This study contained two variables, namely X1 as Work Motivation and X2 as the Work Environment. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek.  The Data used is primary data collected through observation, interview, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis in this research is the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction in SMEs Nahla Toys Cikampek. To measure the magnitude of influence of these variables using multiple linear regression and the help of the program software IBM SPSS 25. Based on the results of the data analysis, obtained value of the coefficient of determination amounted to 5.05%. In addition to the value of the correlation coefficient amounted to 0.711. While the results of partial test (t test) indicated that work environment variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. It is obtained that the results of t count bigger than t table. Then based on these results it can be concluded that the work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees in SMES Nahla Toys Cikampek.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation in Elementary School East Sinduadi, Sleman. The type of this research is the nature regresional aimed to see the effect of variable Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variables. As the study variables consist of Work Environment and Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variable data were collected using questionnaires and sampling are as many as 25 respondents. accindental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the multiple linear regression, namely: Y = 2.510 to 0.142 X1 + 0.589 X2 Physical working conditions do not affect the level of motivation of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman value because the test statistic is not significant (0.502 more than 5%). With a negative coefficient (-0.512). Non-physical work environment affects the motivation level of employees working in Sleman East Sinduadi Elementary School because the value of the test statistic showed significant results (0.045 below 5%). Positive coefficient (0.589). Environmental conditions of physical and non-physical work jointly influence the motivation level of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman. It is seen from the value of the test statistic (F) is significant (0.041). With a constant value of 3.615 and a significant level of 5%. Keywords: physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work motivation.

This study is shown to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at PT. Safco Multi Trading Medan. Price and product quality as independent variables and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The method used in this research is to use quantitative research. Data obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression equation with the equation Y = 4.020 + 0.378X1 + 0.500X2. This analysis includes the t test in the effect of price on purchasing decisions is 3.619 with Sig 0.001 and the t test in the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions is 5.639 with Sig 0.000, R-Square of 0.391, f test of 26.355 with Sig 0.000. The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading. Product quality has a positive and significant effect of 39.1% on purchasing decisions at customers of PT. Shafco Multi Trading, purchasing decision is a moderating variable in influencing product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Shafco Multi Trading so that 60.9% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

The purpose of this study is whether job training, career development and work environment have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Persada Indonesia's Persada Welfare Foundation. The population in this study came from the number of employees who worked, namely 43 people. The research sample was taken by incidental sampling and obtained 43 respondents with multiple linear regression methods. In this study, using a questionnaire that was distributed to the employees encountered. The results showed that the variables of job training, career development and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at the Persada Persada Indonesia Welfare Foundation, either partially or simultaneously. Three independent variables explained that the employee's performance was 67.9% and the others were influenced by other variables Keywords: job training, career development and work environment, employee performance

The ozonation process of dye Acid Orange 7 (AO7), Acid Yellow 19 (AY19), and Acid Black 1 (AB1) have been performed. The experimental results predicted the magnitude of the influence of each variable by using Multiple Linear Regression (MLR). This process produces predictive modeling of the variables studied. The variables studied in this ozonation process are independent variables consisting of ozone concentration (mg/L), concentration of dye (mg/L), pH and temperature (°C). The dependent variables studied were the percentage of dye decolorization. The feasibility of the prediction model used has also been tested using the t-test. Based on the prediction model, R2 values for AO7, AY19, and AB1 dyes are 0.84. 0.87, and 0.93 respectively. The analysis of the influence of the independent variables on the percentage of dye decolorization predicted that the concentration of ozone, dyestuff concentration and pH, significantly influenced the ozonation process of AO7, AY19, and AB1. In the ozonation process the temperature variables have a significant effect on AY19 and AB1, but stronger influence on AO7 ozonation process. Based on the predictions of the influence of each variable, the process in the laboratory can be optimized more effectively and efficiently, so that the cost and time factor can be reduced.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan. In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable. The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan. Keywords: Motivation, work environment, employee performance
