The leadership attitude applied by managers in leading institutions in bank X has a huge influence on the success of these banking institutions in facing challenges that arise. This makes the leader of bank X plays a key role in formulating the company's strategy, so that its role will affect the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. How much Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method, which is a method of collecting data by taking samples from the population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument distributed by researchers. The results showed that the leadership style obtained a value of t count 4.792 (positive) that is influential and the calculated probability value 0.000 <0.05 probability determined, means significant. The R-Square Determination Coefficient value is 0.377 which means that 37.7% of the variation in value of employee performance is determined by the leadership style variable. While the rest (100% - 37.7% = 62.3%) are other variables not included in the equation model. Keywords: Leadership Style and Employee Performance.   Abstrak Sikap kepemimpinan yang di terapkan manajer dalam memimpin lembaga di bank X mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam keberhasilan lembaga perbankan tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan yang muncul. Hal ini menjadikan pemimpin bank X memegang peranan kunci dalam merumuskan strategi perusahaan, sehingga perannya akan mempengaruhi perusahaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Seberapa besar Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data utama yang disebarkan peneliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa   Gaya kepemimpinan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,792 (positif) yaitu berpengaruh dan nilai probabilitas yang dihitung 0.000 < 0.05 probabilitas yang ditetapkan, berarti signifikan. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi R-Square sebesar 0.377 yang berarti bahwa 37,7% variasi nilai dari kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 37,7% = 62,3%) adalah variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model persamaan tersebut. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to determine what factors influence the Leadership Style, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in the Operation Support section with a sample of all employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in the Operation Support section, except for a leader. The instrument in this study used an open questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of social events or symptoms. The results of this study were partially tested for leadership style variables with a statistical value of 1.585 <2.162, so Ho was accepted, meaning that there was no significant effect of the leadership style variable on employee performance. The partial test results for the motivation variable with a statistical value of 1.376 <2.162, then Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance, so Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance. The partial test results for the discipline variable with a statistical value of 5.969> 2.162, then Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of the discipline variable on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of 19.288> 2.77, then Ho is rejected, which means that leadership style, motivation, and discipline simultaneously or jointly affect the performance of employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika.

<p><em>This research was conducted to analyze the influences of leadership style </em><em>, </em><em>Employee Recruitment</em><em> </em><em>and employee involvement </em><em>on employee employee performance</em><em> of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat. The research methodology used is quantitative research by using a survey method that is intended to provide an explanation. The survey research is a study that takes a sample from a population and a questionnaire as a means of principal collecting. Two variables used are the independent variables and the dependent variable. Leadership style</em><em>, </em><em>Employee Recruitment</em><em> and employee involvement</em><em> as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The research involves </em><em>72</em><em> employees</em><em> as respondents, the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression model using SPSS. The results showed that leadership style</em><em>, </em><em>Employee Recruitment</em><em> and employee involvement</em><em> reac</em><em> positively  and  significant to the job employees  satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Leadership Style, Employee Recruitment, Employee Involvement, Employee Performance</em></p>

This research aims to revealed and look over the impact which caused by the training, compensation and leadership style towards the employee performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This research were in type of causality research with a quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research was an explanatory survey method with the population was 1328 people with filtered sample to 100 respondents (Slovin, 10% error tolerance). The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis in way to examine the research hypothesis. The results showed that training, compensation, and leadership style had an influence both partially and simultaneously towards the employees performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, stress and participative leadership style to employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation. This research type is explanatory research. Population and sample in this research are all employees of the marketing department of PT. Waskita Beton Precast totaling 112. This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, competence, compensation on employee performance and the impact on organizational performance on the employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. As the respondent. This research method uses quantitative methods with technical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS version 22 application. The research sample used in this study were 158 respondents. The results showed that leadership style, competence and compensation directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation directly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation indirectly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through employee performance.

Structural Equation Model to Measure the Leveraging Factors of Research Productivity in Private Universities: Lecturers' Perceptions  This study was conducted to test the proposed hypothesis using quantitative research methods and was designed according to the variables to be studied. as well as data analysis techniques using SEM with IBM AMOS 2 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that a new model was found on the positive direct effect of the reward system, transformational leadership style, communication, and motivation on productivity.

This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of ability and job satisfaction on employee performance in Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Subdistrict, Murung Raya District, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research, which is a research model that requires the calculation of numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach, namely research that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ability and job satisfaction have a significant effect and the changes change in line with the performance of the employees of the Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Village, Murung Raya District. This means that if the level of influence of ability and job satisfaction is felt to be higher, then the higher the performance will also result.
