Industrialization in Indonesia has decreased since the economic crisis in 1998, it's just that this decline does not mean that Indonesia does not have the capital to invest in domestic industries, but rather attacks domestically produced goods. From the above statement and added to our observations conducted in Banjaran Village, then we made a research entitled "The Impact of Industrialization on Education, Economy and Religion in the Village of Banjaran, Kec. Sumber Jaya Kec. Majalengka. This research uses a case study research method or as an exploration of related systems (bounded systems) or cases. There are three aspects we examined, namely aspects of education, religion and economic aspects. Educational aspects, namely the learning model, learning methods and the use of the school library. Meanwhile, from the religious aspect, namely, the lack of regeneration in building to enliven the mosque is very minimal, as well as the religious aspect of the lack of insight in entrepreneurship. So this research adds to the experience where, reactivates reading media (libraries), reactivates and enlivens religious activities and opens the potential for entrepreneurship so that many ideas for entrepreneurship are created. Purpose: The main objective of this study was to investigate the impact of fund transfer agencies to liquidity management of KPLC.Methodology: A descriptive case study research design was used. The population for the study included all the 82employees in the KPLC Mombasa Branch. A sample of 57 respondents was selected from the population using a stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire was the preferred data collection instrument. The data was analyzed by use of descriptive statistics such as mean, mode and median. Results: The study findings showed that there was a gradual decline in the average collection period. This implied an improvement in the average collection period of KPLC Mombasa over the year 2002 to 2010. In addition, the number of fund transfer transaction increased over the study period. This implied that the fund transfer transactions may have impacted on the average collection period. Further, according to this study it was possible to infer that there was a gradual increase in the acid test ratio. This implied an improvement in the acid test ratio of KPLC Mombasa over the year 2002 to 2010. In addition, the number of fund transfer transaction increased over the study period. This implied that the fund transfer transactions may have impacted on the acid test ratio.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: The study recommended that KPLC should engage more fund transfer agents in facilitating bill payments. Specifically, KPLC should engage more banks, Saccos, western unions and mobile operators. This is because such an approach would improve the average collection period and acid test ratio further. The study was purely descriptive; it therefore lacks the statistical rigor that would establish causation between fund transfer agencies and average collection period as well as the acid test ratio. Therefore, the study recommends a regression analysis to establish causation between dependent and independent variables.

ObjectivesAlthough different forms of patient feedback are available, their use in hospital management is still limited. The objective of this study is to explore how patient feedback is currently used in hospitals to improve quality.DesignThis is a qualitative exploratory multiple case study. Data collection included nine interviews, of an average duration of 50 min, conducted between March and June 2019. Additionally, a document and secondary data analysis were performed.SettingThis study was conducted in three Brazilian hospitals selected for their solid patient feedback practises.ParticipantsManagers from the customer service, quality, nursing, operations, projects and patient experience departments of the three hospitals.ResultsDespite literature suggesting that organisational objectives regarding patient feedback are not clear, data show that there is managerial concern regarding the promotion of an environment capable of changing according to patient feedback. In these instances, organisational processes were structured to focus on patients’ feedback and its receipt by the staff, including a non-punitive culture. Several patient feedback forms are available: voluntary events, patient surveys and informal feedback. Instruments to measure patient feedback focused on specific aspects of healthcare, to identify and clarify the problems for addressal by the management. The net promoter score was the main strategic indicator of patient feedback, used to assess the impact of improvement action.ConclusionsThe hospitals had established objectives that valued the patient’s perspective. Involvement of the health team, availability of different channels for feedback and the use of quality tools are considered a good basis for using patient feedback to drive quality improvement.
