This article discusses the management of educator quality assurance in improving and developing teacher professionalism conceptually which includes the implementation of recruitment, the development of teacher professions and termination of employment as an important function in ensuring quality education quality. This article is made by reviewing and gathering information from various references to books, articles and journals that are used as material in conceptually studying and adding insight related to educator quality assurance. The management of educator quality assurance is a good step to support the improvement and acceleration of the improvement of the quality of human resources in the field of education in accordance with the need to improve educator standards and quality, but in implementing educator quality assurance management is expected to be balanced between recruitment, professional development, welfare development and termination of employment. There is still a lot of implementation in the field that causes workload and professional development for senior educators, mediators and juniors and creates new problems in education.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can developeducation is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamicvalues. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress inthe field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. In the European Union, we are trying to achieve an extended common area of education, that will have to face the challenges of a more global economy. The current European context offers the possibility of harmonizing VET education systems in the component countries and also the perspective of ensuring the education quality. Present-day researches show that students’ emotional development is decisive for school and life success or mental health. An important role in this process is played by the human resource in VET education. The teacher must be able to provide the opportunity for students to identify, use, understand and manage emotions, in order to communicate effectively, to empathize with those around us, to overcome challenges and to prevent and mitigate conflicts. This research presents an analysis of the role of digitalization in the personalprofessional development of human resources in educational organizations. Mindfulness practices are an important factor in intensifying focus and clarity of mind, processes that can help improve cognitive functions, ultimately having an impact on improving the balance between personal and professional life. This research presents the most important results regarding the need for personal-professional development of teachers through the processes digitalization. The data obtained are the result of applying a questionnaire on a representative sample of teachers from pre-university VET education, from Dambovita county. These served to shape a system of factors with a role in increasing the quality of the teaching process.

Introduction. Improving quality assurance requires vocational education to be consistent and to be appropriate with the context of the school education. The school quality assurance operations are a driving mechanism for achieving high educational results at the next stages of education. This process will result in sustainably improving education quality. The research aims were to assess the conditions for improving the quality of education in colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) and to analyse and evaluate the operational approach to ensuring the quality of education. Methodology and research methods. The study participants included college personnel directors, teachers, and staff selected through purposive sampling. A total of 44 participants were recruited for the context assessment: 28 people to analyse the operational approach and 39 people to assess the operational approach. The research tools included a record form to provide an educational quality assurance context, a questionnaire to determine the operational approach of educational quality assurance, and an assessment form to determine the operational approach of educational quality assurance. The data were analysed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, odds ratio, and content analyses. Results and scientific novelty. The research results show that the similar contexts of education at all courses are the standard of vocational management and the standard for creating a society of learning (cooperation in creating a society of learning). Meanwhile, the differences identified are related to the peculiarities of professional qualifications and various standards for creating a learning society (innovation, inventions, creative work and research). The analysis of the operational approach allowed the authors to find out eight internal quality assurance factors for educational quality assurance: educational quality assurance planning; design of education quality assurance; study focusing on the actual operations; following the process; selection of quality indicators and criteria according to the educational context; efficient data management; following and monitoring assessments; and reviewing revised or edited assessments. Moreover, four external quality assurance factors are identified: evidence for educational quality assurance; accreditation of educational quality assurance; assessors holding appropriate qualifications; and judgment of the assessment results. In the course of the operational approach assessment, it is established that there are high levels of feasibility and appropriateness in all aspects. The operational approach to educational quality assurance was developed using the context analysis, inputs, processes, results and concepts of internal and external quality assurance through evidence of cross-impact analysis. This method of analysis can be used to respond to educational quality assurance policy that requires that the demonstrated approach is to be easily applied in practice and requires the use of both quantitative and qualitative methods, thus creating innovations in the field of productivity-enhancing and their application in vocational education. Practical significance. The research results can be useful for directors, teachers and staff at colleges and the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment in Thailand to design and develop the methods for achieving improved quality of education on a sustainable basis.

The article proposes to evaluate the conditions of educational activities, which ensure the quality of education, during public accreditation of an educational organization. The approach is based on the use of the mechanism of external independent evaluation, conducted by a public organization, to determine the level of an educational organization in order to promote consistent improvement in the quality of the processes of providing and implementing educational activities. A number of indicators that can be expressed quantitatively are proposed. The work of the educational organization to ensure the quality of education in this case can be evaluated on the basis of the proposed indicators.

Various components influence quality religious education. One of the dominant ones is the teacher. Learning will be of high quality if the teacher is competent and professional. The professional development of teachers is a stage in strengthening skills, competencies, and career advancement, which leads to an increase in the quality of learning being taught. This research uses a literature study method. Sources of data obtained through references and other reading sources related to teacher professionalism, the results showed that the problem of teacher professionalism originated from three components, namely self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work. Quality improvement is more dominantly influenced by teacher professionalism, where teachers are required to achieve predetermined qualifications. by meeting adequate qualifications, the teacher's position will automatically increase. Professional development is related to advancing knowledge and skills by considering attitudes and approaches to improving the quality of learning. It is a process of growing teacher professionalism in strengthening the skills, duties and careers of teachers in facing the changes that occur.Pendidikan agama yang bermutu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai komponen. Salah satunya yang dominan adalah guru. Pembelajaran akan bermutu, apabila gurunya kompeten dan profesional. Pengembangan profesionalitas guru merupakan tahapan dalam penguatan keahlian, kompetensi, dan peningkatan karir yang berujung pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang diampu. Riset ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, sumber data diperoleh melalui referensi dan sumber bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah profesioalisme guru berawal dari tiga komponen, yaitu pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah, dan karya inovatif. Peningkatan kualitas lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru, dimana guru dituntut untuk mencapai kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. dengan memenuhi kualifikasi yang memadai maka posisi guru akan secara otomatis meningkat. Pengembangan profesionalisme terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan mempertimbangkan sikap dan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Merupakan proses peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam memperkuat keterampilan, tugas dan karir guru dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

The development of education and science is a priority for Russian state policy. Global trends define the main goals of the Russian higher school modernization. However, these also identify the need to overcome a number of contradictions in Russia’s national higher-education system. Pedagogical, or teacher-training, education is of special importance in the development of the entire educational system in the country. Quality education at all steps – preschool, primary, secondary (general and professional) and higher – depends mainly on the quality of pedagogical education. The modern market of educational services recognizes high quality of education and competences of students as the only advantage point for an academic institution over its competitors. Quality is the only universal commodity in the world market that increases the value of all other goods and services. The authors refer to the category of quality management in relation to higher pedagogical education, and describe the key principles of the system of quality assurance applied at Southern Federal University.

ABSTRACT             Curriculum management and teacher professionalism are an important part of educational components in improving the quality of education. The order to achieve a good education and quality it is necessary to a good management, especially in the area of ​​curriculum that will be taught to students about the objectives, content or materials, implementation and evaluation of curricula. In addition to curriculum management there is also a need for professional educators to get students the best service from their teachers. This research inted to (1) Know the impact of curriculum management on the educational quality of Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok, (2) Know the impact of teacher professionalism on the quality of education at Qotrun islamic boarding school Depok, (3) Know the impact of curriculum management and teacher professionalism on quality education Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok. In this research the researcher uses quantitative descriptive with type of correlative research. The data were collected through a questionnaire from a population of 150 who were all teachers at the Qotrun Nada boarding school. Based on the analysis of the research data, the: Management of curriculum boarding, teacher professionalism and quality of education at Qotrun Tada boarding school Depok is good. Simultaneous boarding curriculum management and teacher professionalism influence the quality of education at Qotrun Nada boarding school. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation model with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of career development, training, teaching experience, and discipline on the education quality of Simpang Kiri Muhammadiyah Middle School in Subulussalam City. This study uses a quantitative method with a total sample of 30 teachers of Simpang Kiri Muhammadiyah Middle School. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that: (1) partially career development variables (X1) did not have a significant influence on the quality of education (Y) with a value of 09.1% and a significance level of 0.40 > 0.05, the hypothesis proposed by career development does not have a significant effect on the quality of education rejected. (2) Career Development (X1), Training (X2), Teaching Experience (X3) and Discipline (X3) contribute to the variable Quality of Education (Y) of 62.1% and the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable, such as environment, leadership style, and other factors. As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel.
