Pedagogical Conditions for the Stage Image Formation of the Vocal Teacher in the Process of Professional Training

The study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of vocal teachers is a topical issue in the context of improving the quality of professional music education in Ukraine, as well as in the world. The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of the stage image of the future vocal teacher in the process of his professional education. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis, classification method, comparative method). Also, in the context of this study, a theoretical analysis of scientific sources was conducted. The article highlights and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of a vocal teacher in the process of professional education: the creation of models of their own future based on the activation of “I-real” and “I-ideal”; providing motivation for performing and creative stage selfrealization of future specialists; application of personality-oriented models and learning technologies aimed at developing the student's individuality and providing conditions for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization in professional activities; diversification of practical forms of organization of the educational process It is emphasized that the basis of the stage image is a combination of personal and professional characteristics and psychological archetypes, which are the basis of image formation, which should correspond to the character of the vocalist the best human qualities and powerful informational-creative potential of the person. It is emphasized that according to the personality-oriented concept of education, priority is given to the development of personality, rather than the learning process, which is an important aspect in the process of forming the stage image of personality. The practical value of the work is that the results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of the educational process, as well as to improve the professional qualities of vocal teachers

Statement of the problem. The purpose of professional education is to provide managers with professional qualities which form the competence of an individual. In this context, much attention is paid to the formation of reflexive skills of future managers that contribute to understanding, awareness, analysis, and evaluation of large amount of information. The lack of universal understanding in Pedagogy of the features of the process of forming reflexive skills among future managers proves the relevance of this study. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the process of formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the system of secondary vocational education and to analyze the results of experimental work on the implementation of the developed organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process. Review of the scientific literature on the problem. The analysis and synthesis of professional and educational standards, normative legal documents of secondary vocational education is carried out. The analysis of scientific works of philosophers who have studied human reflection and thinking is carried out. The works on psychology devoted to the problem of understanding the essence of the process of reflection and the formation of reflexive competence of the individual’s personality in modern society are considered. In the field of pedagogical science and practice, the analysis of scientific works devoted to the competence approach and the study of the essence of the process of forming reflexive skills is carried out. The elements of the methodology of pedagogy and the theory of pedagogical research are systematized, in particular, the concept of humanization of the educational process, the methodology of personality-oriented learning, the competence approach, the theory of reflexive activity, on the basis of which systematization of an educational process is carried out within the framework of modern tendencies and trends. Methodology (materials and methods). Based on the research of scientific works of Russian and foreign authors devoted to the development of pedagogical theory and practice in the field of vocational education and arrangement of an educational process in vocational education institutions. The analysis and synthesis of practical methods and techniques that contribute to systematization of the process of formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the Secondary Professional Education (SPE) system is carried out. The analysis of scientific literature, a survey among teachers and heads of institutions in the SPE system, allowed us to identify and justify the features of the formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system and to develop organizational conditions for the process of developing these skills. The article shows the content, features, and results of the implementation of these conditions. Research results. The article deals with current methods and techniques that provide effective professional training of management students in the system of secondary vocational education, who are able to detect and formulate professional tasks and find ways to solve them. On the basis of the philosophical understanding of reflection, the content of reflexive skills aimed at discovering meanings in their own activities and in the “teacher – student” interaction is determined. The conditions for the formation of reflexive skills in the pedagogical process are revealed: creation and implementation of the typology of reflexive tasks; creation of a dialogic context in educational activities based on construction of the process of solving educational tasks; ensuring personal acceptance of the subject of a reflexive task; filling an educational process with a reflexive component; creation and implementation of the mechanism for development of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system. The results of the formation of reflexive skills in the system of secondary vocational education are presented. Conclusion. As a result of the conducted research, the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system were developed providing a qualitative increase in the level of formation of reflexive skills among students. Consequently, the reconstruction of the educational process in the SPE system, based on the implementation of the presented organizational and pedagogical conditions, significantly optimizes the process of forming the reflexive skills among future managers.

The article analyzes various interpretations of the concepts “competence”, “professional competence”, “teacher-musician’s professional competence”. The article highlights the scientists’ views on the issue of future teachers-musicians’ professional competence developing during professional training. It is determined that the formation of professional competence implies a comprehensive, harmonious development of the future teacher-musician who has not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills and abilities.The author notes that one of the most important subjects in the content of special disciplines at art faculties is voice staging. During which students master vocal techniques, singing breathing, diction, emotional and dynamic expression, stage skills, etc. The main principles in solving musical and pedagogical issues of vocal education are the harmonious development of musical and creative abilities of vocal students in the process of developing general vocal culture, comprehensive development of individual qualities of vocalists.The study of scientific works allowed us to determine the essence of the concept of “professional competence of the future teacher-musician”, which includes a system of theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities, experience, pedagogical abilities, important personal and professional qualities to ensure the successful self-realization of the future teacher in music education. The prospects of scientific research on the introduction of innovative learning technologies into the educational process, the search for ways of creative self-realization of experts in the art industry with an emphasis on personal and professional development have been outlined.

Annotation. Introduction. The article analyzes topical issues of ecological culture formation in the process of training future economists. Modern approaches to the formation of environmental culture during the training of future economists, determining the quality of professional training of future professionals in higher education. Socio-economic changes and the ecological state cause the need for qualitative improvement of professional education of future specialists in the process of professional training with a high level of ecological culture. However, the problem of forming the ecological culture of future economists remains insufficiently studied. Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the formation of ecological culture and thinking, the spread of ethical norms in relation to nature. Results. The analysis of scientific works on the formation of ecological culture in the process of training future economists, revealed the concept of ecological culture of the individual and the concept of educational environment. Attention is paid to the process of formation of ecological culture as a holistic systemic phenomenon in order to develop the ecological and ideological position of a specialist economist. The main measures of preparation of applicants for higher education in economic specialties, which includes the environmental element, have been outlined. The pedagogical conditions that provide the process of education of ecological culture in the educational environment have been singled out. Features of ecological education as an important component of educational process have been considered. Conclusions. It has been proved that the effectiveness of training future professionals and the formation of environmental culture of applicants for higher education will form an opportunity to successfully engage in professional activities in the field of economics after graduation from higher education.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the main characteristics of digitization of the education system on the background of FIR and the transition of humanity to the Digital Age to formulate new tasks arising for education in this regard, to consider new resources for its development. In the course of research, the following will be used: comparative and comparative method; system approach and methods of analysis and synthesis; historical and logical methods, comparative analysis, content analysis. Justification of the expediency of personalized learning in the transition to digital education as leading learning technologies, the need to improve teaching methods and models of digital competencies as well as the system of additional professional education as an effective tool for solving problems in the labor market and employment. The results of the analysis allow integrating international and domestic developments in terms of understanding the socio-humanitarian aspects of the digitalization process, the existing approaches to the digitalization of education.

The article substantiates the effectiveness of network training and e-learning technologies in the professional training and advanced training of engineering personnel at a technical university. The paper analyses e-learning technologies in the context of competence-based and activity-based approaches to the organization of the educational process. The study considers Universities as the core elements of the regional educational space, integrating and developing the potential of network interaction of its subjects. The authors propose the definition of the concept of “network educational space”. The article describes the experience of network training of personnel in the production sectors of the Ulyanovsk region in 2014-2020. Based on the analysis of the teaching practice of the Ulyanovsk State Technical University, the study proposes a model of the electronic information and educational environment of an educational organization. The authors formulate recommendations for the development of a network educational space in the region that meets the needs of the labor market.

The article considers the problem of training an engineer-teacher of the food industry, in particular the peculiarities of the organization of independent work, which contributes to the formation of general and professional competences in the process of solving professional problems. Attention is paid to clarifying the role of independent work in the formation of general and professional competences, determining effective ways to implement it in the process of professional education of future specialists in the food industry. Types of tasks for independent work are characterized, attention is focused on their activity character.To optimize independent work, the use of educational, cognitive and practical tasks aimed at transmitting, organizing, transcoding information and related to the interpretation, analysis and generalization of information, which should be addressed in the process of working with textbooks and educational literature, in the process of independent observations, execution of graphic works are suggested.Independent work involves the implementation of various types of tasks (reproductive, as per the sample, reconstructive-variable, partial-search, educational-research), aimed at obtaining new knowledge, their systematization and generalization; formation of practical skills and abilities; control of student readiness for lectures, seminars, defense of laboratory and practical works, other control measures.The peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in higher education, which should be built so as to develop the ability to learn, to form in future engineers-teachers the ability for self-development, creative application of knowledge, ways to adapt to professional activities are considered. The article is devoted to the problems of using distance educational technologies, which are barriers in the educational process. The authors investigate the possibilities of taking into account the technical features of the functioning of distance learning technologies and e-learning in the legislation, as well the conditions and problems of using distance learning technologies and e-learning in the educational process. The relevance of the problem is in improving the training of teachers for professional activities in the context of modern tendency in the informatization of education. Professional training is based on the inclusion of innovative activities in the educational process of a pedagogical university aimed at organizing creative informational interaction of students and teachers in the process of mastering e-learning technologies. In accordance with the new amendments in the Federal Law “About Education” the problem of including distance educational technologies in schools actualizes. In the article the directions of teachers’ professional training for distance learning are defined, the main forms of teachers' professional training in the field of distance educational technologies at the stage of training at a pedagogical university and advanced training are listed as well. But there are barriers that impede the use of distance learning technologies and e-learning in the educational process. The difference between distance educational technologies and electronic education is whether there is a direct cooperation between the teacher and the student or not. If it is carried out and with using information technology, technical means, we are talking about e-learning. If the interaction is mediated - through the Internet, then this is distance learning. An educational organization has the right to use one or both forms of educational program implementation. It is important to prepare future teachers for the use of distance learning technologies in professional activities in the global process of informatization and digitalization of education.

Professional dynamism, as a characteristic feature of modern society, requires updating the forms and methods of training specialists. In the current system of training is increasingly in demand training procedure, adaptive to different conditions of the educational process, including using distance learning technologies and e-learning. In the system of professional training of specialists, virtual simulators and simulators are actively used, focused on the formation of stable behavior models in the professional environment. The question of pedagogical aspects of the use of these teaching tools in the system of professional training becomes relevant. The paper defines the prerequisites for the use of these tools in training, sets goals and objectives, describes interaction models, and defines the classification of educational tasks. The author highlights the levels of simulation based on the degree of immersiveness and interactivity of the environment, methodological approaches and methods of organizing educational activities of students. The paper summarizes the experience of using simulators and virtual simulators in the system of professional training of specialists, lays the conceptual foundations for building a simulation model of training.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

The article explores the task of making higher education more profession-oriented. In this context, we consider the technology of structuring and matching professional activities and content of professional education curricula with the help of ontology. This technology employs intelligent analysis of labor market and educational content matching with the aim to organize educational programs and verify professional competences based on their ontological properties. The article also considers development of a professional training cognitive map that can help design the student’s personalized educational trajectory factoring in the given parameters.
