Primary Tax Office Meulaboh (KPPP) has an important role in improving the performance of public services in terms of extension function, service, and supervision to taxpayers. If seen from the function of the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh it is helpful to the Directorate General of taxes in awaken the importance of taxes to the public. The problem in this research is how the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The source of data in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Then the technique of collected data used interview, observation and documentary. The location of this study was conducted in the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh West Aceh. Based on the results of research in the discussion KPPP Meulaboh in improving performance attract taxpayers. First, productivity KPPP Meulaboh not achieve results in accordance with the vision and mission of the grounds are still no customer complaints. Second, the quality of service KPPP Meulaboh also not yet maximal, the reason there are still many queues. Third; The responsiveness of KPPP Meulaboh is not good, the responsibility of KPPP Meulaboh still not maximal in giving the requirement for the taxpayer. Further Accountability KPPP Meulaboh give good results, because the responsibility is carried out according to the procedures of KPPP Meulaboh. Keywords: performance, Primary Tax Office Meulaboh, taxpayers

Judging from the number of crossings in the last three decades, the autogate system is still very far from being compared to manual counters. The public prefers manual counters as immigration checkpoints compared to the autogate facilities provided by the Directorate General of Immigration. In fact, if viewed from its implementation, autogate was built to speed up the immigration check process at the immigration checkpoint so that it can reduce frequent queues and improve the quality of public services. This autogate system should be the primary choice for the community to use it in the travel document inspection process. Therefore, the researcher wants to examine the implementation of the autogate system on the number of crossings of Indonesian citizens at TPI Soekarno-Hatta. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation as well as supporting data for primary and secondary data. From this data, it can be processed to get a conclusion on the inhibiting factors of the number of autogate crossings for Indonesian citizens at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The results of this research are academically beneficial to various parties while for immigration officials, it can be used as a reference in conducting further research for evaluation materials to improve all policies and maximizing the autogate system and also a reference for making other policies.

Public perception of immigration content at the TPI East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office is very important in determining the quality of information and understanding of immigration provided to the public by focusing on social media Instagram. With some literacy regarding public perceptions it can produce a public view of immigration content that has been disseminated through social media Instagram TPI Class I Immigration Office, East Jakarta. This can be used as study and learning material in seeing some of the shortcomings that must be addressed by the TPI East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office regarding public perceptions of immigration content. With the descriptive qualitative research method, it explains that there are still gaps or shortcomings of immigration content disseminated through social media Instagram TPI Class I Immigration Office, East Jakarta. So it is very necessary to make several further research studies related to public perceptions of immigration content so as to harmonize understanding between the information provider and the recipient of the information.

As a relatively new area, Kubu Raya district has managed to implement good public services especially in the field of licensing, this is evidenced by the numerous awards achieved and the increasing trend of the realization of a permit issued by the permitting Regional Board Of Investment And Integrated Services (BPMPT) as organizers each year. This study aims to determine what innovations have been carried out by BPMPT Kubu Raya and to identify what factors into supporting or occurrence of such innovations. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach . Data were collected through interviews with the Head BPMPT and secondary data. The success of the public service is a direct and indirect impact of the innovation made by BPMPT. Innovation has been done by BPMPT Kubu Raya is simplifying the number of permits, licenses and restrictions touts business process simplification. Factors driving the birth of innovation undertaken by BPMPT Kubu Raya is the commitment and leadership of Regents BPMPT in improving the quality of licensing services, and human resources BPMT, who has high morale. While the issue is a barrier in the birth of innovation is movingstaff.Keywords: Innovation, Public ServicesSebagai daerah yang masih terhitung baru, Kabupaten Kubu Raya sudah berhasil melaksanakan pelayanan publik yang baik khususnya di bidang perijinan, hal ini dibuktikan antara lain dengan diraihnya berbagai penghargaan dan meningkatnya tren realisasi ijin yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu (BPMPT) setiap tahunnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi apa saja yang sudah dilakukan oleh BPMPT Kabupaten Kubu Raya serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendorong maupun penghambat terjadinya inovasi tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan Kepala BPMPT serta data sekunder. Hasil studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi yang sudah dilakukan oleh BPMPT Kubu Raya adalah penyederhanaan jumlah ijin, pembatasan calo perijinan dan penyederhanaan business process. Faktor pendorong lahirnya inovasi yang dilakukan oleh BPMPT Kubu Raya adalah komitmen Bupati dan pimpinan BPMPT dalam memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan perijinan, serta sumber daya manusia BPMT yang memiliki semangat kerja tinggi. Sedangkan masalah yang menjadi faktor penghambat lahirnya inovasi adalah mutasipegawai.Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract – It cannot be denied that at present the public service is a concern of the public. Ordinary public service come from agencies that serve the community for the needs of every community. This study aims to determine quality of service for prepaid electricity installation at PT. PLN (Persero) Banyumanik Semarang service area. Analysis of the data used is a score interpretation (IS) obtained from respondents. Respondents numbered 80 people using purposive sampling. While to complete this research, the author also uses secondary data obtained from various existing sources. Based on the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that the dimensions that show service quality include tangibles ( direct evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty show a strong interpretation where customers feel satisfied with the quality service of PT. PLN (Persero) Banyumanik Semarang service area.Key words : quality, service, satisfaction

The General Directorate of Taxation attemped to realize the taxpayer’s aspirations with simplifying the tax payment procedure both monthly taxes and annual taxes by applying the electronic tax payment system (e-billing).e-billing is electronic paying methode with billing code (which is 15 code number) issued by tax billing system. This research is using qualitative research method with descriptive approach  which is picturing electronic paying system fairness with PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) by tax payer reseption in Pratama Cakung I Tax Office. The research showing the quality of electronic tax paying system in Pratama Cakung I Tax Office, with Service Variable found to be the best by the tax compare to Performance, Information, Economy, Control, and Efficiency. Overanl PIECES analysis from the elektronik tax paying system in Pratama Cakung I Tax Office showing electronic tax paying system base on Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service is excelent.

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the quality of service for issuing micro business license recommendations and their constraints at the Lae Parira sub-district office, Dairi Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which is a method that only describes situations and events that aims to systematically describe the characteristics of a population or certain fields in a factual and accurate manner without looking for or explaining a relationship. The results of the study found that the quality of service for issuing recommendations for micro business licenses at the Lae Parira District Office of Dairi Regency was still not good. This can be seen from the complaints of the public or micro business actors who require licensing recommendations so that the general public has a negative view or picture of the agency. The constraint factors faced in improving the quality of services for issuing recommendations for micro business licenses are: the presence of officers who seek to obtain personal benefits from the licensing recommendation service process, employees do not try to avoid a negative public image of the institution so that many people are reluctant to deal with business administration, and lack of employee commitment to improving service quality so that employees tend to prioritize personal matters over service work to the community

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the Strategy of the Indonesian National Sports Committee in improving the achievements of athletes in Central Kalimantan province. The type of research used in this study is descriptive with qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely the Deputy General Chair of KONI, Deputy Secretary of KONI, Division of Organization and Management, KONI staff, Athletes and Coaches. While secondary data comes from official documents related to this research such as sports medal data acquisition, and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of his research is to get a clear picture of the Strategy of the Indonesian National Sports Committee in improving Athlete Achievements in Central Kalimantan Province. The results of this study are that the KONI Strategy in improving the achievements of athletes in Central Kalimantan Province is already good, because of the five Performance indicators there are three indicators that have gone well, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability while the two indicators have not gone well are Productivity and Quality of Service

Immigration functions include immigration services, law enforcement, state security, and facilitating community welfare development. The implementation of these functions is carried out by the Directorate General of Immigration, which carries out the task of guarding the country's gates. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Directorate General of Immigration is expected to be able to carry out the immigration function without neglecting the spread of the Covid-19 virus that is currently sweeping the world. Not to mention that there are problems that can threaten state security and national sovereignty as well as the decline in the country's economy during this pandemic. The formulation of the problem that will be examined in this paper is what forms of immigration function carried out by the Directorate General of Immigration and how the implementation of the implementation of the immigration function carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. This writing uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach with combined data collection (inductive/qualitative). From the research results, it is known that the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in various policy changes that had an impact on the implementation of the immigration function. This issue must encounter by  Directorate General of Immigration as an institution that is authorized to carry out the immigration function in Indonesia.

The Directorate General of Immigration, under the auspices of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as a public organization, should provide public services to the community. Various efforts have been made to provide the best passport services, but there are still some complaints from the public and problems with passport services. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the quality of passport services for Indonesian citizens. The problems discussed in this study are how the strategy in improving the quality of passport-making services can be applied by the Immigration Office in Indonesia and the obstacles faced in improving the quality of passport services in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that there are 4 (four) steps and strategies to improve the quality of passport services: Improving employee competence in public services, meeting community needs, setting service standards and standard operating procedures, and building a culture of excellent service.
