The instrumental chamber music works by composers from the Republic of Moldova are rich and diverse, both in terms of the musical genres addressed and the instruments required, either for the ensemble or solo parts. The trumpet, an instrument with wide technicalinterpretative and expressive possibilities, offers composers an ample opportunity for harnessing its potential. The two works, which we will analyze from an interpretive point of view – “The Concert Study” for trumpet and piano (in B) by Alexandr Sokireanski (1977) and “Oleandra” for trumpet and piano (in B) by Vladimir Slivinski (1979), are part of the active repertoire of trumpeters and are of interest to researchers. They require certain execution skills and a certain level of handling the instrument, as they contain elements with a high degree of difficulty; we refer here to the rhythmic structure, the complexity of dynamic nuances, technical elements, the change of tempo during the proceeding of the musical discourse, the exploitation of the acute register of the trumpet.

The high degree of land use in the Republic of Moldova as a whole, and the Cogâlnic river basin in particular, imposes the need to assess the quality of the environment and the characteristics of the anthropogenic pressure on the landscapes in temporal and spatial dynamics and to identifying an adequate of measure system for the purpose to maintain/restore the optimal structure and functioning of landscape systems. Based from the Land Cadastre on data, statistical data of population censuses, bibliographic and cartographic sources, a system, was appraised a system of indicators(of naturalness, of artificialization of landscapes, environmental changes) and quantified human pressure on the environment through agriculture and anthropogenic pressure on forest landscapes from the Cogâlnic catchment area. The values of the indices and the human pressure on the landscapes were processed using GIS techniques and elaborated cartographic models.

Abstract Education in contemporary society is a strategic resource for sustainable human development, in a space and time determined from a historical, political, cultural, socioeconomic point of view, etc. Lifelong learning has become a fundamental requirement of society under these conditions. Learning to learn and wanting to continually improve are requirements of lifelong learning; responding to them, man learns to be receptive to change, able to anticipate and adapt to them, offering himself as a participant in the process of social evolution due to his intellectual and moral autonomy. The design, organization, functioning and development of the education system in the Republic of Moldova aims at the complementary quality of extracurricular education that takes place in educational institutions and aims to develop the cognitive, affective and action potential of children and young people, to respond to their interests and options for free and its ability to provide additional opportunities for information, documentation, communication, development, social inclusion and self-realization.

Unlike the Habsburg Empire, the Republic of Austria established in 1918 saw and sees itself basically as an ethnically homogeneous state—as did the Weimar Republic and Federal Republic of Germany. Austria's constitution of 1920 made German the official language, just as Hungarian became the official language in Hungary. The relatively high degree of ethnic homogeneity in Austria and Hungary were a result of the collapse of the multi-ethnic Austro-Hungarian Empire and the new borders of these two successor states. Before 1918, the German-speaking and Hungarian-speaking population of the Empire were politically dominant, but. from a quantitative point of view, “minorities.” It was only the borders established by the Entente in the peace treaties of Saint-Germain and Trianon that reduced Austria and Hungary geographically to two territories, in which the German-speaking population on one side and the Hungarian on the other also became numerically superior, while creating large German and Hungarian minorities in the neighboring countries of Italy, Czechoslovakia, Romania, and SHS-Yugoslavia.

The hybrid aggression of the Russian Federation against the independent Republic of Moldova in the Transnistrian region in 1992 (Pridnestrov‘ye), and the Ukrainian point of view to that mentioned aggression. The year 2014, the beginning of the aggressive hybrid war of the Russian Federation against independent Ukraine, the annexation of Crimea, and the occupation of parts of the territory of Ukrainian Donetsk and Luhansk regions (Donbass). A common the problem for the World is the lack of a real-world counter mechanism similar to hybrid aggression, stopping such conflicts and resolving them.

The term human security arose mainly from the need to change the concept of security by emphasizing the special role of a person in the process of ensuring it. Another main reason in the process of emerging and substantiating the concept of human security was the need to find viable solutions to the current global crisis and the crisis of protecting and promoting human rights, initiating a change in security as a fundamental element in the relationship between the individual, society and nature. From a practical point of view, human security contributes to solving a problem of major global importance: determining the prospects for the international system and human civilization as a whole to counter the negative consequences of the global crisis associated with new needs in the field of human rights. In the Republic of Moldova, security issues, in addition to the other roles and functions they play in the political sphere, are becoming more and more acceptable ways and means of influencing the process of making strategic political decisions.

The article contains a study in the field of interaction and dependence of constitutional guarantees of human rights in the Republic of Moldova on power, economy and capital. An example is given of the set of meanings and forms of this democracy, the measure, level and values of the citizens who make up a collective or make up the crowd, from the point of view of organizing the means by leading the people over the state. The causal relationship is analyzed between the interaction and the direct dependence of the implementation of the constitutional norms on the political will, the level of the economy, including the interest and purpose of the capital dictatorship. This prism studies the real issue of democracy in the Western sample regarding the completeness of citizens' expectations. The article provides an assessment of democratic values in their presence, ie form. The most frequent and richest opinions, ideas and doctrines are evaluated, for the general ideological purpose, in order to effectively achieve objectives, including the subsequent onset of certain consequences. A comparative analysis is made regarding the opinions of other authoritarian specialists in this field.

Abstract Present study is dedicated to assessment and mapping of generation and propagation potential of flash flood and river floods on the rivers of the Republic of Moldova. Main methods applied in the research are Flash Flood Potential Index (FFPI) and Flooding Potential Index (FPI). Additionally, a new index for estimation of flood propagation potential (FPPI) is proposed in order to evaluate impact of main factors (natural and human) on propagation of flood wave through the floodplain of small and medium-sized rivers of Moldova. In total, assessment of FFPI an FPI was performed for 789 elementary river basins (basin area less than 200 km2) and also was considered for 983 elementary territorial-administrative units (communes). Estimation of FPPI was made for 50 main small and medium sized rivers of Moldova. All index parameters (7 for FFPI, 6 for FPI and 12 for FPPI) were integrated, analyzed and combined in GIS environment. As a results, it was found that the FFPI is average for mostly all basins and communes but is characterized by significant differences in spatial representation on local level. FPI is high in basins and communes situated in the floodplains of large and medium sized rivers, in flood-prone areas, and is low in those with high altitudes and steep slopes (Codri and Nistru heights). Flood propagation potential was estimated with average values for 56% of total number of rivers, high for 34% and very high for 6%. The results can be used for future estimation of flood generation and flood wave propagation processes and for improvement and optimization of flood management practices and strategies on rivers weakly studied from hydrology point of view.

The article presents studies on demography in the Republic of Moldova in the late XX – early XXI century. It is noted that after 1991 the close attention of researchers, journalists, public organizations is focused on the problems of demography. The authors trace the dynamics of demographic processes in Moldova, determine the causes and possible consequences of negative processes, offer solutions to improve the situation. Conventionally, we can divide all publications into three categories: 1) works that consider the demographic situation and its dynamics in the country as a whole; 2) work on migration issues; 3) works on ethnodemography, i.e. dedicated to demographic processes in the environment of ethnic communities. However, there are not many special ethno-demographic studies on Ukrainians in Moldova. The article also discusses the main sources for ethnodemographic research: population censuses, current accounting of demographic events, special sample surveys, lists and registers of the population. An analysis of each group of sources is given from the point of view of their informativeness for a full-fledged ethno-demographic study of Ukrainians in Moldova
