Spiritual patron of the gymnasium from Obreja Veche, the folklorist Sergiu Moraru honors his mission ‒ in relation to the young generation ‒ through the model of his becoming and through the opera. The vocation folklorist needs vocation pedagogues, who can adjust the potential of the biography and the work in attractive projects for the pupils of the gymnasium that bears his name, but also for those from the Gymnasium no. 1 from Olacu commune, Giurgiu district (Romania). To motivating them to know more about the museums and libraries in the locality ‒ the patrimonial dimension of their existence, in which Sergiu Moraru’s destiny is a kind of guide. The attractive reason for becoming a folklorist is the reason for vocation, calling, crucial categories, generating controversy and lessons according to the age of the two institutions united in a project. The beneficial nuance, offered from Italy by the poet and pedagogue Iurie Bojoncă, refers to the importance of the family and the native village that knows traditions and customs.

The purpose of this study is to regard the family traditions of a present-day Tuvan family as a precondition for the successful socialization of younger generations. We conducted a sociological survey to identify the significance of family traditions in the process of upbringing children. For this, 148 married couples, who had children under 18 years old, participated in the survey. A sociological research questionnaire was compiled and presented on the platform www.survey.yandex.ru : The questions were created on the website and distributed among the target audience through social networks. The respondents were asked 15 questions of both open-ended and close-ended types. The results of the study can be used while developing regional programs to support young families as well as an aspect of the family’s ability to educate the young generation. Moreover, the practical application of the results is possible in enhancing the activities of existing social entities while organizing events to maintain a respectful attitude to family traditions.

Abstract In the Polish cultural ethos, the family as a value seems to have an established high position. It is also confirmed by current numerous studies focused mainly on the young generation, which show that for young people the family constitutes a value of the highest priority. It could be presumed, therefore, that the present socio-cultural climate is favourable for the family and enables it to perform its various functions, including the care and cultural function. It also concerns the large family, which in the Polish tradition used to be considered as a beneficial educational environment, or even a kind of a social force. However, in the modern society, which in its definition seems to be a declaration of high quality standards, mainly in terms of developmental chances of all its subjects, the large family has found itself in a specifically difficult situation. The reason behind it is, above all, the fact that having a large number of children is socially ostracized in various ways. If the value of the large family is not only not appreciated socially, but even discredited, then the consequences of such a state of affairs will become apparent in numerous spheres of social life. Most often, it is reflected in the basic decisions in the area of social policy, unfavourable towards large families. For such families it might imply the necessity of engaging in even an extreme struggle for survival in the sphere of everyday existence; even more so when it comes to decent conditions of performing its tasks and its socio-cultural role. Therefore, it is essential to define and refer to the arguments coding in the social consciousness the fact that the large family in the Polish cultural ethos occupied a high position not only in the past, but it still constitutes a significant value which deserves recognition and support.

The importance of home education and upbringing in Polish gentry houses in Lithuania was the consequence of the strong necessity to protect traditional values and social norms of the landed gentry. These norms and values were threatened due to the processes of social modernization and the Russification policy of the Tsar’s government. The author of the article focuses on the contents of the educational process, whose aim was the socialization of the young generation. Pupils were coached to take up their duties as landowners but often also to choose professions which were the traditional haunt of the intelligentsia. The knowledge of etiquette and of the rules of participation in social life was still of great importance. But the knowledge and skills needed to deal with the challenge of modern economy also gradually became the order of the day. Patriotic matters also gained prominence, and the model of “the Polish Mother”, a child’s first teacher of patriotism was more and more emphasized. The nature of patriotic emotions, fostered by education, was quite complex. It consisted of the family tradition and of national history (treated often as myth and as a basis of national ideology). Teaching of ethical norms was crucial and they were transmitted primarily by the means of religious instruction.

Many countries including Indonesia have concerned about the increase of drug trafficking. Currently Indonesia has been in the situation where there is an “Emergency on Drugs Trafficking”. Lot of efforts to solve and prevent the growth of drug trafficking has been done to save young generation. Criminal Acts on Drugs which have been spread out need to be cut off because the drug trafficking has happened nationally and even has crossed international boundaries. The Aims of this research are to identify and analyses necessary actions to prevent and solve the drug trafficking. Then, to find an ultimate solution in handling arising obstacles within such prevention and eradication of drug trafficking in Indonesia. This research uses a juridical normative approach method which reviews theories, concepts, legal principals, and prevailing rules and regulations. Moreover, it also applies an empirical approach as supporting study to gain more factual data.In conclusion, illegal drug trafficking has become both national and international social issue and even a legal issue in society. Certain legal actions are required to take to prevent and solve the drug trafficking in Indonesia, which one of them is by rules and regulations. Law Number 35 of 2009 regarding Drugs is a legal basis for the prevention and eradication of drug trafficking in Indonesia.The research limitation is focus on increasing and preventing drugs should be supported by all parties of the family, community and government.Drugs is an international and national case that is difficult to overcome considering their networks are hidden and require special skills where necessary national and international cooperation so that drug circulation can be overcome quickly

The paper examines the importance of the family as an educational environment for the formation of the value system of the young generation. It is an outcome of cyclical research on the values of the younger and older generation in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Poland. The research data refer to the value examination questionnaire "100 Sentences - 100 Opinions" by Mirosław J. Szymański and the Value Scale by Milton Rokeach. The results confirm significant similarity of axiological systems for both respondent groups. The comparison of research results from three study stages (1994, 2003 and 2017) proves that the values systems in both younger and older generation are more constant than variable. Therefore, it can be concluded that in spite of disruptions experienced by a contemporary family, it is still considered the source of principles and values for a younger generation. The author proves that the first positions in the young people's and their parents axiological systems are held by the allocentric and prosocial values. This is also confirmed by the appreciation of the value of "true friendship" and "mature love”. It is beyond doubt that these values make it possible today to establish close and rewarding relationships that are extremely helpful to the sense of security and recognition. Furthermore, the studies prove that the participants in both research groups perceived the civic and material values as least important. The research studies a rather moderate acceptance by the respondents of the views representing family values. Young people in particular, still refer to the family with reluctance, criticising the various areas of the family's life, and they do not hesitate to point out the factors that disorganise the life of this community. They also clearly indicate their expectations of the family and, as can be anticipated, construct their own visions of the family. Although there are some changes in the order of values, they are not clear enough to suggest that the hierarchy of values and reference to family values of younger and older respondents has changed significantly over the years. The results with regard to the meaning of the family as a source of the young generation's values somewhat undermine the common theses about the little impact of family socialisation on the development and upbringing of the young generation and the loss of the family's basic duties.

<p><em>        Education is one of the most important things that is able to be a change in the world and in changing the younger generation to be better and have character. With the existence of an education that is complemented by religious teachings it self, it will streng then character and reduce the moral and ethical degradation or decline that occurs in every nation's future child. Cultivators of noble moral values, ethics and religious teachings must be planted from an early age so that children become accustomed to them and are able to understand behaviors that should be avoided and prohibited. Therefore the role of parents is very influential on the character of the child because the family is the primary or primary education that the child gets. In addition, to reduce the current moral degradation or deterioration that is prevalent in life, there is a need for cooperation between parents, educators and the government to be able to create a good young generation. In the teachings of Hinduism, there are many teachings that can be used as a guide for life and can be used as character strengthening for children and the younger generation, one of which is known as the teaching of Catur Guru, which is the teaching of how to be devoted, ethical and respecting these four teachers, including self-help teachers. , rupaka teachers, recitation teachers and wisesa teachers.</em></p>

Nowadays, geriatrics and gerontology are facing a great social chal-lenge. On the one hand, the age of human life is significantly extended, and on the other hand, families of people in the third age increasingly do not feel obliged to surround their Seniors with support and care. The life of older people, even in modern well-organized and affluent societies, is not free from threats related to their safety. Therefore, the question arises how to act so that people in old age feel satisfied with the fact that they were given to live to a ripe old age? However, taking adequate measures in this area and ensuring them the need for security in all psychosocial dimensions requires, above all, a deeper understanding of the society's attitude towards people of senior age. This study presents the results of research on attitudes towards old age, perception of the senior age as a value in the upbringing of the young generation, and the place and importance of older people in the family.

The case deals with Arihant Retail, a family business firms located at Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. It is a small scale firm, with a turnover of ‘340 million in 2009–10. Mr. Vishal Surana, the young Chief Executive of Arihant, dreams of making this into a ‘3 billion store by 2015. He has a concept named “Hot Male”, a chain of stores stocking trendy fashionwear targeted at the “funky” young generation belonging to the SEC (Socio Economic Classification) “B” group. He is excited about it, and thinks he can build a whole new concept and grow based mainly on these “Hot Male” stores. Being a family firm, however, he has to take into consideration the views of his family members (they do not seem to interfere in any way) and family friends of long standing, who have their own views. The case outlines the broad options available to Vishal taking into account the business logic, the family logic, and the top management aspirations.

The purpose of this article is to find out what young people think about the image of the family and marriage they have encountered in social media. The publication will present the results of research using the diagnostic survey method. The use of this method allowed for the collection of data necessary to solve specific research problems. The research was carried out on 116 secondary school students, including 84 girls and 32 boys. All respondents are residents of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The research involved a survey on the respondents’ perception of the image of marriage and family that reached them through social networks. In addition, the respondents' views on the possible impact of the discussed image of marriage and family on people who are in adolescence were analysed, as well as a description of photos, graphics and jokes that the respondents remembered. The conclusion presents the results from the conducted research. It presents the postulates concerning both the possibility of using the positive potential of social media and the negative phenomena related to the growing popularity of websites, which very often promote anti-values and undermine the traditional role of marriage and family.

This article reveals the importance of the principles of Christian ethics in the practice of family education, the interaction of parents and teachers in the process of education and the formation of the system of moral and ethical values of schoolchildren. The questions of raising the family moral and spiritual values of the students are considered. The role of the family in the process of educating the moral and ethical qualities of the younger generation is substantiated. One of the most important tasks of national education at the present stage of development is the approach to the spiritual foundations, ways of orienting the person in the system of values of mankind and motivation of life aspirations and prospects of self-realization of the young person. Today, the problem of education and the process of forming the value system of schoolchildren deserves special attention, as they are on the verge of life and professional choices. Studying the achievements and experience of folk pedagogy, Christian ethics in matters of family education and the formation of a system of values is fundamental to designing the future in the modern young generation. Analysis of recent research and publications. Philosophers, thinkers and educators of different countries and epochs studied the problem of upbringing the system of values of personality (N. Berdyaev, P. Blonskii, K. Ventzel, A. Dukhnovich, Y. Komensky, A. Makarenko, V. Sukhomlinsky, K. Ushinsky, P. Yurkevich, M. Stelmakhovich, etc.) The pedagogical aspect of instilling students spiritual and moral values in the framework of family education is disclosed in the works of Yu. Azarov, S. Akutina, A. Boyko, E. Bondarenko, A. Makarenko, A. Mudrik, V. Sukhomlinsky and other domestic and foreign scientists. Thus, the purpose of the article is to study the application of the foundations of Christian ethics in the practice of family education. As you know, Christian ethics is an ethics based on the natural, social facts of morality, as well as God's revelation of man's moral truths. The most important moral principle of Christianity is love, which manifests itself both in relation to people and in relation to all living and inanimate. So, today, increasingly Christian ethics is seen as an important factor in education and the formation of a sense of love and moral qualities of younger generations.
