Airport provides facilities for services to aircraft, passengers, and goods. One of the activities at the airport is handling your luggage. At some particular time, especially in crowded flight, a passenger still faces delays in receiving baggage at the arrival terminal. The purpose of the research is to know the travel time difference and the factors that influence the travel time differences in the movement of passengers and baggage at the arrival terminal of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport of Makassar. The type of research is a correlation study, using primary data in the form of data direct field measurements as well as secondary data from the monthly reports-MATSC Support Operations Division Aeronautical Information Service in the form of fixed flight schedules and Side Air Operations Division in the form of data movement apron. Processing the data is by using SPSS version 18:00 The findings is: the smallest time difference between the passenger and baggage occurs when using the bus, followed a garbarata and the greatest difference in time when walking, so that it can be concluded that the use of buses more effective in reducing delays in receiving the baggage at the arrival terminal of International Airport Sultan Hasanuddin of Makassar.

The Impact

Majalengka government has taken agrotourism approach in economic development as autonomy implementation. The development of agrotourism potentials is hoped to make contribution to regional income, including tax subsector. This study aims (1) to discover the progress of regional tax contributions in the last few years; and (2) to find out the impact of international airport existence to the rise of regional income. The method used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. The research location is in Majalengka Regency. Data is collected from primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of a survey conducted on 1891 taxpayers, while secondary data is the achievement of tax revenue each year from Regional Income Office. The collecting data is conducted in June-September 2020. The analysis technique used is overlay analysis which is started with potential and growth analysis. The results show that the largest contributions to regional original income are restaurant and advertisement tax. It is due to a large increase in the number of taxpayers of the two sub-taxes. The results also show that five types of sub-taxes have an average contribution rate of 36.20% to regional original income, and included in the sufficient category, meaning that the Regional Government of Majalengka Regency need to optimize its tax revenue. The existence of Kertajati International Airport has made a change in social economic life of Majalengka society. There is an expanding of business scale not only around the airport but also in other area including highland as the basis of Agrotourism.

Teachers as educators are required to have social competence. Therefore, teachers should be able to establish good communication with students, parents, neighbor, and co-worker's. In the meantime, educational interaction belief in good communication skills from teachers with students. However, no research has been done in person about the teachers social competence relationship with students educational interaction in the academic perspective. This study/research was meants to reveal: 1) How high are teachers sosial competence at SDIT Salsabila 3. 2) How strong are students educational interaction at SDIT Salsabila 3. 3) The teachers relationship with students educational interaction. And this is quantitative research. The research method used was the correlation study. The population is requested class SDIT Salsabila 3. The sampling technique used is sample. It's mean the entire population is sampled. The primary data collection uses an angket or questionnaire that has been validates by experts. Secondary data collection uses interviews, observations, and documentations.  Angular data calculated using parametric statistics to get the desired data,  and the prerequisite analysis was then performed using the Kolmogorof-Smirnov. After a prerequisite analysis was done, a hypothetical test was done using the product moment correlation technique. The study/research shows that the teachers social competence at SDIT Salsabila 3 the majority is the medium category. And the result of the students educational interaction of SDIT Salsabila 3 the majority in a sufficient/moderate category. This research shows a positive relationship between the teachers social competence to students educational interaction. Using a product moment testing technique helped with the SPSS 22.00 calculations program, has a coefficient correlation of 0,777. It's mean the link between the teachers social competence to students educational interaction is strong

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational communication and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee motivation at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Construction Division VI Project Revamping of International Airport Interior Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Sample in this research amounted to 51 respondents. The data used is primary data in the from of questionnaires and interviews on a field and secondary data in the form of documentation company. The analysis method used is linear regression analysis with F test and T test. The results of the statistical test of organitational communication and work environment as a whole (simultaneous-F test) has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Construction Division VI Project Revamping of International Airport Interior Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. The results of R test show that the effect of Organizational Communication and Work Environment on Employee Motivation at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Construction Division VI Project Revamping of International Airport Interior Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar is 41,6%. Based on T test, organizational communication variables have significant impact on employee motivation at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Construction Division VI Project Revamping of International Airport Interior Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. While work environment variable does not give significant impact on employee motivation at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Development of technology and application of e-government at city, sub-district, and village become the factor of emergence of Information and Communication Technology-based information service system innovation. Yogyakarta has implemented e-government as one of the strategies used to achieve the slogan of Yogyakarta Smart City. One of the areas that have implemented the concept is Patehan, Kraton, Yogyakarta. This research aims to describe the system of online administrative services, identify of utilization by the community, and measure the quality of its services. The research method used was qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collected are primary data and secondary data with analytical technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the administrative service system in Patehan (SiWarga Patehan) is a system made by citizens, for citizens, and from citizens to take care of online certificate from RT, RW until the village that serve as one alternative for the community has high mobility. Based on 60 respondents, it can be concluded that the administrative system of SiWarga Patehan included into the category of good with the service index of 79.97.

This paper discusses the content of Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). The data used in the preparation of this paper is the data that is primary and secondary. The primary source is data obtained from the core source. In conducting a study of a verse, it is clear that the primary data source is derived from the Qur'an,precisely on Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). Secondary data is dataobtained from other sources that are still related to the problemand provide interpretation of the primary source. The method usedin analyzing this paper is the tahlili method. This method describesthe meaning contained by the Qur'an, verse by verse, and letterafter letter according to the order in the Mushaf. The descriptionincludes the various aspects which the interpreted verses contain,such as the meaning of the vocabulary, the connotation of thesentence, the background of the verse down, its relation to otherverses, both before and after. And do not miss the opinion that hasbeen given regarding the interpretation of these verses, whetherdelivered by the Prophet, companions, the tabi'in, as well as othercommentators. This study shows that in Q.S. (2): 67-73) there arevalues of moral education which include: 1) morals in asking, (2)morals to parents, (3) patience of educators, (4) educator honesty,and (5) obedience of learners.

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The theater usually has an attractive form to attract the attention of visitors and also has good sound control in the auditorium so as not to cause sound distortion. Performances in Medan are still inadequate to accommodate international performances. Particularly in Medan, the enthusiasm of the community towards art tends to be high, but the facilities of the place lack to accommodate performances. Data collection methods are carried out by collecting primary data through a process of field comparative study and secondary data through literature studies & comparative studies. The design approach used in design studies are analyzing the physical, conditions around the site, potential, the limits that exist on the site, Site and environmental approaches are analysis of site conditions and the best solutions, the user approach is building analysis to meet the need for facilities and quality in accommodating the show, literature studies related to titles and themes and theories that support design ideas. The Metaphor is chosen as a truss design theme to convey the shape of building design by combining metaphorical forms of buildings and the prominence of the same metaphorical theme in the building to those who visit and see buildings to prevent sound distortions by using porous materials. Medan is a big city in Indonesia as a design area with consideration of a strategic location. It is expected that with the presence of this performance center, domestic and foreign tourists and especially Medan people themselves can enjoy the comfort and get to know traditional music and dance in Indonesia.

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the democratic leadership of the Principal in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Madrasah (MAN). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher wanted to describe the Principal's democratic leadership in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Islamic Senior High School (MAN). Primary data sources (person) are the Principal, Teachers (Teachers) and Students of MAN Model Palangka Raya. Whereas secondary data sources are the data in the Palangka Raya Model MAN and supporting literature. The results of the study show that the Principal's leadership in improving achievement in the Palangka Raya Model MAN is very democratic, this condition can be seen from: (1) Principals are happy to receive suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates both delivered by students and teachers through suggestion boxes and in the teacher council meeting, (2) the Principal always strives to prioritize teamwork cooperation in an effort to achieve the goal by appointing the instructor teacher, trainer teacher and mentor teacher and conducting deliberation in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, (3) the Principal always tries to make subordinates more success than him, which is realized by including teachers in seminars, workshops, training and competitions so that they get achievements both locally and nationally, and (4) Principals always try to develop their personal capacity as good leaders in conceptual skills, human skill and technical skill.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.
