The article discusses the improvement of technologies for performing business processes and their structural elements based on the analysis of existing business processes and their modifications. The analysis shows that process management is the management of a set of interconnected business processes of an enterprise, the result of which is a commodity product. The process control system is adaptively controlled, i.e. allows you to effectively change the internal environment of the enterprise under the influence of the external environment. The proposed methodology shows that the main stages of the implementation of process management are modeling, analysis, optimization, automation and continuous improvement of business processes.

Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of theoretical, methodological provisions and practical recommendations for determining the content of business process and process approach in management of the enterprise, substantiation of classification features of grouping business processes and identifying indicators of evaluation of business processes of the enterprise and factors influencing their effectiveness. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the position of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists to optimize the management of business processes at the enterprise. The following general scientific methods of research are used to achieve this goal: system-structural and terminological analysis – to streamline the conceptual and terminological apparatus regarding the economic content of the category "business process"; grouping, comparison and theoretical generalization – for the study of scientific works on the problems of business process management at the enterprise; inductions and deductions – to study the classification features of business process grouping and identify business process evaluation indicators at the enterprise; abstract and logical – for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions. Findings. The necessity of applying the process approach to the organization and management of the enterprise is substantiated. The economic essence of the category "business process" is determined. It is established that a business process is a structured sequence of actions to perform an appropriate type of activity at all stages of the life cycle of the subject activity. Characteristics of business processes: presence of internal and external users; functioning within and between divisions of the company and between different organizations; based on the way in which the organization works. The main characteristics of quality of business processes of the enterprise are determined, namely: effectiveness; efficiency; adaptability; anti-corruption. Originality. There was further development of the definition of the content of the business process and process approach in management of the enterprise are generalized, the classification features of grouping of business processes are substantiated and the possibilities of application of indicators of estimation of business processes of enterprise and factors of influence on their efficiency in management of domestic enterprises are offered. Practical value.Recommendations are proposed which define the conditions for ensuring optimization of business process management at the enterprise, in particular: application of the process approach to enterprise management; use of a scorecard to evaluate the business processes of an enterprise determining the impact of factors on their effectiveness. The article presents recent innovative technology for modeling business processes of enterprises based on process management. The paper considers the creation and justification of the updated methodological and analytical tools for assessing, selecting and regulating the production system of administration of an enterprise project portfolio in a single operating management system. The application of the process approach is based on a comprehensive, systematic review of the enterprise as a set of processes, the development of a process management system using the principles of ISO 9000: 2000. The new process approach is proposed that allows excluding routine operations from the actions of employees, increasing the speed of employee interaction, effectively optimizing existing business processes, and quickly rebuilding the enterprise’s business processes in response to significant changes in business conditions. The work identifies executable business processes, proposes a new approach to modeling the business processes of an enterprise, gives examples of problems associated with the new approach, and suggests possible ways to solve them. Criteria for the results of simulated business processes are defined that allow linking the target indicators of a balanced scorecard of the enterprise with the established results of business processes. It is proved that the use of this recent innovative technology for solving scientific and practical problems of enterprise management significantly expands and deepens the possibilities of economic analysis in the process of solving problematic situations and makes management decisions more grounded and effective.

The current state of motor transport enterprises, which is characterized by negative dynamics of development in all sectors of the transport sector, is studied. The research of scientific works determined the direction of the article and the object of research was business processes in administrative management. That is, it is impossible not to agree with the authors to solve the crisis of modern enterprises. It should be noted that all of them are solved through the mechanisms of the administrative management system. Therefore, it became necessary to form conceptual features of the use of business analyst in administrative management during the Covid pandemic 19. Modern approaches to administrative management are considered, providing reliable administrative management of the motor transport enterprise. Management of business processes in motor transport enterprises of business provides their constant improvement and optimization therefore the most important tools of process management are approaches and methods of improvement of business processes managed by administrative management systems. The researched approaches are aimed at identifying duplication of functions, bottlenecks, cost centers, quality of individual operations, missing information, the possibility of automation and quality management. The main directions and software products for automation of business processes in the system of administrative management are established. It is proved that the holistic application of approaches and elements of business analyst in the administrative management of the enterprise will lead to great chances of maintaining the competitiveness of motor transport enterprises and ways out of the post-crisis crisis. The measures of administrative management concerning improvement of activity of the motor transport enterprises are offered. Therefore, in order for trucking companies to develop and differ from their competitors in the level of services provided and the level of comfort, in the critical conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary to radically change the methods of administrative management, ie reengineer business processes.

One of the current approaches to performance management is based on examination of organisational performance through measurement and evaluation of the processes. Processes provide an excellent basis for the arrangement of a measurement system and performance management. The application of the process approach in performance management is based on the evaluation of processes rather than on the output results. Based on our research, we bring findings about approaches to process performance evaluation of companies operating in Slovakia. The aim of our research is to assess current approaches for evaluation of process performance in the context of application of process orientation in companies operating in Slovakia. We used questionnaires to collect data. Our sample consists of 137 companies from various sectors, sizes and age to obtain a broader overview. The results show the level of utilisation of process management and approaches to evaluation of process performance towards process improvement. The task of organizing the economic management of an innovative company, which field of activity is related to high-tech business, is studied. A system of economic management is proposed, which is based on the function of planning the company's operational activities and a project-process approach to regulating the company's microeconomic indicators. The indicators characterize the effectiveness of the implementation of business projects and business processes, jointly controlled in the internal environment of the company and recalculated into the integral economic performance of the company. The controlling function is assigned to smart contracts that track the fulfillment of the company's contractual obligations to consumers. The management subjects in the system are defined as managers of various levels of the hierarchy who are influenced by productivity challenges. The company as an object of economic management in the system is subject to the influence of market challenges. The control system is built according to a closed circuit that adaptively responds to external and internal calls through local and global feedbacks.

The article formulates the aims of HEI's activities, as well as approaches to managing all actions that ensure the achievement of the stated aims. The process approach is defined as the main one in the university management system. It is shown that the main directions of improving the activities of the university are the transition to the application of the process approach to the management of HEI and its informatization. On this basis, it is necessary to develop new, more modern university management systems that meet the contemporary requirements for the governance of multifunctional facilities and implement them in the form of process systems. We propose a conceptual model of the implementation of the functions to plan the educational process. The effects on planning functions are presented and the interrelation of these functions in the traditional form of planning is described. The tasks are formulated that need to be solved for modeling and optimizing business processes of planning and monitoring the academic workload to create an effective information technology for automating the functions of information processing. We propose a structural model for the implementation of information and procedural components of IT for planning and monitoring the educational environment. The implementation of this model in software provides the calculation of the optimal planned workload of students and teachers, considering the conditions in which the educational process is implemented.

AbstractIn the practice of enterprises, there is no clear boundary between the establishment and development of economic and management tools. The purpose of the article is to study the influence of internal production conditions on the efficiency of enterprises. The novelty of the study concerns the development of tools required when new systems for managing business processes are built. The conducted studies of the theoretical and methodological foundations of business process management demonstrated that the economic and managerial tools for ensuring business processes in the enterprise management system constitute a necessary arsenal of management methods. This set of methods primarily includes methods of maintaining the flexibility and adaptability of management systems to ensure the quality of business processes. During the study, it was identified that most often, the expected parameters of development and performance are established for business processes in the management of enterprises. The practical significance of the study is conditioned by the fact that systems for managing business processes and ensuring their quality exist at the studied enterprises in various forms, their functions refer to different departments and sometimes to different levels of management.

The article focuses on the analysis of the company process management in the framework of modern organizational and economic concepts. This approach contributes to creating an extraordinary possibility of leveling out the negative influence of the environment factors and achieving a stable position for the company in the services market. The paper offers the system vision of the company's process management problems as a set of interconnected and interacting elements of the system. In present time economic reality, this county's companies' performance is entirely dependent on the ability to transform the key company processes into strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and the company's ability to react and forecast market changes. At the same time, the environment unpredictability and rapid dynamics constantly change the conditions under which companies operate. In view of this, the urgent task of operational response to various kinds of change arises, since the timely reaction of the company management of to changes in the environment can provide a long-term sustainable development of the company. Bringing the level of companies’ business process management up to meet the requirements of the internal and external environment will contribute to improving the overall level of efficiency of its business activities. As a result of the research, the process management of the enterprise has been analyzed in the framework of modern organizational and economic concepts, namely, the process approach has been considered and implemented in the theory of management decision making. It is proved that the implementation of the process approach in the theory of management decision-making contributed to the creation of the architecture of the business process system of enterprises. A reference model of the business process "Organization of the enterprise management system" has been developed, which ultimately allows to improve the entire enterprise management system. The proposed reference model can be taken as a basis for modeling the main business processes that create added value of the enterprise. The interdisciplinary nature of the process management theory is constantly gaining volume and becoming one of its distinct competencies.

The establishment and development of economic and management tools for supporting business processes are consistent elements of supporting these processes. In the practice of enterprises, there is no clear boundary between the establishment and development of economic and management tools. In establishment, there is a development of methods and approaches to business process management. The novelty of the study concerns the development of tools required when new systems for managing business processes are built and their quality is ensured at enterprises. Under conditions of changes and improvement of existing systems, this novelty refers to the development of an ensured course of business processes. It was identified that the model for determining the economic efficiency of quality management systems based on the ratio of quality results and costs is consolidated by indicators in the documentation pyramid at the enterprise, which creates opportunities for the preparation of guidelines for the management system at various levels for the development of strategies, policies, tactics and procedures for flexibility and adaptability of business processes. The practical significance of the study is conditioned by the fact that systems for managing business processes and ensuring their quality exist at the studied enterprises in various forms, their functions refer to different departments and sometimes to different levels of management. The success and effectiveness of such systems are usually closely intertwined with such concepts as the flexibility and adaptability of enterprise management systems.

The relevance of the implementation and development of process management in pharmaceutical companies is substantiated in the article. This is due to the need to operate in market conditions, increased requirements for the quality of drugs, the social significance of drugs as a commodity. Insufficient theoretical study of the issues of the process approach in management is established. The available scientific developments relate to narrow applied aspects. Insufficient implementation of the process approach in the practice of Ukrainian pharmaceutical companies has been identified. The prerequisites for changing the management paradigm for pharmaceutical companies are systematized. The process of managing a pharmaceutical company is presented as a cyclical sequence of certain stages. The advantages of company management on the basis of a process approach are identified and systematized. They consist in ensuring transparency of all business operations, in the ability to analyze the consequences of work failures, in the timely identification and correction of errors, in the effective management of operating costs. An enterprise built on the principles of a process approach is more flexible and adaptable. The features of the structural elements of process management are considered. Process implementation technologies, requirements for «inputs» and «outputs», requirements for resources (personnel, equipment, tools, production environment, information), criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the process, customer satisfaction. If the activity brings added value to the company (that is, firstly, the result of the activity is of value to the client, and secondly, this activity is expedient in terms of the costs of its implementation) then it is presented as a process. A process-oriented management structure allows pharmaceutical companies to remain competitive. Due to the technological and technical component and due to the use of modern tools in enterprise management.
