The Government of Southeast Sulawesi Province applies the alternative policies such as the unlicensed mining control, aside from the law enforcement policy conducted by the police, prosecutor, and court. This differs from the Government of East Java which views that the law enforcement policy as the only means to overcome unlicensed mining. Unlicensed mining control conducted in Southeast Sulawesi could be an alternative policy since it delivers benefit such as the gaining of valid data of the unlicensed mining location, increasing the community awareness, as the instrument to protect the environment and so forth.

The development of human life nowadays cannot be separated from various aspects such as economy, politics, and technology, including the impact of the coronavirus outbreak (Covid-19 or SARS-CoV-2) which emerged at the end of 2019. Responding to this Covid-19 pandemic outbreak In Indonesia, the government has issued various policies as measures to prevent and handle the spread of Covid-19. One of these policies is to limit community activities. These restrictions have implications for the fulfilment of the economic needs of the affected communities. Responding to the urgency of this community's economic situation, the government held a social assistance program as a measure to ease the community's economic burden. However, the procurement of the program was used as a chance for corruption involving the Ministry of Social Affairs and corporations as the winning bidders. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a normative juridical approach and literature. The approach is carried out by conducting a juridical analysis based on a case approach. The results of the study show that the corporations involved cannot be separated from corporate responsibility. However, the criminal liability process against the corporation is deemed not to reflect justice for the current situation of Indonesia is experiencing. The crime was not carried out in a normal situation but in a situation when Indonesia was trying hard to overcome the urgent situation, the Covid-19 pandemic. Corporate crimes committed by taking advantage of the pandemic situation are deemed necessary to prioritize special action or the weight of criminal acts committed by corporations. The weighting of criminal sanction is the right step as a law enforcement process for corporate crimes during the pandemic.

This research is aimed at exploring an appropriate solution for various conflicts in land use, particularly in optimizing the utilization of the neglected land in Gili Terawangan, Lombok Island.  This solution is required to avoid potential horizontal conflicts among people, companies and government since 1993. Conflict over land in Lombok Island in general and Gili Terawangan particularly shows several factors; first, the wrong policy in the area of land (especially in tourist areas); second, the infirm attitude of the Party and the Government Land Office in the enforcement of laws; third, the jealousy of Gili Terawangan natives as cultivators; fourth, less responsibility employers (who acquire cultivating right); fifth, the absence of law protection for Gili Terawangan natives; sixth, the arrogant attitude of law enforcement officers. The comprehensive and final resolution to the conflicts of land use could only be achieved if: (i) the people, who already control and use or manage the land from time to time, are provided certainty on managing and optimizing the land based on the principles of welfare, justice, equity, efficiency and sustainability; (ii) the selection and determination of the companies that will be granted the right to cultivate (HGU) and the right to build (HGB) should be conducted based on the transparent principle. In this respect, the government could establish an independent team that involves all components of society and higher education.Key words: land dispute, tourism area, agrarian law.

Corruption is a serious problem because it can endanger the stability and security of society, destroy democratic values and morality, and endanger economic, socio-political development, and create massive poverty so that it needs attention from the government and society and social institutions. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the sanctions arrangements for corruption in the abuse of office and the return of assets resulting from corruption against criminal acts of abuse of office based on Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Corruption Eradication. The research that was conducted was juridical normative, the data source used to support this research was secondary data sources. The return of assets from corruption has occupied an important position in eradicating corruption. a criminal act of corruption is an act directly related to the authority (bevoegheid), the right to rule or act as the power of a public official to comply with the rule of law in the scope of carrying out public obligations. The return of assets is based on the principles of social justice which gives the ability, duty and responsibility to state institutions and legal institutions to provide protection and opportunities for individuals in society to achieve prosperity, so that this is in line with the objectives of the State as specified in UUD 1945.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

Abstract During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights reviewed the policy through Permenkumham No 10 in 2020 regarding the release of assimilation and the executive order making the child the perpetrator of this crime many were released. This makes bapas must improve the implementation of the development of the freed child. The problem in this study is how to optimize BAPAS in the implementation of child development as the perpetrator of crimes that are released because of Covid-19 and the obstacles faced by bapas in the implementation of the construction. The purpose of this study is to know how to optimize BAPAS in the development of children as perpetrators of crimes that are released because of Covid-19 and know the obstacles faced by bapas in the implementation of the construction of children as perpetrators of the crime struck. The research method used is normative juridical using secondary data obtained through literature studies such as scientific books, journals, laws. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana optimalisasi Balai Pemasyarakatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana yang dibebaskan karena Covid-19 dan kendala yang dihadapi pihak Balai Pemasyarakatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi Balai Pemasyarakatan dalam pelaksaan pembinaan anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana yang dibebaskan karena Covid-19 dan mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pihak Balai Pemasyarakatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan terhadap anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana yang dibebaskan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan seperti buku-buku ilmiah, jurnal, undang-undang. The development of religious extremism in Indonesia continues to increase every year so that serious attention is needed by the government to deal with religious extremism in Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelagic country where there are various ethnic groups and religions that coexist. However, the development of religious extremism sometimes becomes a serious problem for the Indonesian people because it can have a negative impact and damage the unity between nations and religions. This research uses literature study. This research method is carried out by reviewing various literatures, both books, newspapers, survey reports, academic journals related to religious extremism in Indonesia. The results show that not all religious extremism has an impact on the emergence of terrorism, but the government still must make the right policies in handling religious extremism that can cause division and affect peoples welfare. The policies that have been made by the government are considered appropriate and based on the laws that have been set by the government so that they can have a positive impact in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation.

Efforts to increase public awareness of the law are not only carried out on legal development but also on economic development, given the condition of Indonesia's economy leading to complex social problems. Referring to the above issue, the understanding towards the Indonesian people is necessary  to carry out economic development in accordance with the objectives of Indonesia's economic development to increase the welfare of the community. The article aimed to investigate the efforts to increase public legal awareness in supporting legal development and economic development in order to realize welfare. The method in this research was normative juridical by using descriptive qualitative analysis. In relation, secondary data were obtained from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results proved that increasing public legal awareness in legal and economic development should be conducted by the government and all parties involved. Hence the government and law enforcement officers can proceed through counseling, legal information, assistance and guidance so that people understand the importance of legal and economic development in order to realize order, certainty, justice and community welfare.
