This study aims to analyze the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in the Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which to obtain a picture in understanding and explaining the application of village fund allocations in an effort to increase development in Desa Limau Manis. The data used in this study are primary data with the subject of research is the Limau Manis Village Office of Tanjung Morawa District. The results showed that the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District had been running but the allocation was not right on target, this can be seen from the realization of the allocation of village funds that were used for social purposes had less value the remainder is for village government income and other benefits.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

Good village financial management is an important aspect in the success of village development and community welfare. Moreover, each year the funds allocated to each village have increased. Good village financial management is management that is in accordance with guidelines set by the government, which is contained in Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the adequacy of village financial management, especially in the process of expenditure administration organized by the Ongkaw Tiga Village Government. In this study, the type of data used is qualitative data, while for data sources using primary data, and the analytical method used is descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that in the preparation of the RAB, filing employee expenditure, filing SPP on goods and services spending, filing SPP capital expenditure almost everything done by the Ongkaw Tiga village government can be said to be not complied with. After the evaluation, the factors that influence the non-compliance of the village government in carrying out the procedures for submitting village expenditures are the lack of knowledge and understanding of the village apparatus from the Village Head to the Implementing Officer on the rules imposed so that there are many errors in the preparation or preparation of these documents.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the accounting treatment of inventory on the method of recording and assessing merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju Kec. Kab. Musi Banyuasin with inventory observation periods in April and May 2020. In this study the researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Where the primary data is in the form of interviews and field observations, while the secondary data is in the form of merchandise inventory data at Bumdes Karya Maju. Data collection methods used were interviews and field observations. The results showed that the method of recording and inventory of merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju was not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Bumdes Karya Maju records merchandise inventory using an application called OMI, which has not applied any method in the application.

This study aims to identify, analyze, and describe the accountability of village governments in the management of village fund allocation in 2018 budget year which includes the planning, implementation and accountability phases in Tumbu Village, Karangasem, so that it can be used by the government so that government organizations can run well, and efficiently. In this study, qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method was used. The results of the research indicate that administratively the Tumbu Village Government has been transparent and accountable in every stage of planning, implementation, and accountability of village fund allocation. However, the village government still finds it difficult to prepare the Budget Realization Report for the Implementation of the Budget Year 2018, so that the sub-district government needs to provide assistance and guidance Keywords: accountability, village government, management, village fund allocation, planning, implementation.

The aim is to see the Village Fund Allocation Management in Lawang AgungVillage Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research included qualitativeresearch. The operational variable of this research was the Management of Village FundAllocation with Indicators for planning, implementation, administration, reporting, andaccountability. Secondary data in the form of agency profiles and Village Fund Allocationdocuments. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The resultsshowed that the Village Fund Allocation Management planning stage in the Lawang Agungvillage is not yet fully the community’s expected needs at that time. The implementation phaseof the Village Fund Allocation, there was a delay of more than one week even though theworking time was only 5 days in preparing several documents. So that it made delays inadministration, reporting, and accountability. The Village Fund Allocation Administrationstage, due to the delay in reporting form activities in the field, had an impact on delays inclosing the books which result in late submission of accountability reports to the Village Head,and it had an impact on the delay in reporting to the District and District. The Village VillageFund Allocation reporting stage, the reporting stage also occurs due to delays due to delays inthe implementation phase so that the impacts on delay in the administration and reportingdelays on the District and District parties. For the accountability phase of the Village FundAllocation, it was timely that the accountability report was made and reported monthly, 31December. But the accountability report of the village government was not informed to thecommunity. Therefore it had been no direct accountability to the community with themanagement of the Village Fund Allocation in Desa Lawang Agung, Rupit District, NorthMusi Rawas Regency.

The background of this research was the issuance of Act No. 6 Of 2014 about the Village. In one of its provisions contains the wealth of the village in the form of land certified on behalf of the Village Government. While the status of Villager Land in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is the land of the Sultanate. The research aimed to get an explanation of the status of Villager Land and to know the legal consequences that will arise with respect to the utilization of the Sultanate land associated with the Villager Land after the enactment of Act No. 6 of 2014, when associated with the Provincial Governor Regulation No. 34 of 2017 on Utilization of Villager Land. This research used sociological juridical approach (primary data) and direct interviews to the community in Sleman Yogyakarta (secondary data) and literature study. The result of the research shows that with the enactment of the Yogyakarta Governor Regulation, the Villager Land that comes from the right of anggaduh (Javanese Lng.) and the substitute land has been certified on behalf of the Village Government for the transfer of rights to the property of the Sultanate. Determination of the Sultanate as a Legal Entity which can become the subject of land ownership resulted in a change of status of the Sultanate institution to be equivalent to the private Legal Entity. The consequences of such changes resulted in changes in the management of the Sultanate land and the burden of obligations and responsibilities that must be met by the Sultanate for the management of the Sultanate land.Keywords: Juridical Review; Sultanate land; Villager Land

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. All economic activity done by Serah community is meant to get God’s willing. Keywords: Islamic Working Ethos, Handicraft Businesses

This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Kata kunci : Desa Wisata, Alokasi Dana Desa,  Pemberdayaan Masyarakat   Jambu Tourism Village was founded in 2018, located in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency, which won the nomination award for the best tourism village category 2018 and 2019 at the Village Award. In the early phase of tourism village development using budget capital from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) with the aim of increasing the empowerment of village communities. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, and data collection methods are carried out directly in the field with interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this research is to examine the problems raised, namely human resources who are not responsive to the management of tourist villages. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists. This study aims to determine the system for the results of Mudharabah on Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data relating to the annual revenue sharing system Mudharabah (2010-2014). The results of this study indicate that the profit sharing system is implemented by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu in the form of Mudharabah financing. With a guarantee statement on the process akadnya. In the event of negligence made by members who resulted in his business losing the goods made in the guarantee will be seized by the cooperative. Businesses that are established by members are mostly small and medium enterprises so often encountered bookkeeping that is not clear and just make a budget booklet at random. However, it does not become alaasan and hamper the growth of cooperatives which each year has increased the remaining results of operations. Unclear budget bookkeeping can result in member earnings manipulation, by lowering the profits earned and the effect on the revenue share installments
