The observation purpose is to testing influence of online media promotion against the purchase decision.  The population is 500 active consumers  of Alif Galeri Hijab Sidoarjo.  Data used is result of answers from consumer questionnaires which distributed to all active consumer of Alif Galeri Hijab Sidoarjo. The number of sample used is 83people through Slovin formula. The analyze technic used is simple linear regression with purpose to get the overview of the effect from online media promotion on purchasing decisions.The results of the observation isrepresented by the formula : Y = 10,786 + 0,750x. The formula is the result of validity test, reability test, normality test, heteroskedasticity test, partial test and coefficient of determination. The test show that every 1% increase of online media promotion then the purchase of decision will increase 75%. It can be concluded if online media promotion have a significant positive effect against the purchase decision.

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

Employee performance is the results achieved and the achievements shown by employees that help the company achieve the goals it sets. One way that can be done to print these professional resources is to conduct or include employees in a training. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Publisher Erlangga Branch Samarinda. Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression. After analyzing the data obtained from the respondents, the researcher concludes that job training has an effect on employee performance at PT. Erlangga Publisher, Samarinda Branch.

Audit quality is very important, where the higher the quality audit that is applied to produce financial statements accurate and reliable as a basis for decision making for the users of these financial statements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, independence and profeionalisme auditor to audit quality. Processing method to test the validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and test the coefficient of determination. The results showed the competence of auditors in carrying out audits and significant positive effect on audit quality in KAP in South Jakarta. Independence of the auditor in carrying out audits and significant positive effect on audit quality in KAP. While Professionalism auditor in carrying out audits and significant positive effect on audit quality in KAP.Keywords: competence, independency, professionalism, and quality audits.

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on worker performance and to find out the factors that most influence the performance of workers in the rice fueling company. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool that was disseminated to 20 employees in the suppression of rice in the area of ??Sedang, Angataka, jagapati, Kec.Abiansemal, Kab. Kadung. Analysis of this study were emalyzed using validity test, normality test, reliability test and linear regression test. The results of the validity test analysis are 9 invalid questions. The results of the normality test, the data are normally distributed with a significance value of 0.819. The reliability test obtained the results of the data that was reliable with the value of Cronbach's Alpha 0.933. As well as the analysis of the linear regression test the results are closely related. From the research conducted it can be concluded that (1) the relationship of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) to the workforce can be seen from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) the relationship between the factors that influence K3 and the performance of workers. The performance of workers with supervisory factors has a coefficient of determination of 61.27% and with occupational safety of 88.51%, with health of workers of 86.09%, (2) Factors that most influence the performance of workers in the company of raising rice are factors of work safety, where the closeness of the relationship between the two is 61.27%.

All insurance institutions would want to always experience an increase both in growth and maximum capital or profit increase. Profit or loss is usually used to assess the performance of the company's performance, the main factor in determining the size of the profits depends on the success of managing investments, where in 2018 investment income has dropped the company's profits have fallen. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1). Is there an influence of investment income on the profits of the insurance company PT. Sinarmas Syariah ?. 2). How much influence does investment income have on the profits of the insurance company PT. Sinarmas Syariah? The purpose of this study are 1). To find out whether there is an influence of investment income on the profits of insurance companies PT. Sinarmas Syariah Insurance. 2). To find out how much influence the investment income on the profits of insurance companies PT. Sinarmas Syariah. This study uses simple linear regression analysis techniques Test statistics of classical assumption tests including normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test and using hypothesis testing including two-sided t test, simple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the T test, the t value of investment income obtained 3.752 is greater than t table 2.0859 thus there is a significant influence on investment income on earnings. R2 value of 0.439 or (43.9%) which means the investment income variable influences profits by 43.9% while the remaining 56.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.

This research purpose to determine whether the existing Information Systems (AIS), which in this case is a AIS affects individuals performance is moderated by the ease of use . Research instrument in this study is a questionnaire with variables measuring based on a Likert scale. Questionnaire was tested with reliability and validity test. Then the classical assumption test questionnaire covering normality test and Multicolinearity Test. Absolute value difference test was conducted to test the hypothesis. From the results of tests performed, showed that the variable of use of AIS give significant positive effect on the performance of the individual. The variable of ease of use did not moderate the effect of the use of the  AIS on the performance of the individual , so it can be said that ease of use is not a variable moderatingDOI: 10.15408/etk.v13i1.1880

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The price, product quality, and brand loyalty Polygon Strattos on PT Insera Sena quite well and consumers are still quite satisfied. 2. Results of regression analysis is Ŷ(Z) = 17,394 + 0,292X1 + 0,212X2, meaning the price and product quality positively affects consumer satisfaction and simple linear regression result Ŷ = 16,474 + 0,797X(Z). 3. The results of the analysis obtained first correlation r = 0,584 means that there is a moderately correlation between price and product quality with consumer satisfaction and the results of the analysis obtained second correlation r = 0,570 means that there is a moderately correlation between consumer satisfaction with brand loyalty. The hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning the price and product quality significant positive effect on brand loyalty of Polygon Strattos Bicycle through consumer satisfaction as intervening variable, either simultaneously or partially.The suggestions from this study are 1. that if viewed from the price, the company should give discount to ritel consumer who buy more one unit, 2. concerning product quality, company should pay attention to the color choice bike, 3. consumer satisfaction should improve consumer support especially related to bike information on the website, and 4. at brand loyalty should care about product quality. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Brand Loyalty, and Consumer Satisfaction

This research aims to analyze the effect of price, ease of transaction, information quality, safety, and trust on online purchase decision. Applying purposive sampling technique, the sample was students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember that consisted of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative data sourced from primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that, both partially and simultaneously, the variables of price, ease, information quality, safety, and trust had a significant positive effect on online purchase decision.

Using a descriptive and verification approach, the present study looks at employee loyalty and how it affects work productivity. 76 out 324 employees at a garment company in Garut, Indonesia, selected using Slovin’s formula. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results t-Test revealed that employee loyalty had a significant positive effect on work productivity with an observed value of 2.796, higher than the critical t of 1.67. This finding leads to a conclusion that the more loyal an employee is, the more productive he is.
