Communication is at the core of human relations. It is one of the most ‎important means of achieving human integration. It is present in all areas ‎and in all other circumstances.‎ Today, communication has become an independent knowledge of itself ‎and one of the most important sciences taught in schools, universities, ‎institutes and training centres in order to regulate its rules, acquire its skills ‎and promote its culture in order to achieve an integrated structure in all ‎spheres of life.‎ And what we're interested in in this humble article is effective ‎management communication, that is, communication for and for ‎management, through which the educational leader can achieve many of the ‎goals of the educational institution to create the right environment for ‎successful communication with all those involved in education. This cannot ‎be imagined without the educational leader having a deeply rooted and ‎adequate communication culture to absorb problems and find appropriate ‎solutions.‎ In contrast, when communication is lost, the educational institution is ‎less effective, which exposes it to ill-management and indifference, it is ‎ultimately responsible for failure, infertility in management, well-being and ‎loss of educational security within and outside the institution.‎ In view of the above, the centrality of administrative communication ‎within the educational system, which is essential for raising its value and ‎giving it the status it deserves, we have the right to present the following ‎problems: How willing are educational administrative frameworks to have ‎access to an administrative and educational outreach that is at the level of ‎educational administration in general and Morocco in particular? And what ‎are the impediments to administrative communication? What is the role of ‎effective administrative communication in achieving educational security and ‎quality in educational institutions? All of that we're going to try to answer ‎with this humble intervention, which we're going to split into a group of ‎detectives as required. It is from God that we derive help, compromise and ‎payment‎. Keywords: Communication‎,‎ Administrative‎,‎ Quality‎,‎ Educational Institute.

Environmental context has an important impact on health and well being. We aimed to test the effects of a visual distraction induced by classical hospital waiting room (RH) versus an ideal room with a sea view (IH), both represented in virtual reality (VR), on subjective sensation and cortical responses induced by painful laser stimuli (LEPs) in healthy volunteers and patients with chronic migraine (CM). Sixteen CM and 16 controls underwent 62 channels LEPs from the right hand, during a fully immersive VR experience, where two types of waiting rooms were simulated. The RH simulated a classical hospital waiting room while the IH represented a room with sea viewing. CM patients showed a reduction of laser pain rating and vertex LEPs during the IH vision. The sLORETA analysis confirmed that in CM patients the two VR simulations induced a different modulation of bilateral parietal cortical areas (precuneus and superior parietal lobe), and superior frontal and cingulate girus, in respect to controls. The architectural context may interfere with pain perception, depending upon the status of subject. Many variables may change patients’ outcome and support the use of VR technology to test the best conditions for their management.

It is therefore very important to maintain high quality in education to determine the case of students' well-being in order to improve the standards of study. In this regard, the aim of this study was to identify the status of students in terms of their level of burnout, vigor and educational satisfaction at the Department of Fine Arts Education. There were 250 students participated in the study. To determine the level of burnout and vigor, Shirom Melamed Burnout and Vigor Measures were employed, and to measure the educational satisfaction levels, educational satisfaction questionnaire was used. The results show that music majors have lower vigor than art majors. Gender does not have significant effect on any of the scores. Burnout, vigor and educational satisfaction differ according to the year of education for music major, but only vigor differs for art majors. Mother’s education level has significant effect on burnout and vigor for music majors and on education satisfaction for art majors. GPA is not correlated with none of burnout, vigor or educational satisfaction.

Living in a territory means being able to take on the “functioning of citizenship” related to moving, feeding, saving, buying, participating, taking care, thinking over time, investing in life plans, assuming social and political responsibility. Living in a territory is the way in which rights related to the status of “resident” become ways of “being or doing” that constitute the well-being of people as citizens. Citizenship is a daily opportunity dependent on the characteristics of the contexts. Irreducibly other than the romantic imaginaries who wanted it isolated, remote, physically separated from the modern world of cities and social change, in the last seven centuries the Alpine mountain has built a complex civilization around the multidimensional axis of the “right distance”. A “right distance” that today, in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, can be an antidote to the disorganized and individual escape of wealthy classes who can afford it, where to re-inhabit the marginalized places becomes instead the result of a political inversion of the gaze, of a radical and collective change of perspective..

Legislation regulating the process of creating, recognizing and registering relevant legal entities is an important means of ensuring the existence of the majority of religious communities in the modern legal context. Most of the existing religious communities in different countries seek to register and be recognized, because only this gives them the opportunity to take advantage of this status in this way. The specific set of rights associated with this status varies depending on the legal system, as well as on the specific type of legal entity within each system. However, in the modern world, a group that does not have the status of a legal entity is at least extremely difficult to undertake simple legal actions, in particular, such as opening a bank account, renting or purchasing premises for worship or other religious activities, entering into contractual relations, the opportunity to speak in the court as a plaintiff or a defendant (that is, the protection of the organization’s rights by going to court and the right to be subject to a lawsuit), and so on. These problems are especially important for large organizations that need to build and maintain many buildings for liturgical purposes, develop a network of pastoral care and create charitable and educational services and in such a way that all these activities are consistent with their deep-seated religious beliefs.

On the basis of philosophical and ethical literature the concept of "goodness" and "evil" has been analyzed from the standpoint of secular and Christian ethics. It turns out that moral well-being is characterized as a positive phenomenon, and evil – as a negative one. It has been emphasized that Christian ethics considers God as a source of goodness, and a human being as a source of evil being associated with the original sins.It has been stated that goodness and evil exist in dialectical unity, while goodness is endless, whereas evil is finite, they have various forms of manifestation and differences. Moral goodness in Christian ethics acquires the status of all the universality of light, which can spread not only among believers, but also non- believers, it enriches the existence of human being and the whole world, while evil distorts this world. The moral goodness of human beings is realized in their worldview, action activity, as well as opposition to evil. Therefore, it is so important to use various forms, methods, and means in the process of educating true kindness, humanity, human mercy, and love. The problem of moral goodness and evil remains relevant both for secular and Christian ethics. Christian ethics considers God as a source of goodness and evil is a human being who broke God's laws and committed the original sin. Goodness and evil are in dialectical unity, but they are characterized by significant differences. The process of creating goodness requires a constant, well-organized education. At the same time, this process leads to active opposition to evil.It has been determined that philosophers, teachers, psychologists have proven: one of the effective ways of formation goodness is active approach. Creating situations in which a person could do goodness, reveal the kindness of his heart - this is the right path to the formation of moral consciousness, moral relations, and today it is especially necessary.

The last three years have been associated with a change in the status of social pedagogy as a branch of scientific knowledge and professional practice, as a result of which it was transferred from the pedagogical branch to the branch of social work. In addition, serious social changes in Ukraine, related both to the development of democracy in society, the implementation of humanitarian reforms, and the emergence of a number of social problems (war, population migration, poverty, the crisis of the family institution, etc.), indicate the need for changes in the field of professional assistance aimed at ensuring the psychological well-being of citizens. Today, there is some uncertainty regarding the main aspects of the profession of a social educator in society. But the content of this activity in the context of the deployment of professional practices in educational institutions, in particular in a secondary school, causes no less contradictions. The main idea is to autonomize the position of a social educator. A social educator should become a conductor of the philosophy and policy of the functioning of the educational environment, which is safe for the child, humanistically oriented, developing personal potential, providing appropriate material, physical, psychological, spiritual resources. His activities should be aimed at a critical assessment of the team's progress towards progress, a clear response to the negative social influences of the educational environment on the personality of the child, participation in planning the impact of events on the personality of the child and the acquisition of a positive socialization experience. His mission is to improve the quality of human life through the harmonization of human-environment relations, and the goal of the activity is to create conditions for positive socialization and effective integration of man in society.

Choice of profession is a social phenomenon that every person has to face in life. Numerous studies convince us that not only the well-being of a person depends on the chosen work, but also his attitude to himself and life in general, therefore, the right and timely professional choice is very important. Research about factors of career self-determination of students of higher education institutions in Ukraine shows that self-determination is an important factor in the socialization of young person, and the factors that determine students' career choices become an actual problem of nowadays. The present study involved full-time and part-time students of Institute of Philology and Mass Communications of Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" in order to examine the factors of career self-determination of students of higher education institutions (N=189). Diagnostic factors of career self-determination of students studying in the third and fourth year were carried out using the author's questionnaire. Processing of obtained data was carried out using the Excel 2010 program; factorial and comparative analysis were applied. Results of the study showed that initial stage of career self-determination falls down on the third and fourth studying year at the university, when an image of future career and career orientations begin to form. At the same time, the content of career self-determination in this period is contradictory and uncertain, therefore, the implementation of pedagogical support of this process among students is effective.

The article presents the conceptual foundations of bringing judges to civil and legal liability. It was found that the civil and legal liability of judges is one of the types of legal liability of judges. It is determined that the legislation of Ukraine provides for a clearly delineated list of the main cases (grounds) for which the state is liable for damages for damage caused to a legal entity and an individual by illegal actions of a judge as a result of the administration of justice. It has been proved that bringing judges to civil and legal liability, in particular on the basis of the right of recourse, provides for the payment of just compensation in accordance with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights. It was established that the bringing of judges to civil and legal liability in Ukraine is regulated by such legislative documents as the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Explanatory Note to the European Charter on the Status of Judges (Model Code), the Law of Ukraine «On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges», the Law of Ukraine «On the procedure for compensation for harm caused to a citizen by illegal actions of bodies carrying out operational-search activities, pre-trial investigation bodies, prosecutors and courts», Decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the case on the constitutional submission of the Supreme Court of Ukraine regarding the compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of certain provisions of Article 2, paragraph two of clause II «Final and transitional provisions» of the Law of Ukraine «On measures to legislatively ensure the reform of the pension system», Article 138 of the Law of Ukraine «On the judicial system and the status of judges» (the case on changes in the conditions for the payment of pensions and monthly living known salaries of judges lagging behind in these), the Law of Ukraine «On the implementation of decisions and the application of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights».
