This study aims to determine what factors influence the Leadership Style, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in the Operation Support section with a sample of all employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika in the Operation Support section, except for a leader. The instrument in this study used an open questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of social events or symptoms. The results of this study were partially tested for leadership style variables with a statistical value of 1.585 <2.162, so Ho was accepted, meaning that there was no significant effect of the leadership style variable on employee performance. The partial test results for the motivation variable with a statistical value of 1.376 <2.162, then Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance, so Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance. The partial test results for the discipline variable with a statistical value of 5.969> 2.162, then Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of the discipline variable on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of 19.288> 2.77, then Ho is rejected, which means that leadership style, motivation, and discipline simultaneously or jointly affect the performance of employees of PT Intikom Berlian Mustika.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterprestasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Mallomo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari PT. Mallomo dan responden (Karyawan PT. Mallomo). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Antara lain  gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo.Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di PT. Mallomo. Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di PT. Mallomo. This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret the Transformational Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. This research is descriptive analysis using quantitative research methods. Data obtained from PT. Mallomo and respondents (Employees of PT. Mallomo). The results of this study found several factors that affect the performance of employees at PT. Mallomo. Among other things, transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interpersonal communication on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. The effect of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya siswa kelas VII A yang berperilaku tidak jujur, baik kepada guru maupun terhadap sesama siswa, seperti berbohong, mencontek, dan tidak membaca saat literasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kejujuran siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan kejujuran siswa. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain experiment one group pretest and posttest. Populasi sebanyak 29 orang dan sampel sebanyak 8 orang. Hasil penelitian skor siswa sebelum diberikan layanan berada dalam kategori rendah dan setelah diberikan layanan berada dalam kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis sig 0,05 > 0.012, jadi Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak maka layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan kejujuran siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 17 Banjarmasin. Saran bagi guru BK untuk menerapkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dalam sesi pembelajaran. Bagi siswa dapat membudayakan kejujuran dalam kehidupan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat menggunakan waktu dengan baik. ________________________________________________________ This research is motivated by the existence of class VII A students who behave dishonestly, both to the teacher and to fellow students, such as lying, cheating, and not reading during literacy. to find out the effectiveness of group guidance services with sociodrama techniques in improving student honesty. Quantitative research methods with one group pretest and posttest experimental design. The population is 29 people and the sample is 8 people. The results of the study scores of students before being given services are in the low category and after being given services are in the medium category. Hypothesis test results sig 0.05> 0.012, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the group guidance service is effective in improving the fairness of Grade VII A students of SMP Negeri 17 Banjarmasin. Suggestions for BK teachers to implement group guidance services with sociodrama techniques in learning sessions. For students to be able to cultivate honesty in life. For future researchers to be able to use time well.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze how the management of Dieng Culture Festival attract visitors and examine the influence of Dieng Culture Festival to the millennial tourists’ satisfaction. Research methods: The methodology of this study referred to descriptive quantitative research methods. Questionnaire was used to collect the data to be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results and discussions: Satisfaction of millennial tourist can be derived from 42.6% of hard measure and soft measure variable, while the remaining 57.4% of millennial tourists’ satisfaction variables can be derived by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion: The hypothesis test results proved that the visitor management of the Dieng Culture Festival, which use hard measure and soft measure has a significant and positive effect on millennial tourists satisfaction.

The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the influence of ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. To achieve these objectives, this study uses quantitative research methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation of 38 respondents in Sorong City BKPSDM analyzed using SPSS 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence between ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. So to improve employee performance, the organization and institutional management must pay attention to improving the quality of leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The findings of this study are expected to be useful for further researchers in the fields of management, accounting, administration and economics.

Employee performance is an appearance of employee work both in quantity and high quality employee performance will support organizational productivity. This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is used to examine a sample of the population with the analytical test method n = Number of Samples N = Number of population, and E = Precision determined or the percentage of non-precision looseness. With the results employees have problems with the transformational leadership style that is applied by the restaurant employee supervisor at the Makassar Marcure Hotel Nexa Pettarani. The relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance is strengthened from the results of the regression analysis. The regression test results showed significant results on the transformational leadership variable on performance by 0.104 smaller than the error tolerance α = 0.05.Kinerja karyawan merupakan penampilan hasil kerja karyawan baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas kinerja karyawan yang tinggi akan mendukung produktivitas organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti suatu sampel dari populasi dengan metode uji analisis n = Jumlah Sampel N = Jumlah populasi, dan E = Persisi yang di tetapkan atau presentase kelonggaran ketidak telitian. Dengan hasil karyawan memiliki permasalahan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh atasan karyawan Restoran Pada Hotel Marcure Makassar Nexa Pettarani. Keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan diperkuat dari hasil analisis regresi. Hasil uji regresi secara menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,104 lebih kecil dari toleransi kesalahan α = 0,05.

Conditions related to employee performance that impacts the performance of diamonds at the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Banten Province. This is because it is signaled that there are some problems based on the observations of researchers.  This study aims to examine the influence between Leadership Style and Work Engagement with Employee Performance in BAPPEDA Banten Province. By using a descriptive approach to analysty which is quantitative research. Based on the research analysis obtained the value of coefficient of determination (R2)=40,3%. Partial test results of variable X1 of 3,593 and X2 of 3,275 were greater than 1,998 and sig. values < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results of Fcount = 20,922 > Ftable = 3,150. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the variable Leadership Style and Work Engagement partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance has a significant and positive influence

This study aims to determine the effect of giving incentives to employee performance, giving rewards to employee performance and giving incentives and rewards to the performance of employees. This study uses quantitative research methods, using saturated samples totaling 63 people. The results of the study obtained the consequences of giving incentives have a significant influence on employee performance, giving rewards has a considerable impact on employee performance. Providing incentives and rewards has a significant influence on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.321. This can be interpreted that the variable giving incentives and rewards affects 32.1% of employee performance and other factors influence the remaining 67.9%.

The number of cases of Covid-19 in this pandemic era is increasing and getting out of control every day. This triggers the Indonesian government to set policies on schools with online learning methods. Of course, online learning cannot ensure that it runs smoothly in all circles because several factors hinder the learning process. The difficulty of the internet network, limited quotas, unfamiliarity with the use of learning media, and an unsupportive environment for conducting online learning are the obstacles to ineffective online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction with online learning during the pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research methods will be processed into data mining using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. The clustering process is carried out to get the results of clustering the level of student satisfaction. The dataset was obtained from the results of the questionnaire by submitting statements of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The cluster type is based on high, medium, and low class. The test results obtained a value with the final iteration, namely the level of satisfied statements is categorized as high with a value of 11.79 compared to the dissatisfied statement, which is categorized as moderate with a value of 7.46. In contrast, for the low category level, there is no value of 0.00 cluster results state that the category is satisfied with online learning with a value of 9.33.

The purpose of this research is to study compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. The research method in this study uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study can be concluded regarding the respondents' perceptions about Compensation Location (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) Employee Performance results (Y) with the results of multiple linear regression obtained the following research results: Y = 14.876 + 0.277X1 + 0.795X2 analysis of responses R = 0.823 ( X1) -Y), 0.926 (X2-Y) and the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.521 or approximately (52.51%) through testing the hypotheses together (simultaneously) and individuals (partial) in this study using the f test and t test, compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2), = 0,000. Conclusion, significant significant contribution and work discipline to employees at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Compensation

The leadership attitude applied by managers in leading institutions in bank X has a huge influence on the success of these banking institutions in facing challenges that arise. This makes the leader of bank X plays a key role in formulating the company's strategy, so that its role will affect the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. How much Bank X Branch Y Leadership Style Affects Employee Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method, which is a method of collecting data by taking samples from the population and using a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument distributed by researchers. The results showed that the leadership style obtained a value of t count 4.792 (positive) that is influential and the calculated probability value 0.000 <0.05 probability determined, means significant. The R-Square Determination Coefficient value is 0.377 which means that 37.7% of the variation in value of employee performance is determined by the leadership style variable. While the rest (100% - 37.7% = 62.3%) are other variables not included in the equation model. Keywords: Leadership Style and Employee Performance.   Abstrak Sikap kepemimpinan yang di terapkan manajer dalam memimpin lembaga di bank X mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam keberhasilan lembaga perbankan tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan yang muncul. Hal ini menjadikan pemimpin bank X memegang peranan kunci dalam merumuskan strategi perusahaan, sehingga perannya akan mempengaruhi perusahaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Seberapa besar Gaya Kepemimpinan Bank X Cabang Y Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data utama yang disebarkan peneliti.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa   Gaya kepemimpinan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,792 (positif) yaitu berpengaruh dan nilai probabilitas yang dihitung 0.000 < 0.05 probabilitas yang ditetapkan, berarti signifikan. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi R-Square sebesar 0.377 yang berarti bahwa 37,7% variasi nilai dari kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 37,7% = 62,3%) adalah variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model persamaan tersebut. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan.
