The implementation of SOP correlates with the worker behaviors. The purpose of this research is to find out correlation between knowledge, facilities, and supervision to implementation behaviors of sop in confined space. This study is an observational descriptive research using cross sectional approach. The subject is a total population of 19 cleaning workers in Ducting Dust Collector PT. X . The data provided in distribution of frequency tables and was analyzed using crosstabulation followed with Phi and Cramers V Coefficient to see the relation strength. The result of the study shows that most of the workers has a good behavior in implementing the working SOP in confined space. According to Phi and CramersV Coefficient, Knowledge (0,57) and Facilities (0,57) has a strong relation with the implementation behavior of SOP in confined space. Supervision has no relationship at all with the implementation behavior of working SOP within the confined space. Keywords: confined space, behavior, SOP

In this study, researchers used data needed by doing of direct observation in the relevant company, either through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples were taken from this study as many as 100 managers’s. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that evident from the calculations, the t-count was 4.005 with sig. 0000. This means that there is a positive and significant impact partially between the independent variable training to variable productivity. The calculation result obtained t count was 3.217 with sig. 0002. This means that there is a positive and significant effect partially between the independent variable motivation and the dependent variable productivity. F test support the hypothesis that training and motivation influence simultanously managers’ productivity. The result of coefficient determination was 46.1 percent, which was meant that other factors influenced managers productivity was 53.9 percent. Therefore, for further research that examines other factors that can affect managers’ productivity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas manajer. The study preferred this method because it allows an in-depth study of the subject. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires. The data collected was analyzed by use of descriptive and inferential statistics. Multiple regression models were used to show the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables. The data generated was keyed in and analyzed by use of Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24 to generate information which was presented using charts, frequencies and percentages. Results: The F critical at 5% level of significance was 26.5. Since F calculated which can be noted from the ANOVA table above is 81.8 which is greater than the F critical (value= 26.5), this shows that the overall model was significant. The study therefore establishes that; prequalification criteria, opportunity awareness and sensitization, capacity of special groups, internal compliance controls affect compliance with AGPO regulationsConclusion: The findings of the study indicated that prequalification criteria, opportunity awareness and sensitization, capacity of special groups and internal compliance controls have a positive relationship with compliance with AGPO regulations for special groups among parastatals in KenyaContribution to theory, practice and policy: The study recommended that public institutions should embrace prequalification criteria, opportunity awareness and sensitization, capacity of special groups and internal compliance controls so as to improve compliance with AGPO regulations for special groups.
