AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of market retribution contributions on Regional Original Revenue (PAD). This type of research is associative descriptive with quantitative methods. The study was conducted on twelve districts/cities in South Sumatra Province. The data used in the form of financial statements of the local government of South Sumatra Province during the 2014-2016 period from the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI). The analysis technique uses the Simple Linear Regression method. This stud y proves that the contribution of market retribution is 19.30% of the PAD of regencies/cities in the province of South Sumatra, which are classified as very low. The low contribution of market retribution to PAD is the duty of the government to explore the potential that can be used as a source of revenue for regional retribution. Keywords: local revenue, market retribution

This study aims to determine the effect of temporary Syirkah funds on profit-sharing rates at PT. Bank BRI Syariah. This study uses secondary data in the form of quarterly financial statements for 2012- 2018 accessed on www.bi.go.id and www.brisyariah.co.id. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression method with the help of Eviews. The results of the study partially show that temporary Syirkah funds significantly influence profit-sharing rates at PT. BRI Syariah Bank.

Fee Based Income is the income that keeps the company from decreasing the net interest margin (NIM). The amount of profit obtained by the bank as well as being efficient and effective in managing company finances, shows a good bank financial performance. One of the products of PT. BSM that provides Fee Based Income is Gold Pawn (rahn) services provided by banks to customers. This research uses quantitative data. Data obtained from the monthly financial statements of gold pawn products and FBI at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri period January 2017 - December 2019. This study uses a simple linear regression method. Regression analysis shows that the effect of gold rahn on fee based income is significant where t count (3.826)> t table (2.03) and a significance of 0.001 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that the Gold Rahn variable has a significant effect on FBI. This happens because the total gold Rahn fee received by Bank Syariah Mandiri makes a significant contribution to the bank's profit rate.

The problem of the SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru school is to predict how many facilities that need to be provided for new students such as chairs, tables and others. This study discusses the prediction of the number of new student registrants at SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru based on the amount of tuition fees using a simple linear regression method. From a commercial point of view, the use of data mining can be used to handle the explosion of data volumes, using computational techniques can be used to produce information needed which is an asset that can increase the competitiveness of an institution. Prediction is almost the same as classification and estimation, except that in the prediction the value of the results will be in the future. This system can be used to predict the number of applicants in the following year to help the school. The advantage is that this simple linear regression method is very simple so that it is easy to calculate and use. Saves the time needed to solve problems, especially those that are very complex.

Starting from the phenomenon occurred especially among Muslim women who were very concerned with fashion issues. Many of them did not know the function of the clothes they wear, and how Islam arranges the clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of religiosity on the decision of purchasing Muslim clothes in Tembilahan District. This was quantitative research by simple linear regression method analysis. The results showed that the T count was bigger than the T table. The T table was 12,763>2,024 and sig. 0.000 <0.05 means Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. The contribution of religiosity to the decision toward purchasing Muslim clothing by looking at the results of the R Square was 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% influenced by other factors outside of the researcher's discussion.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. The results of the study, the Fcount obtained was 10.982> Ftable = 3.25 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 40 -2 - 1 = 37 was 3.25. The purpose of this research is to analyse the number of consumers and electricity load of residential house in South Makassar region for 2019. To achieved this goal, a simple linear regression method for calculating the number of consumers and multiple linear regression methods to calculate the electrical load. To analyse this study, electricity data was taken from Electricity State Company (called PLN) since 2015 to 2016. Based on the results illustrated that the number of consumers and electricity load at the end of December 2019 were 752865 and 155187128 kWh, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah totaling 34 people. While the variables studied in this research is the competence and performance. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on research results the effect of competence on the performance of employees with correlation value R = 0,656 which indicates a close relationship between the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. While the R-square at 0,430 which can competence has contributed of 43% to the performance of employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. Partially acquired competence variable positive and significant effect on the performance employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah with simple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 18,342 + 0,627X significantly smaller 0,000 than alpha 0,05. The conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables competence on performance employees is proven and can be accepted as true

Abstract Compensation is a complicated and classic problem that has plagued the industrial world. As is known that the provision of appropriate compensation which given by the company, is one of the main factors that influence the improvement of employee performance. In Indonesia, the issue of providing compensation has been regulated in the labor law. The government in this case the Ministry of Manpower always emphasizes to all companies operating in Indonesia, in order to obey and implement all provisions regulated by law. This research was conducted at a company located in Bekasi, precisely in Jababeka - Cikarang, which is at PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which compensation can increase employee performance, especially in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, in which the objects in this study amounted to 40 employees of the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression method. Meanwhile, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that the value of R² is 0.486, meaning the percentage of the effect of compensation for employee performance is 48.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that the value of t count is greater than the value of t table (5.146> 2.048). This shows that the hypothesis used in this study is accepted, that is there is an effect of giving compensation to the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia, so companies need to pay attention to employees by adjusting the compensation with the workload they bear according to the prevailing laws and regulations. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of competence with elements of knowledge, understanding, abilities/skills, values, attitudes and interests on employee performance at the Tanjung Perak Port Authority Office, Surabaya. This type of research is an associative study that explains the relationship and influence between competency variables on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method. Methods of data collection by interview, literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using the Simple Linear Regression method. This study concluded that competence with indicators of knowledge, understanding, abilities/skills, values, attitudes and interests has a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office.
