Communication is at the core of human relations. It is one of the most ‎important means of achieving human integration. It is present in all areas ‎and in all other circumstances.‎ Today, communication has become an independent knowledge of itself ‎and one of the most important sciences taught in schools, universities, ‎institutes and training centres in order to regulate its rules, acquire its skills ‎and promote its culture in order to achieve an integrated structure in all ‎spheres of life.‎ And what we're interested in in this humble article is effective ‎management communication, that is, communication for and for ‎management, through which the educational leader can achieve many of the ‎goals of the educational institution to create the right environment for ‎successful communication with all those involved in education. This cannot ‎be imagined without the educational leader having a deeply rooted and ‎adequate communication culture to absorb problems and find appropriate ‎solutions.‎ In contrast, when communication is lost, the educational institution is ‎less effective, which exposes it to ill-management and indifference, it is ‎ultimately responsible for failure, infertility in management, well-being and ‎loss of educational security within and outside the institution.‎ In view of the above, the centrality of administrative communication ‎within the educational system, which is essential for raising its value and ‎giving it the status it deserves, we have the right to present the following ‎problems: How willing are educational administrative frameworks to have ‎access to an administrative and educational outreach that is at the level of ‎educational administration in general and Morocco in particular? And what ‎are the impediments to administrative communication? What is the role of ‎effective administrative communication in achieving educational security and ‎quality in educational institutions? All of that we're going to try to answer ‎with this humble intervention, which we're going to split into a group of ‎detectives as required. It is from God that we derive help, compromise and ‎payment‎. Keywords: Communication‎,‎ Administrative‎,‎ Quality‎,‎ Educational Institute.

Abstract. The aim of this study was to know the implications of the coach's communicative style during the performance of the activity on the workload perceived by young soccer players. Two teams from the cadet category participated in the study, with a total of 32 players (M = 15.19; SD = 0.39), and their two respective coaches. Data collection took place in two different workouts, with an interval of one week between each activity. The workload was measured using the NASA-TLX adapted to the Google Forms tool that the players answered after the activity. Regarding the analysis of the coach's communication, video and audio recording of the activity was used for subsequent analysis through an adaptation of CBAS. Although the coaches have two different communication styles, the results don’t show a significant difference between the two teams in perceived workload. However, the managerial communication style presents a trend towards greater mental demand, greater frustration and lower performance perceived.

The protracted COVID-19 pandemic repeatedly demonstrates the necessity of effective communication inside and outside organizations. However, a deficient comprehensive study of factors able to affect managerial communication limit further progress in the improvement of such business interactions. The research fills in the knowledge gap about the comparative influence of various factors on managerial communication and particularly the impact of individual and organizational characteristics of managers on communication. The paper aims to determine the significance of the relationships between managerial communication and age, genders, managerial levels, and industries in private companies from the energy, education, trade, service, extraction, construction, and production sectors. Within the organizational study, 224 subordinates from Kazakhstan firms reflected on their supervisors’ communications through a multivariate closed questionnaire. The obtained data was further processed and examined through correlation coefficients and dispersion analysis. The research results identified the considerable relationship between communication practices and managers’ age (R2=0.9637), managerial level (R2=0.9640), and industry (R2=0.9653). The study reveals the weak relationship between manager’s gender and communication practices (R2=0.1535): women insignificantly outperform men in this linking process. The research postulates that effectiveness of managerial communication considerably varies by managers’ age, managerial level, and industry, and insignificantly by gender. The paper lays the groundwork for gender-unbiased practices of human resource management and contributes to the idea of building diverse management teams.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the management of the network resources of civil society and the state involved in the implementation of the state family policy of the Russian Federation. The importance of considering network resources is determined by the fact that in the context of digitalization and the economic recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, socio-economic relations, political and managerial communication in the Internet space have intensified. The authors consider households not only as an object of state family policy, but also as its subject - the ability of families to mobilize economic, informational and organizational resources to solve acute social problems. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the authors of the article for the first time study the projects of the network community within the framework of state family policy in the context of digitalization and economic recession. The authors come to the conclusion that under the influence of state family policy in Russia, a networked pro-family civil society is being formed, whose organizations are focused on various online and offline activities, the network resources of the state family policy are of an informational and educational nature, aimed at promoting traditional family values, and are focused on a clear target audience capable of mobilizing in online and offline formats. As a result, by managing network resources, the state influences the behavior of the family as a consumer of certain information products, goods and services of the network economy.

Previous research has studied both rule- and individual-level determinants of rule abidance of frontline workers, but the effect of managerial communication has not been adequately explored. Based on extant literature on street-level bureaucracy, managerial communication, and behavioral public administration, this study develops a novel framework to theorize the relationship between managerial communication and frontline workers’ willingness to abide by frontline rules. The framework highlights that managerial communication could improve frontline workers’ willingness to abide by rules by directly monitoring their behaviors or indirectly increasing their perceived rule clarity and risk of punishment. Moreover, as organizational size increases, the effect of managerial communication on frontline workers’ willingness to abide by rules decreases. The study uses unique data from a 2018–2019 survey covering 94 frontline managers and 717 frontline workers in local security agencies in mainland China to empirically test the hypotheses.
