The current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak has become a major focus of the global community because of the many impacts that have been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, both in the fields of health, social, economics, and education. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the economic and social sectors in Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The method used in this study is the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affected the economic field in Pandeglang District, especially community income in Pandeglang declined during the Covid-19 pandemic and many large-scale Termination of Work (PHK) felt by the Pandeglang community, for the social sector many communities or the government provided food or basic needs assistance to people in Pandeglang who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so that the level of community solidarity during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pandeglang District was very high.

Abstrak  Berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi pada UMKM terdampak pandemi cukup dirasakan oleh para pelaku usaha tersebut. Hal ini tentu saja berakibat pada penurunan keuntungan secara signifikan dikarenanakan tingkat produktivitas yang rendah. Langkah terkait pemulihan ekonomi, dalam hal ini pemerintah melalui kementrian keuangan membuat kebijakan luar biasa untuk memitigasi dampak covid-19 dan perlambatan ekonomi dengan membuat Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN).  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) memiliki dampak positif bagi sektor UMKM pada masa pandemi covid-19 sebagai langkah kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung pemulihan perekonomian nasional khususnya sektor UMKM yang memiliki kontribusi cukup besar. Rekomendasi kebijkan penguatan UMKM tidak hanya pada masa pandemi tetapi juga pada masa pemulihan dan pasca pandemi sehingga percepatan pemulihan ekonomi nasional dapat mencapai kestabilannya. Kata Kunci: Program PEN, Kebijkan Pandemi, UMKM  Abstract - The various problems that occur in SMEs affected by the pandemic are quite felt by these business actors. This of course results in a significant reduction in profits due to low productivity levels. Steps related to economic recovery, in this case, the government through the ministry of finance, make extraordinary policies to mitigate the impact of covid-19 and the economic slowdown by creating the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN). The research method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that the National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) has a positive impact on the MSME sector during the COVID-19 pandemic as a policy step taken by the government to support the recovery of the national economy, especially the MSME sector which has a significant contribution. Recommendations for strengthening MSME policies are not only during the pandemic but also during the recovery and post-pandemic period so that the acceleration of national economic recovery can achieve stability. Keywords: PEN Program, Pandemic Policy, MSME

This study aims to determine the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets based on Government Accounting Standards for Financial Statements. The calculation used is the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency in Majene Regency. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method through data triangulation. The results showed that the depreciation method used by the government was determined using the straight-line method. This method is considered the simplest method. Besides there must be data about the depreciated value, to calculate the depreciation must determine the useful life of each fixed asset. Reducing depreciation in Majene Regency's Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD) for fixed assets in accordance with Government Accounting Standards. Calculating depreciation of fixed assets is very important and very influential on financial statements

Currently, in the whole world is experiencing a COVID-19 pandemic, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, there are quite a lot of people who have been affected by this virus. The presence of the COVID-19 will affect the economy, both in Indonesia and throughout the world. Many countries are predicted to experience a recession due to this pandemic. Finance Minister Sri Mulyani said, if COVID-19 could be handled as soon as possible, then economic growth was still above 4%. But the government must keep on preparing if this pandemic will last for another 3-6 months, the economic situation will worsen, with economic growth estimated at around 2.5% or even 0%.The purpose of this research is to find out the growth of COVID-19 in Indonesia and the impact of COVID-19 on the exchange rate. In this research, a descriptive analysis method is used by collecting data from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance and Bank Indonesia. The results of this study indicate the growth of COVID-19 in Indonesia and the impact of the virus on the exchange rate.Keywords : COVID-19, Exchange Rate, Research Methodology

Postcolonial leadership is implicated in the distorted development and crisis of governance in Nigeria. The political leadership emerged from authoritarian traditions of the colonial state and pursued self-interests against collective societal interests; the mode of the emergence of the leaders as well as the context in which they operate usually impact on the nature and trend of social welfare provisioning. Relying on data from secondary sources, this study examined the impact of democratic governance on social service delivery with Taraba State and education as a case study. The data analysis was based on qualitative descriptive analysis. We found that the education sector under the two administrations between 1999 and 2014, was not prioritized in budgetary allocation, in contravention of UNESCO recommendation that 26% of the budget be dedicated to education. The study recommends, among others, that the government must show commitment to education as a matter of deliberate policy to allocate the required minimum percentage pecked by UNESCO to enhance educational development in Taraba state.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in all aspects of human life, such as in the health, education, social, economic and banking sectors. To restore the economic and banking sectors, the government through The Financial Services Authority issued Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019. One of the things described in POJK Number 11 /POJK.03/2020 is the implementation of credit or financing restructuring for debtors who were affected during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of this credit / financing restructuring has raised concerns about bank liquidity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by describing the phenomena that occur due to the impact of Covid-19 on the global and national economy, Indonesian government policies, and banking. The results showed that during the period March-September 2020 the average Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) in Islamic Commercial Banks showed a value of 79.31% where the highest ratio occurred in July with a ratio level of 81.03% and the lowest ratio occurred in September with a ratio of 77.06%. Under these conditions, in general the level of liquidity of Islamic commercial banks is categorized as healthy or liquid. The average FDR ratio in Sharia Business Units for the period March-September 2020 shows a value of 103.54% where the highest ratio occurred in May with an FDR ratio of 107.20% and the lowest ratio occurred in September with an FDR ratio of 95.87%. Under these conditions, in general the liquidity level of the Sharia Business Unit is categorized as less healthy or less liquid.Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam segala segi kehidupan manusia seperti dalam bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi maupun sektor perbankan. Untuk memulihkan sektor ekonomi dan perbankan, pemerintah melalui Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengeluarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019. Salah satu hal yang dijelaskan dalam POJK Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 adalah pemberlakuan restrukturisasi kredit atau pembiayaan bagi debitur yang terdampak selama pandemi Covid-19. Pemberlakuan restrukturisasi kredit/pembiayaan ini memunculkan kekhawatiran terhadap likuiditas bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak implementasi restrukturisasi pembiayaan terhadap likuiditas bank syariah pada situasi pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi akibat dampak Covid-19 terhadap perekonomian global maupun nasional, kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia, serta perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode Maret-September 2020 rata-rata rasio Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR)  pada Bank Umum Syariah menunjukkan nilai 79,31% dimana rasio tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan tingkat rasio 81,03% dan rasio terendah terjadi pada bulan September dengan tingkat rasio 77,06%. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka secara umum tingkat likuiditas bank umum syariah dikategorikan sehat atau likuid. Rata-rata rasio FDR pada Unit Usaha Syariah periode Maret-Septemer 2020 menunjukkan nilai 103,54% dimana rasio tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan tingkat rasio FDR 107.20% dan rasio terendah terjadi pada bulan September dengan tingkat rasio FDR 95.87%. Money waqf can be used to overcome socio-economic problems that occur in Indonesia, this should be an opportunity to respond to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. As stated in the maqasid sharia concept, responding to a pandemic requires strategic and clear goals. This research paper aims to analyze whether the use of cash waqf has been optimally utilized or not at the time of covid 19, as well as cash waqf in terms of maqasid shariah. This study uses qualitative methods, using descriptive analysis in library research. The results of this study indicate that the use of cash waqf in Indonesia is still not optimal in overcoming the impact of this pandemic, there are several regions that still do not feel the distribution of the use of cash waqf. From the maqasid shari'ah point of view, the use of cash waqf is in accordance with As-Syatibi's description of the three mandatory concepts, namely "dharuriyah, hajiyah and tahsiniyah". This study provides advice to stakeholders such as scholars, universities, or schools and the government together provide understanding to the public regarding money waqf, with the many understandings of money waqf in Indonesia, of course adding nominal cash waqf funds to be utilized according to socio-economic needs in Indonesia and can make social networks to help micro-communities in need Keywords: Waqf money, covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, Maqasid Shari'ah   ABSTRAK. Waqf uang dapat diperuntukan mengatasi masalah sosial-ekonomi yang terjadi di Indonesia, hal ini harusnya dapat menjadi sebuah peluang untuk merespons dampak dari pandemic Covid-19. Sebagaimana tertuang dalam konsep maqashid syariah, merespons pandemi membutuhkan tujuan yang strategis dan jelas. Makalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan waqf uang telah dimanfaatkan secara optimal atau belum pada saat covid 19, serta waqf uang ditinjau dari maqasid shariah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis-deskriptif pada penelitian library research (kepustakaan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan waqf uang di Indonesia masih belum optimal dalam mengatasi dampak dari pandemi ini, terdapat beberapa daerah yang masih belum merasakan pemerataan dari pemanfaatan waqf uang. Dari sudut maqasid shari’ah, penggunaan waqf uang telah sesuai dengan uraian As-Syatibi tentang tiga konsep wajib, yaitu “dharuriyah, hajiyah dan tahsiniyah”. Penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada stakeholder seperti para ulama, universitas atau sekolah dan pemerintah bersama-sama memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait wafqf uang, dengan banyaknya pemahaman waqf uang di Indonesia tentu menambahkan nominal dana waqf uang untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sosial-ekonomi di Indonesia dan dapat menjadikan jaringan sosial untuk membantu masyarakat mikro yang membutuhkan. In the city of Langsa, the violation of Islamic sharia qanun (regional bylaws) has shown a declining trend; however, it still accounts for a large proportion. This is a surprising issue since it is believed that the Wilayatul Hisbah (Islamic religious police force) of Langsa has performed its duties and functions properly. To respond to the issue, the study of this thesis formulated several questions, including: what are the da’wah strategies used by the Wilayatul Hisbah in supervising the Islamic sharia in Langsa? and how are the da’wah strategies of the Wilayatul Hisbahin supervising the Islamic sharia against the perspective of manhaj da’wah? The study used field research approach, using qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data were collected by interview and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Wilayatul Hisbah of Langsa employed two types of da’wah strategies: da’wah bi al-lisan (oral da’wah) and da’wah bi al-hal(practical da’wah). Da’wah bi al-lisanincluded speech, Jum’ah sermon, appeal, discussion, and advice/guidance. Da’wah bi al-halinvolved patrol and raid. Further, in the view of the da’wah manhaj, the da’wah strategies used structural and cultural approaches. The structural approaches included (a) the supervision of the Islamic sharia was conducted by an official institution formed by the government, which was the Wilayatul Hisbah, (b) the Wilayatul Hisbah and the Islamic Sharia Office was merged institutionally, (c) the establishment of Islamic sharia supervisors at the village level by the Wilayatul Hisbah and the sharia supervisors by the village officers, and (d) the development of cooperation between the government agencies (e.g. Islamic Sharia Office, Ulama Consultative Assembly, Civil Service Police Unit, Police, Indonesian National Army, Sharia Court, and non-governmental (Islamic) organizations). The cultural approaches involved implementing the strategic da’wah methods and strategies. The da’wah methods of the Wilayatul Hisbah have been in line with the Qur’an chapter An-Nahl verse 125, which describes da’wah bi al-hikmah (wisdom), da’wah bi al-mauidza al-hasanah (good advice), and da’wah al-mujadalah bi al-latihiya ahsan (good dialog).

In late December 2019, a series of acute atypical respiratory disease occurred in Wuhan, China, which rapidly spread to other areas worldwide. It was soon discovered that a novel coronavirus was responsible, named the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2, 2019-nCoV). The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the population’s health is unprecedented in recent years and the impact on a social level even more so. The COVID-19 pandemic is the most large-scale pandemic on earth this century, and the impact in all life sectors is devasting and directly affected human activity in the first wave. The impact on the economy, social care systems, and human relationships is causing an unprecedented global crisis. SARS-CoV-2 has a strong direct acute impact on population health, not only at the physiological level but also at the psychological level for those who suffer it, those close to them, and the general population, who suffer from the social consequences of the pandemic. In this line, the economic recession increased, even more, the social imbalance and inequity, hitting the most vulnerable families, and creating a difficult context for public institutions to address. We are facing one of the greatest challenges of social intervention, which requires fast, effective, and well-coordinated responses from public institutions, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations to serve an increasingly hopeless population with increasingly urgent needs. Long-term legislation is necessary to reduce the vulnerability of the less fortunate, as well as to analyze the societal response to improve the social organization management of available resources. Therefore, in this scoping review, a consensus and critical review were performed using both primary sources, such as scientific articles, and secondary ones, such as bibliographic indexes, web pages, and databases. The main search engines were PubMed, SciELO, and Google Scholar. The method was a narrative literature review of the available literature. The aim was to assess the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on population health, where the possible interventions at the health level are discussed, the impact in economic and social areas, and the government and health systems interventions in the pandemic, and finally, possible economic models for the recovery of the crisis are proposed.

Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad is regulated in Act number 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. Many Indonesian workers work abroad due to the explosion of a very high population, which triggers very high unemployment. This research uses library research (qualitative research) and is a qualitative, descriptive analysis. Literature research, which examines the number of literature relevant to the problem of this writing. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative by analyzing data/information obtained through descriptive research with library research which is then systematically compiled and described qualitatively. Suggestions that can be delivered related to legal protection according to Law No.18 of 2017 is to increase the guidance and counseling for Indonesian Migrant Workers who will work so that the Indonesian Migrant Workers are ready to be deployed. Based on article 88 of Law No. 18 of 2017 then the government should create a body as mandated by Law No. 18 of 2017 so that the protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad can run effectively

The Background of this research begins from the existence of a “Movement Record the City”. Movement which was initiated by Gresik Movie aimsto invite the Gresi community to participate in maintaining the sustainability of the city by recording anything that has artistic and historical value in the city of Gresik. Considering that many other things that continue to dissaper and change from the city of Gresik make the Gresik Movie community want to invite the public to preserve this beloved city. Before it’s too late and become the story, would that to answer the formulation issue in this study that was message contained in the documentary video “Movement Record the City” the work of Gresik Movie. A theory used n ths study s the theory of semiotics of the social codes of television John Fiske. Research method, the type of research used was qualitative descriptive study, the primary data source in the form of the original video “Movement Record the City” obtained from the Gresik movie youtube channel. The results showed that the meaning of the government Gresik more likely to use the ideology of capitalism, it is supported by the many of existing developments un the city of Gresik. But the government Gresik another thing about the ideology indeed Gresik cling to region, this is demonstrated by the many of development of the industrial sector and forget the religious development. The change in orientation of the community and the regional government of Gresik was criticalized and reminded of the way “the video was removed”. This disappearance represent the power of domination of business investors and industry players who are doing development in the industrial sector as well as bullying the religious culture of santri.Keyword: semiotic, ideology, culture
