Inggris : Collaborative Learning in Sistem Komputer  subject is the core of this study.  The aim of this research is to find out how the effects of applying Collaborative Learning in Computer System Subject at SMK Negeri 2 Kotabumi class TKJ.  The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the implementation of Collaborative Learning is carried out in several aspects, namely: preparing teaching materials, and learning media, as well as the process of implementing learning in class. The Implementation of collaborative learning as many as 8 meetings.  The research subjects were students of SMK Negeri 2 Kotabumi Class X TKJ 2. The results of observation during learning can be concluded that Collaborative learning can be an alternative in improving the quality of learning. Indonesia: Pembelajaran kolaboratif dalam mata pelajaran Sistem Komputer adalah inti dari penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan Pembelajaran Kolaboratif pada Mata Pelajaran Sistem Komputer di SMK Negeri 2 Kotabumi kelas TKJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Kolaboratif dilakukan dalam beberapa aspek, yaitu: menyiapkan bahan ajar, dan media pembelajaran, serta proses penerapan pembelajaran di kelas. Implementasi pembelajaran kolaboratif sebanyak 8 pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Kotabumi 2. Hasil pengamatan selama pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kolaboratif dapat menjadi alternatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

This research is about how to manage of reading and writing Al-Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Ja-alhak Bengkulu. This research method is descriptive qualitative, that is analyzing and presenting facts systematically. With the aim of systematically and accurately describing the facts and characteristics of the management of Koran reading and writing in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Ja-Alhak. The result of this research is the learning management of reading al-Qur'an especially in MI Plus Ja-alhak has been running well, proved by the learning process which is in accordance with the existing teaching system such as: introductory activity, core activities and cover of learning. In addition, the evaluation of learning for both students and teachers is conducted regularly. The evaluation model implemented in MI Plus Ja-alhak Bengkulu is an effort to support the improvement of the quality of learning which includes the quality of students and the quality of teachers.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin beragamnya aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan saat berada di taman. Keberagaman aktivitas inilah yang kemudian menimbulkan kecenderungan pengunjung dalam memilih desain dan tata letak sarana duduk yang nyaman guna mendukung aktivitas selama berada di taman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dan dampak-dampak apa saja yang dirasakan pengunjung terkait kenyamanan pada sarana duduk taman  secara umum dan mengetahui apa saja kebutuhan pengunjung terkait sarana duduk taman. Subjek penelitian adalah pengunjung taman tanpa ada batasan-batasan usia ataupun kategorisasi lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung dan mendalam terhadap taman yang dijadikan studi kasus pada penelitian ini. Data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah dan dianalisis. Hasil analisis kemudian dilakukan uji validasi akhir pada penelitian untuk memastikan kecocokan hasil observasi dan pengamatan dengan uji validasi yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian berupa kriteria desain dan tata letak sarana duduk yang baik dan nyaman bagi pengunjung taman. This research is motivated by the increasing variety of activities that can be done while in the park. The diversity of activities is what then raises the tendency of visitors to choose the design and layout of comfortable seating to support activities while in the park. This study aims to determine the factors and impacts that are felt by visitors related to the comfort of the park seating facilities in general and find out what visitors need related to park seating facilities. Research subjects were park visitors without age restrictions or other categorizations. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely by making observations and direct and in-depth observations of the park used as a case study in this study. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed. The results of the analysis are then carried out the final validation test in the study to ensure compatibility of observations and observations with the validation test that has been done. The results of the study were in the form of design criteria and good and comfortable seating facilities for park visitors.

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring terhadap pengajar dan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrument angket likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 adalah 39,6%, artinya berada pada ketegori rendah. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pendemi Covid-19 adalah: pengajar kesulitan membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan siswa, terjadi miss komunikasi baik antara siswa dengan pengajar, maupun wali siswa dengan pengajar, perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring kurang memadai, koneksi internet kurang baik, dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menurun.Abstract in englishThis study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of online learning on teachers and the quality of learning. This research method is a survey with a Likert questionnaire instrument. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was 39.6%, which is in the low category. Some of the obstacles found in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 epidemic were: teachers had difficulty building two-way communication with students, there was a miss of communication between students and teachers, as well as student guardians and teachers, inadequate online learning support devices, insufficient internet connection good, and students' motivation to participate in learning decreased.

This research aims to classify forms of application of authentic just my assesment on thematic-based learning, quality assessment of the learning process and find the constraints faced by teachers in Islamic Elementary School, application of authentic assessment in Watampone on thematic-based learning to improve the quality of the assessment of the learning process. The method of this research is a descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed that teachers generally Islamic Elementary School in Watampone authentic assessment has implemented in the thematic-based learning in accordance with the existing procedures at the authentic assessment, namely the assessment of attitudes, judgement knowledge and psychomotor. Furthermore, the assessment of the learning process for teachers in Islamic Elementary School in Watampone already qualified having been in accordance with the standards of the assessment of the learning process. Various obstacles facing teachers Islamic Elementary School in Watampone in applying the assessment of teacher ability Islamic Elementary School in Watampone, limited time and complication as well as impractical. With the implementation of this authentic assessment thus reduces the subjectivity of teachers in learning so as to improve the quality of learning in teacher assessment

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. <p>Abstract: The Role of LPTK in Creating Syari’ah Based Professional Workforce in Aceh. The Institution of Learning for Educational workforce (LPTKs) plays an important role in the process of producing professionals in their fields. This article studies the extent to which such institutional programs play, especially those mainly associated with the Islamic sya’riah implemented in Aceh region. The writer of this article argues that, in terms of quality, it can be revealed from how far the lecturers are capable of facilitating the students’ learning process and its relevance to teaching materials. Therefore, the author concludes that the quality of learning can be conducted with the intensity of the systemic and synergistic lecturers, students, curriculum and learning materials, media, facilities, and learning systems in producing process and the optimal learning outcomes in accordance with the demands of curriculum.</p><p><br />Kata Kunci: workforce, professional, LPTK, Aceh<br /><br /></p>

The author analyzed the pattern of presenting descriptions in the novel "Surat Kecil untukTuhan" by Agnes Davonar. The purpose of this study is to describe the pattern of presentation of static descriptions, patterns of presentation of moving descriptions, patterns of presentation of outline descriptions, and describing the results of studies on the pattern of presentation of descriptions in the novel "Surat Kecil untuk Tuhan" by Agnes Davonar can be used as a teaching  material  Indonesian  for  class  XII  learners  based  on  the  2013 Curriculum. The research method use is descriptive qualitative method. Therefore, the data obtained in this study are not in the form of numbers, but in the form of descriptions or narratives. The results showed that in the novel "Surat Kecil untuk Tuhan" by Agnes Davonar, there were 9 patterns of description presentation including, 5 static patterns, 3 moving patterns, and 1 skeleton pattern. The results also showed that based on the results of the analysis of the suitability of study materials with the demands of the curriculum, the novel “Surat Kecil untuk Tuhan” can the results of the study have been validated by experts and declared worthy of use as teaching materials.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

Creativity is a key oriented towards the effectiveness of the learning process carried out by the teacher in achieving learning and educational goals. This study aims to reveal the teachers' creativity in the learning process. Teacher's creativity is the skills to have such as skills in making teaching materials, carrying out learning in class properly, learning methods that are relevant to the material, appropriate learning media, quality learning resources related to the discussion, etc. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, and the research subjects are teachers in schools who expected to have creativity in the form of quality skills.

Writing an English application letter is one of ‘Job Getting’ materials. The writing results can measure the students’ writing ability in English. This study aims to describe the writing quality of English application letter made by State Polytechnic of Balikpapan students. It also tries to explain frequent errors in the application letter. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained were assessed based on a scoring rubric adapted from Cohen (1994). There are four criteria assessed including Content, Organization, Grammar, and Mechanic. The data results are presented in the tables, graphs, and description. The results show (1) Most of the students' abilities are at Scale 4 and none has the ability at Scale 1. The average number of each component is Content 3,95; Organization 3,89; Grammar 3,38; and Mechanic 3,30. (2) Errors made in writing application letters can be found in all components. Most mistakes were made by students in all components, respectively, mechanic, grammar, organization, and content.
