Drone is an unmanned aircraft (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), which is an electro-mechanical based system that can perform programmed missions, with the following characteristics: (i) unmanned, (ii) operating in fully or partially independent mode, (iii) ) This system is designed to be used repeatedly. The drone is equipped with a high-resolution camera that allows users to monitor a specific location from a height in real time. The use of mapping photos (Mapping Block) using drones is usually used to calculate the principal amount of oil palm trees. This research was using drone fixed wing tipe and was conducted in Tamiang Hulu District, Aceh Tamiang District Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. This research was conducted from 25-28 August 2020. This study used a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the time used to prepare for the use of drones is 30 minutes, for taking aerial photographs and flying time for 25 minutes, combining photos using the Agisoft Photoscane software for 45 minutes, making way points and calculating the number of trees using the Arcgis application for 5 hours, making printout data for 60 minutes, so that the total time for all work is 7 hours 40 minutes for 53.53 hectares, assuming the cost per hectare is Rp.8,583, if with a manual census the time needed is 72 hours, with average costs -average Rp. 56,374, - / ha. Conclution of this research by using drones will be more effective and efficient than manual tree census.

      This study aims to calculate the cost of goods manufactured baby clothes garment CV Surya Surabaya with the ABC method for reporting purposes and objectives of decision making in gaining competitive advantage . Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method . The results showed that the conventional cost accounting applied in the enterprise value of the difference of the calculation produces the ABC method. Calculation of costs by activity-based costing method is expected to assist management in making more informed decisions as to be benefit/profit. Data collection methods used in this study is documentation . Research subjects in this study is the production cost of baby clothes in CV Surya Garments Surabaya . The research object in this study is the data associated with the determination of the production cost of baby clothes. The difference between the production cost of conventional methods with activity-based costing method produces values undercosting conditions ( conditions in which a product has a lower cost than the actual cost is absorbed by the product ) and overcosting ( a condition in which a product has a higher cost than  the  cost of which is actually absorbed by the product ). Analysis undertaken in this study members advise the Company to undertake restructuring of the production process and production control for the results of each period more  evenly , because  the  fixed overhead costs is  greater than the variable overhead costs , it is most impact in the calculation of the cost of production.Keywords: Conventional Metode, Activity Based Costing Metode, Product costing

In general, the establishment of a company is aimed to create profits in order to maintain the business in the long term. The more companies that are established the higher the level of competition. In determining profit, the company's strategy is needed to win the level of competition. Clinic is one of the companies in the service sector, where the determination of his hospitalization rates become one of the company's strategy to determine how profits or profits obtained and expected during a certain period. Therefore, companies need to calculate the cost of goods accurately as a basis for information in decision making, profit planning, job evaluation and cost efficiency monitoring. The purpose of this study is to find out how the rates are determined associated with calculating the cost of inpatient services in 2017. The author conducted research at the Main Clinic Inpatient dr. Yati Zarnudji is located on Jl. Pabuaran Indah No. 31 Kel. Pabuaran Mekar Kec. Cibinong Kab. Bogor 16916. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis method. This qualitative descriptive analysis method showed calculating the cost of inpatient care services through a financial data and information gathered from the documentation, which is then performed according to the method of data processing in a literature review. The results showed that the calculation of the cost of services based on the analysis results obtained in the VIP class is Rp. 1.211.742, Main class is Rp. 969.394, Primary class is Rp. 848.219, class II A is Rp. 424.110, class II B is Rp. 545.284, and class III Rp. 363.523. As for the rates imposed by the Main Inpatient Clinic Dr. Yati Zarnudji that VIP class is Rp. 500,000-, Main class is Rp. 400,000-, Primary class is Rp. 350,000-, class II A is Rp. 175,000-, class II B is Rp. 225,000-, and class III is Rp. 150,000-,. Therefore, the efficiency costs incurred is required by considering the factors in determining rates of hospitalization such as people's purchasing power, and the rates applied in hospitals or other clinics.    Keywords: inpatient rates, cost of good sold, hospital

Sale Value of Taxable Object (SVTO) is the averageprice obtained from the sale and purchase transactions that occur naturally, and when there is no buying or selling, then SVTO determined through a price comparison with other similar objects or substitution Although in operation, SVTO was not used directly in the case of land purchase, but sometimes the processes and mechanisms involved may violate the concept of buying and selling in Islam, such as the element of coercion and fair price. The researcher was intended to examine on how the processes and mechanisms of release of land by the government of Banda Aceh and how calculations of SVTO to the land purchase and its suitability with the Islamic price mechanism, the researcher conducted interviews with staff of UPTD PBB DPKAD of Banda Aceh. The descriptive analysis method was used in this, and the collecting data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that in the process and mechanism of release of land, the government does not use SVTO which is based on existing provisions. However, its implementation was done by estimating the real price of the object purchased. Not only that, but also it also referred to other possibilities such as land location. In general, the implementation is legal. The author suggests government to put more emphasis on adequate compensation to the community so that it can cover the costs of looking for a house/new land, the cost of moving, survival, and so on.

Calculation of the cost of production is something that needs to be considered in determining the selling price of the product. Calculation of the cost of production that is right and accurate is something that needs to be done by every company, without a precise and accurate calculation of the cost of production, the manufacturing company concerned will experience in setting the selling price of a product. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost classification applied by Holland Bakery Boulevard Manado in calculating the cost of production, to find out the calculation of the cost of production of Holland Bakery Boulevard Manado in setting selling price and find out the determination of product selling price applied by Holland Bakery Boulevard Manado. Data analysis method used for this research is descriptive analysis method. The collection of cost of goods manufactured is the process cost method, while the method of determining the cost of production uses the full costing approach. There is a difference in the selling price per packet of bread between Holland Bakery Boulevard Manado with a theory caused by differences in the allocation of costs and determination of mark up between companies and theories. The company's selling price is lower than the theory that the difference for chocolate bread is Rp. 1.589, then for cheese bread Rp. 1.910, and for srikaya bread Rp. 2.449.

The advancement of communication technology that is combined with computer and the Internet brings Internet Telephony or VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Through VoIP technology, the cost of telecommunications in particular for international direct dialing (IDD) can be reduced. This research analyzes the growth rate of VoIP users, the correlation of the consumer behavior towards using VoIP, and cost comparisons of using telecommunication services between VoIP and other operators. This research is using descriptive analysis method to describe researched object through sampling data collection for hypothesis testing. This research will lead to the conclusion that the use of VoIP for international area will be more advantageous than the use of other operators of GSM (Global System for Mobile), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), or the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network).

Field mapping is important to know the potential of agricultural productivity in a region.Furthermore, field mapping can also be used to predict crops in a region. The mapping can be donethrough aerial photographs. Aerial photographs can be performed using manned aerial vehicle aswell as unmanned aerial vehicle. Currently, many aerial photographs are taken using unmannedaerial vehicle because the cost is much more affordable than using a manned aerial vehicle. One typeof unmanned aircraft used for aerial photographs is quadcopter. However taking aerial photographsusing a quadcopter often produces blurry images due to its instability. Instability of the quadcopter iscaused by several factors including sensor readings such as IMU, GPS, compass, and barometer,disturbance factors such as angina, and control systems that are less robust to quadcopter characters.To get a stable quadcopter, a control system that matches the quadcopter character and has aresistance to interference is needed. One of the control systems that can be applied to the quadcopteris the Robust PID control system. Reliability of the control system can be seen using ITAE (IntegralTime Absolute Error). The smaller the value of ITAE the better the control system. Some tuningmethods are done to get the Robust PID control system. The method used in this research is ZieglerNicols, fine tuned PID controller, and ITAE tuning method. The result of PID constant tuning is thenimplemented to quadcopter. In this study the response data was obtained by using IMU sensor. Theresult shows that of the three tuning methods implemented in the quadcopter, the Fine tuning methodgives better results than the others.

This study aims to develop the technology of unmanned aircraft for agricultural purposes in realizing the food security of Indonesia. One of the main problems of agriculture in Indonesia is the high cost of agriculture especially the use of chemicals, fertilizer to labor. During this time farmers spend resources such as fertilizer to all plants without the required portion. So it should be attempted an engineering that can reduce the cost of agriculture in terms of labor usage for fertilizing activities and spraying of pests are relatively expensive. The method that will be used for the problem is to make a prototype of pest spraying system by using liquid media on plaform unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) with quadcopter base. Stages in this research include: desk assessment, making of design requirement objective, conceptual making and basic design and making real protoripe UAV. Meanwhile, to know the performance performance of the spraying results is done flight stability test and pest spraying performance . The test results show that with prototype UAV platform using 0.5 Litre liquid media, capable of spraying an area of 2 m2  with a flying time of 10 minutes with a height of 70 cm from the ground. The results of this test will be developed further to be made a larger platform dimensions and capability of transport.

The development of unmanned aircraft technology encourage for new infrastructure and development in the tourism sector. Challenges for the development of tourism in Gunungkidul Regency included the development of tourism and cultural villages, access roads to tourism objects, and coastal tourism objects. So, the community service partner was the Gunungkidul Regency Tourism Office. The main objective in this community service activity was to increase knowledge and skills of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) to support the development of tourism facilities, particularly in aerial photo taking. The target achieved at this stage was to increase knowledge about UAVs and the ability to control UAV aircraft for taking aerial photographs to support tourism in Gunung Kidul. Increasing ability to control UAVs was done through practice. While increasing knowledge was done through explanation about UAVs. This activity has been able to achieve the expected goals and targets, so that partner can recognize and be able to control the UAV.

Research with the object of the home industry is the manufacture of peyek kacang which is a traditional food. This study aims to determine the influence of quality costs (prevention costs and appraisal costs) on damaged products. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Descriptive analysis to describe the state of the variables in the study while for quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously or the F test there is a significant influence between the cost of prevention and the cost of assessing damaged products in home products. Peyek kacang industry with a contribution of 11.8% with a significant test value F count = -0.46> F table = -214.6. Partially there is a significant effect on the cost of prevention of damaged products, where the significant value of the t test = -0.553> t table = - 1.27 and there is also a significant effect of the cost of assessing damaged products, where the significant value of the t test = -0.652 > t table = - 1.27 with an error rate of 5%.   Abstrak: Penelitian dengan objek pada home indutri yaitu pembuatan peyek kacang yang merupakan makanan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh biaya kualitas ( Biaya pencegahan dan biaya penilaian) terhadap produk rusak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan keadaan variabel –variabel dalam penelitian sedangkan untuk analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan atau uji F terdapat pengaruh yang signifikansi antara biaya pencegahan dan biaya penilaian terhadap produk rusak pada produk home industri peyek kacang dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,8 %  dengan nilai uji signifikan F hitung = -0,46> F tabel = -214,6. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan biaya pencegahan terhadap produk rusak, dimana nilai signifikan Uji t hitung = -0,553 > t tabel =- 1,27 dan juga  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan biaya penilaian terhadap produk rusak ,dimana nilai signifikan  Uji t hitung = -0,652 > t tabel =- 1,27 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%.
