The article reveals some features of implementation of the interactive technologies in methodical work with the teachers-verbalists. There is outlined importance of the «subject-subject interaction» for the process of active interaction of all subjects of the educational process, aimed at organizing of their cooperation, in which each teacher has an opportunity to self-realize, gain some necessary experience and professional ability. Implementation of interactive learning changes the way of acquiring new knowledge and formation of the professional competencies, creates favorable conditions for development of the teachers' independence, promotes development of their creativity. There was analyzed the principle of the interactive learning technologies use in the process of the Ukrainian language learning, which allows to increase the level of language knowledge and skills acquisition, degree of training of such mental operations of the pupils as analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, which underlie development of critical thinking, form the professionally significant qualities and skills of a person. Among the forms of work with Ukrainian language teachers that are most effective in the implementation of interactive learning technologies, cooperative, situational modeling, discussion issues and collective group learning are singled out. When using interactive methodological technologies, the main task of the teacher is not so much in the transfer of information as in attracting students to creative and scientific research. The use of interactive technologies allows to organize creative interaction between the subjects of learning, the result of which is the «discovery» of new knowledge by the student in the process of solving educational problem, psychologically adjust the student to the scientific wave and the status of project activity in the lessons of the Ukrainian language and literature. This will contribute to the formation of the ability to analyze the main trends in the development of general secondary education and designing them in professional activity. Under such conditions, the study of the Ukrainian language and literature at school will meet the modern needs of society, the challenges facing the system of general secondary education.

The article is devoted to innovative postmodern requests for the liberalization of education. Postmodernism influenced education not only methodologically, but also by changing the very pedagogical culture of teaching. Now the relevance of the research topic is due to the problems of forming information content and methodological support for the introduction of distance learning technology in mobile form. The introduction of IT in education, the improvement of smart devices, the formation of an electronic information and educational environment have created the basis for such forms of education as mobile learning and blended learning. In both cases, the student situationally himself forms the educational process, turns from an object of training into its subject. The humanistic potential of mobile learning in the sense of ensuring equal access to education for people with different abilities is noted. The opinion is expressed about the importance of student motivation and IT competence of teachers to provide information content, intensify the introduction of e-learning and mobile-oriented learning technologies. It is argued that learning based only on mobile learning technology, using smart devices without classroom or office work, real communication with the teacher is not didactically self-sufficient, which would provide adequate language skills. Effectiveness in learning foreign languages is achieved by synergy of technologies distance mobile and traditional classroom or classroom training, real communication with the teacher.

The education system is organized in the form of cycles, each feeding the one following it with learners. They will continue their studies in the destination cycle, and their future will certainly depend, at least in part, on the quality of the skills acquired in the previous cycle. Given the divergences and disparities existing between the different cycles mainly due to the fact that each responds to its own design logic and in the absence of coordination between them, there is a huge lack of quality to gain at the interface of the cycles . The referral system that plays the role of supply service needs to be updated to strengthen educational quality, but it is not the only one. It is also necessary to help the orienting staff to assess the quality of the learners at its true value, to set up partnership links between the cycles to help each other in favor of quality, and to set up reception control systems at the entry of each cycle, supported by corrective and preventive measures.

The modern educational process is becoming increasingly innovative. The most important means of educational activity are computer technology learning. The development and introduction of them into the educational process is a qualitative characteristic of the computerization of education and lay the foundations for its further informatization. The article deals with the structure and content of the initial computer simulation software or the study of the "Transport task" topic, which is intended for the development of knowledge, skills and abilities of students of computer specialties in the process of studying the "Investigation of operations" discipline. The training simulation software provides multiple passage of the material at each separate stage until the correct solution is obtained. To organize the interactive learning process, the "Drag-and-drop" method is used, which, on the one hand, allows us to use more observatory visual diagrams of the problem solving algorithm, and on the other hand, concentrates the attention of students on the main stages of the algorithm and not on the implementation of bulky mathematical calculations. The simulator is designed as a local Windows application that does not require special computer resources and can be easily installed on a personal computer in an auditorium or at home. The simulator can function in two modes – practice and supervision. The simulator can be used during classes and in the process of independent work. The training simulator differs from other types of training devices by the obligatory availability of a script for verifying the actions that the student must perform in order to accomplish the task. In the process of executing actions and commands in the simulator, the verification of expected actions in the script is performed, after the result is displayed to the user. After that, in case of wrong actions, the user is given the opportunity to correct the errors. Only after correcting them, the user can go to the next stage of solving the problem. The user receives feedback and can find out about their mistakes and ability to correct them.

Modern theories of foreign language teaching are getting developed. The constant society digitalization influences it. Generation Z students closely associate their lives with technology. Moreover, teachers must find ways to apply effectively information and communication technologies in the learning process. In our opinion, one of the ways is the concept of blended learning. It implies the optimal combination of traditional pedagogical technologies and distance, online learning. The purpose of our research is to examine the effectiveness of the concept of blended learning in the process of learning a foreign language for students of non-philological majors. For this purpose, we conducted a pedagogical experiment. It assumes the introduction of the concept of blended learning in the educational process of higher education. The research was carried out with Ukrainian students of non-philological majors during the study of English (offline and online). Also, international students who are studying Ukrainian as a foreign language were involved. Comparative analysis of students' readiness to learn using different blended learning tools was used. Methods of mathematical statistics (nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney criteria) were utilized to analyse and process the experimental data. The results of the study indicate the effectiveness of blended learning technology usage in the process of foreign language teaching. Nevertheless, they show that the proposed tools help students better master a foreign language. Besides, students are both in active learning and passively reinforcing their knowledge using digital technologies during education. The authors consider it indisputable that blended learning tools should be used to some extent for students of all majors. The authors understand that the proposed tools are not exhaustive and definitive. Their list should be extended, and the use of specific tools depends on the teacher, students, the course, and other factors.
