This study aims to explain how the distribution system of zakat funds in Baznas Bogor City on the welfare level of Asnaf Gharimin during the Covid-19 pandemic and how effective it is. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentations. The primary data in this study were the deputy chairman II for the utilization and distribution of the Baznas Bogor City, the head for the utilization and distribution of the Baznas Bogor City, and the head of the sub-section for the utilization of the Baznas Bogor City. The results of the study stated that the zakat fund distribution system that wa successfully distributed by the Baznas Bogor City contained 25 asnaf gharimin during the Covid-19 pandemic. For funds channeled to asnaf gharimin, it is given via transfer. The effectivveness of the distribution of zakat funds to asnaf gharimin is already quite effective. Because the community also really feels helped by the help of zakat funds, so they can meet their needs and live a better life..

This research describe about Implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation to controlling the use the plastic shopping bag in Padang city. Background of this research is because we find some problems of the use plastic shopping bag in Padang city. This research aims to explain about the implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation 36 of 2018 in controlling the use plastic shopping bag in Padang city. This studied use a qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The studied was conclude at Enviromental Services in Padang. The informants are determined by thecnique purposive sampling. Data in this studieduse primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. So the data obtained can be conclude from the data obtained in the field. The point of view of this studied is the Implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation number 36 of 2018 in controlling the use of plastic shopping bag in Padang city is not optimal. In the implementation of socialization carried out by Enviromental Services was good. But as for the constraints in implementation of this regulation of mayor is public awareness to redesign the use of plastic shopping bags is still lacking. And then, the Enviromental Services not firm in providing penalties or disincentive to business actors who still provide and eliminate plastic shopping bags at their stores. Both in modern markets and traditional markets in the city of Padang.

Before the arrival of Islam, Arab society was a society that was far from being orderly and according to norms. Customs, morals and life rules adopted are habits that have existed for a long time and are adopted as habits and beliefs. In a society that is oriented towards human values, Islam comes with a concept that forms the order of pre-Islamic Arab society in a relatively precise manner. Islam as a religion changes several aspects of society, one of which is in the family. One of the discussions in the family field is the remaining settlement of nusyuz in Islam where nusyuz is a disobedient attitude between husband or wife. This type of writing is a literature study, namely a study in which data collection is obtained from various scientific literacy such as books, journals, articles and others. The data of this study consisted of secondary and primary data with qualitative methods. The findings resulted that the offer of another Qur'an was first, offering advice to the wife in a ma'ruf or good way which aims to awaken the wife from her wrong actions. Second, as a psychological punishment for the wife and in her solitude for committing a crime against her punishment. Third, giving physical punishment to the wife. Abstrak Sebelum kedatangan Islam, masyarakat Arab merupakan masyarakat yang jauh dari kata teratur dan sesuai norma. Adat istiadat, akhlak serta peraturan hidup yang dianut merupakan kebiasaan yang telah ada sejak dahulu dan dianut sebagai kebiasaan dan keyakinan. Dalam suatu masyarakat yang cenderung mengabaikan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, agama Islam datang dengan konsep pembaruan yang merubah tatanan masyarakat Arab pra-Islam dalam waktu yang relatif cukup simgkat. Islam sebagai agama pembaruan merubah beberapa aspek yang ada dalam masyarakat, salah satunya ialah dalam bidang keluarga. Salah satu yang menjadi pembahasan dalam bidang keluarga ialah penyelesaian nusyuz dalam Islam dimana nusyuz merupakan sikap tidak patuh antara suami atau istri. Tulisan ini berjenis kajian library research yakni sebuah kajian yang pengambilan datanya didapat dari pelbagai literasi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, artikel dan lainnya. Adapun data penelitian ini terdiri atas  data sekunder dan primer dengan metode kualitatif. Temuan yang dihasilkan bahwasanya tawaran al-Qur’an lain Pertama, pemberian nasihat kepada istri dengan cara yang ma’ruf atau baik yang bertujuan untuk menyadarkan istri dari perbuatannya yang keliru. Kedua, sebagai hukuman psikologis bagi istri dan dalam kesendiriannya unutuk melakukan koreksi terhadap kekeliruannya. Ketiga, memberikan hukuman fisik kepada istri.

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing financing products in an effort to increase the capacity of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Islamic people’s financing bank (BPRS) UMMU in Bangil Pasuruan. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results of this study ate the existence of BPRS UMMU in Bangil Pasuruan is very beneficial for the community especially thosr who have small an medium micro businesses because with the financing can help in terms of capital, increase the capacity to trade and help sustain the economy in Bangil Pasuruan.

  Pegadaian Syariah is one of the Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia that distributes funds in the form of money loans with collateral in the form of valuable goods to the lower middle class community, which aims to make it easier to provide loans under Sharia law and eradicate moneylenders who have run rampant among the public without us realizing it. In the implementation of the contract Rahn that occurs at the Sharia pawnshop, it must be in accordance with the fatwa of the National Sharia Board, but in terms of the implementation of each fatwa verse that has been determined, sometimes it is still different in practice and unclear so that a question arises or even assumes that Sharia Pawnshops and Conventional Pawnshops are the implementation is the same, there is no difference. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Sharia Rahn (pawning) contract at the New Bogor Syariah Pawnshop Branch Office and to determine the suitability of the implementation of the Syariah Rahn (pawning) contract at the New Bogor Syariah Pawnshop Branch Office with the DSN MUI Fatwa. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, the data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Rahn contract at the New Bogor Syariah Pegadaian Branch Office has been implemented in accordance with existing Sharia provisions, such as fulfilling the pillars and requirements of Sharia Rahn (pawning). The implementation of the Rahn contract at the New Bogor Syariah Pawnshop Branch is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwas such as the MUI DSN Fatwa No. 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 and DSN MUI Fatwa No.26/DSN-MUI/III/2002.I

In the leadership of an organization, the lead role that determines the effort to achieve the goals of the organization he leads. This implies that the progress of the journey of the life of the organization depends on the extent of the ability of the leader in carrying out his leadership duties. This study uses qualitative methods, which are intended to develop concepts, gather facts by being supported by existing data and used to show and answer whether the problem is true. The data source consists of primary data (1) while the primary data source is the employee of the Regional Personnel Agency of Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) Leadership of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Katingan Regency was able to influence organizational goals, motivate subordinate behavior to achieve goals, influence to improve the group so that the desired goals through vision and mission can be achieved. (2) Head of BKD Regional Personnel Agency, Katingan Regency obtains support and cooperation from people outside the organization to achieve organizational goals that have been previously planned. (3) The success of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of the Katingan district depends on the leadership of the head of the Katingan regency agency itself whether it is able to influence, motivate subordinate behavior and to improve the group

The problem in this analysis is the existence of black racial discrimination by white people who consider themselves more powerful than the black race. This is illustrated in the novel The Help through the treatment of white employers against their helpers, the black race. In this analysis, the author wants to analyze discriminatory actions, causes and effects of racial discrimination in the novel The HelpIn this analysis, descriptive research is taken as a method of data collection. As for the method of data analysis, the authors conducted qualitative methods with understanding the novel. Data collection techniques use qualitative techniques by taking notes in collecting primary data. In data analysis techniques, the author uses structuralism method techniques by interpreting data.The results of this research are: 1) there are elements and acts of discrimination and segregation from white employers to black maids and also various racist actions towards other blacks described in the novel. 2) the cause of racial discriminations in this novel stems from Hilly's idea of making separate toilets with black maids 3) The effect of this racial discriminations is the publication of the novel The Help in Mississippi, the changing viewpoint of their employers and helpers and vice versa.

Advertising is a surefire tactic of producers in promoting an item or service so that interest and curiosity appear for consumers. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the image of women in Shinzui soap advertisements. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a semiotic approach. The data consists of two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research are observation and study of document contents. The data that has been obtained is then processed to look for the meaning contained in the data. The first thing to do is to write it in the form of a detailed description then reduce it (process it). The results showed that the three advertisements that became the research data have the same characteristics, namely in each scene the feminism traits have been shown, namely using a beautiful white dress, unraveling hair, a woman's posture that has purposional criteria and the image of women's figure is more highlighted in biological properties to attract consumers. Furthermore, the image of women in advertisements consists of two, namely having a biological or physical appeal and the attractiveness of gentle, graceful and graceful behaviors or characters.

Provisions for the distribution of inheritance for people left by the testator have been outlined in the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet in detail and clearly. The verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet directly regulate inheritance and without ignoring someone at all. From the background of the research above, the researcher formulated the problem, namely regarding the view of Islamic law on the distribution of inheritance systems in Muslim families and the practice of inheritance among Muslim families. The method of study in this paper uses qualitative methods. Data collection procedure is done using the observation method, interview method, and documentation methods. In this study shows that the view of Islamic law on the distribution system of inheritance in Muslim families still more or less using customary inheritance law, but prioritizing using Islamic inheritance law first. And in the distribution system uses what is already listed in the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The phenomenon of this research is that entertainment tax revenue in DKI Jakarta has not been maximized. this is because there is still a lack of awareness of taxpayers and entertainment tax collection that has not been running optimally. This study aims to determine the analysis of strategies for increasing entertainment tax revenue in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate: (1) the strategy for entertainment tax revenue can be increased due to cooperation with other agencies and extensification of entertainment tax objects, as well as monitoring and collection. (2) the obstacle is the lack of awareness of taxpayers and resources, and (3) the efforts that have been made, namely by increasing the quality and quantity of resources both within the organization and the taxpayer itself.

The purpose of this study was to find out the process of applying the Musyarakah contract carried out by Basmalah Sidogiri in Pasuruan with its partners in opening new branches and investing as new members. This study uses qualitative methods using explanative case study methods. Primary data collection is conducted by interviews and direct observation to informants, they are Head of Marketing Division, Head of Finance Division, Basmalah Partners in Surabaya, and Investors.
