The purpose of this study was to find out the process of applying the Musyarakah contract carried out by Basmalah Sidogiri in Pasuruan with its partners in opening new branches and investing as new members. This study uses qualitative methods using explanative case study methods. Primary data collection is conducted by interviews and direct observation to informants, they are Head of Marketing Division, Head of Finance Division, Basmalah Partners in Surabaya, and Investors. Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This study aims to identify main facilities and determine the level of the main facilities utilization of Birea fish landing base, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The research was conducted from May to July 2020. The method used in this research is a case study. Primary data was consisting of the length of the pier, the distance between ships, the length of time to moor, the length of the breakwater and the length of the trip, and the size and number of ships anchored, were collected through direct observation in the field. Meanwhile, secondary data such as catch production data, development of the number and types of fishing units, the size of the port pool area, and the depth of the waters were taken through the interviews method. The utilization rate of the main facilities utilization of Berea fish landing base are a pier utilization rate of 90.5%, a port pool of 72.5%, a land port 86%, and two meters of water depth are required. Based on the research results, it is found that the long pier is still possible to accommodate ships that are anchored, while the port pool and portland still meet the requirements, however, dredging is necessary for dredging the depth of the waters for shipping in and out of ships. This study aims to describe the efforts of female candidates to break the practice of money politics and the influence of shamans in the 2018 Sriharjo subdistrict election (pilkades). The author used qualitative methods with a case study of the Sriharjo village-head election in Bantul Regency. The author collected primary data through interviews, in-depth group discussions, and observations. Secondary data were collected through a literature review, online articles, photos, and video studies of the pilkades process. The findings of this study show the practice of money politics carried out by “snipers,” whose job is to distribute envelopes containing money from house to house from night to dawn one day prior to election day. In addition, candidates also provide assistance and facilities to the community to get their votes. The success team also uses the services of shamans by spreading flowers in certain areas with the aim of spiritually binding people so as not to vote for other candidates. Responding to the competitor’s strategy, the female candidate employed the politics of conscience to empower the community, monitored the snipers of other candidates, built networks, and broke the spiritual powers.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>

Interpersonal communication theory that discusses the stages of interpersonal relationships, factors that influence interpersonal relationships. The purpose of interpersonal communication is to create motivation. This motivation is the ability of a coach in building the motivation of the players at Conan Futsal Academy. By using interpersonal communication, coaches use personal assistance to build players so they can help in training. The methodology in this study uses qualitative case study methods. Data collection obtained by interview, observation and literature study.Kreativitas adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menghasilkan komposisi baru atau gagasan apa saja yang menjadi dasarnya baru dan sebelumnya tidak dikenal oleh pembuatnya. Kreativitas adalah kemampuan berpikir untuk meraih hasil yang variatif dan baru serta memungkinkan untuk diaplikasikan baik dalam bidang keilmuan, keolahragaan, kesusastraan maupun bidang kehidupan yang lain dapat berkaitan dengan kreativitas. Pengembangan kreativitas proses untuk mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengkombinasikan daya kreatif dengan pengalaman, wawasan, maupun hubungan dengan lingkungan menjadi lebih baik. Teori komunikasi interpersonal mencakup tahapan hubungan interpersonal, faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan interpersonal. Tujuan komunikasi interpersonal tersebut untuk menciptakan motivasi. Motivasi ini merupakan kemampuan dari seorang pelatih dalam membangun motivasi para pemain yang ada di Conan Futsal Academy. Dengan menggunakan komunikasi interpersonal pelatih menggunakan pendekatan secara personal untuk membangun motivasi pemain agar dapat semangat dalam berlatih. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang didapat yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan.

Purpose- This study discusses the application of the Ijarah Agreement on Financing Products for the Management of Hajj Portions at KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan Judging from the DSN-MUI Fatwa. Methods- This research is a type of field research with a type of qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from research at KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan. Data were analyzed descriptively, namely data collected in the form of words, images and not numbers. The method of data collection by interviews, documents, and observations. Findings- The results of the study show that financing using the ijarah contract has followed the rules of the MUI DSN Fatwa. It can be stated that KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan has implemented the DSN-MUI Fatwa in each of its products and the Sharia Supervisory Board has always exercised strict control over the application of fatwas at the KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan Implications/limitations - This study is a case study and is only carried out in one agency so that future studies can expand the study area to increase generalization. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, bahwa pembiayaan ini menggunakan akad ijarah sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan dalam Fatwa DSN MUI. Hal ini sesuai dengan yang disampaikan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan. Dari uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan melaksanakan Fatwa DSN-MUI dalam setiap produknya dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah selalu melakukan kontrol yang ketat terhadap penerapan fatwa di KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan.

This study aims to determine the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in the field of curriculum and learning, students, and educators and education staff at elemnetary school 2 Penujak, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok Regency. Research uses a qualitative approach using a case study. The type of data of this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data material in this study was in the form of interviews with the principal, teachers and administrative staff. The secondary data material in this study is data on the state of elementary school 2 Penujak, organizational structure, human resources and so on. Data collection techniques in this study are: (1) interviews, (2) observations and, (3) documentation studies. Various data collection techniques (triangulation), and carried out continuously until the data is saturated. Checking the validity of the data in qualitative research includes four techniques, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the implementation of School-Based Management in SD Negeri 2 Penujak was carried out through 4 management processes, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring as well as in accordance with the essence of School-Based Management (SBM) namely autonomy, flexibility, participation, transparency and accountability

This research aims to see the difference in value and value added of a product, after experiencing processing in a production process. In the processing of Value Added can be defined as the difference between the value of the product with the cost of raw materials and other inputs not including labor. This Study for to calculate the value 1 kg of raw nuts to 0.73 bean roaster. This research will be implemented since March until June 2016 at UD. Tarsius in Kinali Village, Kawangkoan Sub-district, Minahasa District The data collection includes primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through direct interviews with owners of industrial processing of roasted peanuts and employee, as well as direct observation in place research. Secondary data were obtained from various literature related with this study. Research shows that Value Added obtained For 1 kg of raw nuts be roasted peanuts 0.73 that is Rp. 4.105,41 and Value Added to 0.73 bean roaster be roasted beans that have been packaged that is Rp. 6.169,5.*jrm*

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the management of Gus Dur's grave religious tourist philanthropy was conducted by the Lembaga Sosial Pesantren Tebuireng in managing collected funds. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study strategy. The subject of this research is the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School Social Institution. This research was conducted directly in the field to explore information relating to the management of philanthropic funds in Gus Dur's religious tourism tomb. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the board members of the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, direct observation and documentation. The results of this study are the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School Institution in managing the collected funds applying four management functions, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. In addition to implementing the four management functions, the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School Social Institution also conducts a sharia management system in carrying out its organizational activities.Keywords: Management, philanthropic funds, Lembaga Sosial Pesantren Tebuireng
