The Directorate General of Immigration, under the auspices of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as a public organization, should provide public services to the community. Various efforts have been made to provide the best passport services, but there are still some complaints from the public and problems with passport services. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the quality of passport services for Indonesian citizens. The problems discussed in this study are how the strategy in improving the quality of passport-making services can be applied by the Immigration Office in Indonesia and the obstacles faced in improving the quality of passport services in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that there are 4 (four) steps and strategies to improve the quality of passport services: Improving employee competence in public services, meeting community needs, setting service standards and standard operating procedures, and building a culture of excellent service.

The article discusses the features of the provision of public services in electronic form. The dynamics of the provision of public services in the Republic of Tatarstan is given. A review of the existing methodologies for assessing the quality of the provision of electronic public services is given. The authors’ methodology for assessing the quality of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form is proposed. An authorized executive body has been identified which is responsible for organizing the assessment of the quality of services. Formulas of individual indicators of the technique are developed. As an example, the assessment of the provision of the public service “Providing information obtained in the course of accounting for reclaimed land” is calculated. A polygon of the effectiveness of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form is proposed. Measures to eliminate identified deficiencies in the provision of services are proposed. The authors make the conclusion about the importance of assessing the quality of services and the relevance of the proposed methodology.

As a relatively new area, Kubu Raya district has managed to implement good public services especially in the field of licensing, this is evidenced by the numerous awards achieved and the increasing trend of the realization of a permit issued by the permitting Regional Board Of Investment And Integrated Services (BPMPT) as organizers each year. This study aims to determine what innovations have been carried out by BPMPT Kubu Raya and to identify what factors into supporting or occurrence of such innovations. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach . Data were collected through interviews with the Head BPMPT and secondary data. The success of the public service is a direct and indirect impact of the innovation made by BPMPT. Innovation has been done by BPMPT Kubu Raya is simplifying the number of permits, licenses and restrictions touts business process simplification. Factors driving the birth of innovation undertaken by BPMPT Kubu Raya is the commitment and leadership of Regents BPMPT in improving the quality of licensing services, and human resources BPMT, who has high morale. While the issue is a barrier in the birth of innovation is movingstaff.Keywords: Innovation, Public ServicesSebagai daerah yang masih terhitung baru, Kabupaten Kubu Raya sudah berhasil melaksanakan pelayanan publik yang baik khususnya di bidang perijinan, hal ini dibuktikan antara lain dengan diraihnya berbagai penghargaan dan meningkatnya tren realisasi ijin yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu (BPMPT) setiap tahunnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi apa saja yang sudah dilakukan oleh BPMPT Kabupaten Kubu Raya serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendorong maupun penghambat terjadinya inovasi tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan Kepala BPMPT serta data sekunder. Hasil studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi yang sudah dilakukan oleh BPMPT Kubu Raya adalah penyederhanaan jumlah ijin, pembatasan calo perijinan dan penyederhanaan business process. Faktor pendorong lahirnya inovasi yang dilakukan oleh BPMPT Kubu Raya adalah komitmen Bupati dan pimpinan BPMPT dalam memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan perijinan, serta sumber daya manusia BPMT yang memiliki semangat kerja tinggi. Sedangkan masalah yang menjadi faktor penghambat lahirnya inovasi adalah mutasipegawai.Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik

The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) had findings on tax receivables in the last seven years, indicate that the DGT has not managed tax receivables properly. This study aims to analyze problems in the administration of tax receivables at DGT, benchmarking with other countries, and provide suggestions to solve these problems. This study uses a qualitative method with case studies at the DGT and some other tax authorities as multiple units of analysis. Data collection are carried out through interviews and documentation. The results show several problems in the administration of tax receivables at DGT that lead to the system, Taxpayer Account application, regulation, human resource, and exchange of information. Some suggested solutions to solve these problems are integrating existing systems in DGT, developing Taxpayer Accounts, improving the quality of human resources and conducting regular supervision, revised PER-08/PJ./2009 and affirming rules for DGT's recurring business processes, and building a data exchange system between the DGT and the Tax Court as well as the DGT and Directorate General of the Treasury

This study aimed to describe the quality of public services in health after the earthquake in North Bengkulu with study site in Services Agency General Hospital North Bengkulu Region. The focus of this research study aimed at two main dimensions of public services quality, namely confidence and empathy. The method used was qualitative method with the goal of implementing the apparatus and the service selected by using purposive and accidental sampling. Methods of data collection used in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative techniques with interactive model. The results showed: (1) from dimension of faith, the Services officers Agency of North Bengkulu General Hospital have sufficient competence and attitude in giving service, (2) from the dimensions of empathy, the officers have the willingness and efforts to empathize with the conditions of service users. In general, the quality of public services in the Services officers Agency of North Bengkulu General Hospital has met both criteria. Because the two major dimensions that are the focus of this research can be done properly in accordance with the desired service standards by the service users (costumers).

This research aimed to identify and analyze the principles, standards, elements, and quality of public services at the Office of Industry, Trade, and Cooperatives of Yahukimo Regency, Indonesia, located in a remote area. The research method applied was a qualitative descriptive survey with observation and interviews. The interviewees in this study were from 15 informants of different position levels. This study employed an interactive model to analyze the interview data. There were four main findings; firstly, in terms of the principle of public service transparency, the public was increasingly motivated to convey their demands, requests, and aspirations to the government. Meanwhile, accountability services were satisfactory per the provisions of laws and regulations, but public participation in public services was still lacking. Secondly, public service standards and service procedures were implemented following the stipulated provisions and competencies of officials. Those public officers had related-abilities in the form of knowledge, prowess, skill, attitude, and behavior that are required in completing their duties. Thirdly, in terms of public services, the public officers’ work ethic was a driving force for the officials to comply with the prior-set and agreed with rules and work procedures. At the same time, the facilities and infrastructure were adequate. Finally, regarding the quality of public services, the goals and targets of the service were well achieved.

Public service is the implementation of government tasks directly to meet the needs and interests of the community. But what is happening today is the emergence of the phenomenon of government in carrying out public service activities that are often interpreted in different connotations by the public. Therefore, it is considered necessary to improve the quality of public services in accordance needs of the community. This is certainly strongly influenced by good leadership for the improvement of the implementation of public services as an urgent need for the improvement of public services to the community. The purpose of this study is to find out the interconnectedness of local leadership relationships in the implementation of public services so that there is an improvement in the quality of public services. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in this study consisting of observation, questionnaire, and literature studies (library research). Determination of research samples through multistage random sampling methods and formulating them into the Slovin formula. The results showed the amount of quality of public services. The field of cleanliness handling cleanliness is 4050 or 67.50% with a fairly good predicate.

Primary Tax Office Meulaboh (KPPP) has an important role in improving the performance of public services in terms of extension function, service, and supervision to taxpayers. If seen from the function of the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh it is helpful to the Directorate General of taxes in awaken the importance of taxes to the public. The problem in this research is how the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The source of data in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Then the technique of collected data used interview, observation and documentary. The location of this study was conducted in the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh West Aceh. Based on the results of research in the discussion KPPP Meulaboh in improving performance attract taxpayers. First, productivity KPPP Meulaboh not achieve results in accordance with the vision and mission of the grounds are still no customer complaints. Second, the quality of service KPPP Meulaboh also not yet maximal, the reason there are still many queues. Third; The responsiveness of KPPP Meulaboh is not good, the responsibility of KPPP Meulaboh still not maximal in giving the requirement for the taxpayer. Further Accountability KPPP Meulaboh give good results, because the responsibility is carried out according to the procedures of KPPP Meulaboh. Keywords: performance, Primary Tax Office Meulaboh, taxpayers

Many people have adapted to the situation of covid-19 outbreak including public service providers. Government policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 have an impact on public service standards implemented by the service providers. Regarding this matter, this study was conducted to analyze the quality of the service provided by Civil Registry Office of Denpasar during covid-19 pandemic. Interviews and direct observations were carried out to collect data. In this data collection process, five questions were given to six informants at this Office. The results of this study show that any declines in terms of the quality of the public services provided by this Office are not identified.

<p>Direktorat Jenderal Pajak telah melakukan perubahan yang bersifat menyeluruh dan komprehensif di segala bidang. Salah satunya melalui pelaksanaan reformasi perpajakan dengan pembentukan kantor yang menerapkan sistem administrasi perpajakan modern dengan didukung teknologi informasi terkini. Perubahan organisasi ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta meningkatkan profesionalisme dan integritas pegawai agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima yang berorientasi pada kepuasan wajib pajak sehingga dapat mempermudah dan membantu wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk meneliti efektivitas pelaksanaan reformasi perpajakan di Lingkungan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak.</p><p>Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dan wajib pajak di lingkungan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak, serta Anggota Komisi XI Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan Reformasi Perpajakan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak sudah berjalan dengan baik. Melalui upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, manajemen sistem informasi terpadu, dan edukasi kepada wajib pajak yang berkesinambungan diharapkan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Demak dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam rangka pencapaian kepatuhan dan penerimaan pajak yang optimal.</p><p> </p><p>The Directorate General of Taxation has made changes that are comprehensive and comprehensive in all fields. One of them is through the implementation of tax reform with the establishment of an office that implements a modern tax administration system supported by the latest information technology. This organizational change is expected to improve employee performance and improve the professionalism and integrity of employees in order to be able to provide excellent service oriented to the satisfaction of taxpayers so as to facilitate and assist taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations. This study focused on examining the effectiveness of the implementation of tax reform in the Demak Primary Tax Office.</p><p>The interviewees in this study were employees and taxpayers in the Demak Primary Tax Office, as well as Commission XI Member of the People’s Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the implementation of Tax Reform in the Demak Primary Tax Office had gone well. Through efforts to improve the quality of human resources, integrated information system management, and education to sustainable taxpayers, it is expected that the Primary Demak Tax Service Office can improve performance in order to achieve optimal compliance and tax revenue</p>

Graphic reproduction courses or printing methods are one of the courses that always exist in every college of Visual Communication Design in Indonesia, with this course students are expected to understand how the Final Artwork (FA) printing process is correct, the result is the quality of the design work Finally, students have met print-ready standards in accordance with the graphic industry standard so that it has the potential to be offered to the public at large as ready-to-use works, but unfortunately the student's work has only ended up in storage. This study aims to optimize the potential that exists in the final design work to be more widely useful. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach aimed at analyzing the quality of student design assignments in the Gafika Reproduction Method course, and creating an online gallery as a means of channeling existing design potential
