The purpose of this study was to see how the financing management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathla'ul Anwar Kedondong, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using reduction techniques, data display and conclusion drawing. Triangulation test is used to test the validity of the data. The results showed: 1). Planning (budgeting) at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar begins with compiling the RKAM through the mechanism of madrasah plenary meetings, identifying madrasah admission plans, identifying madrasah expenditure plans, compiling RAPBM, ratifying RAPBM by the foundation. 2). Implementation (accounting/ bookkeeping) uses a cash book known to the principal of the madrasah and refers to technical instructions. 3). The assessment (auditing) is conducted internally by the principal and externally by the government (Depag, Kanwil Kemenag, Inspector General Kemenag

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

<div align="center"><table width="645" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="439"><p><strong>Abstract:</strong> <em>Berkombur </em>is an activity of communicating both verbally and nonverbally by a group. The purpose of this activity is as a means of socializing, entertainment, increasing friendship, a problem solving and most importantly by inserting humor at each discussion of the theme so that the feeling of saturation and fatigue all day long works away with a happy laugh. This activity is a characteristic of Batubara Melayu culture. The purpose of this study is to describe kinship values in combat activities and obtain construction procedures as an effort to modify students' interpersonal skills. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of dialogue research. The research subject is a student who is an expert in the activity. Coupled with BK teachers, the community, and Malayu humanist. The instrument of data collection uses participant observation and interviews. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are eight values in the activity which are grouped into kinship values, and obtaining construction implementation in conducting <em>berkombur</em> activities as an effort to modify interpersonal skills.</p><p class="Abstract"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> <em>Berkombur </em>adalah suatu kegiatan berkomunikasi baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal yang dilakukan suatu kelompok. Tujuan dari aktivitas ini sebagai sarana bersosial, hiburan, meningkatkan silaturahmi, penyelesaian suatu masalah dan menyisipkan humor pada setiap pembahasan tema sehingga rasa jenuh dan letih seharian bekerja hilang dengan tertawa gembira. Aktivitas ini menjadi ciri khas budaya Melayu Batubara. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai kekerabatan dalam aktivitas <em>berkombur</em> dan memperoleh konstruksi prosedur sebagai upaya modifikasi kecakapan interpersonal siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tipe riset dialog. Subjek penelitian yaitu seorang siswa yang ahli dengan kegiatan tersebut. Ditambah dengan guru BK, Masyarakat, serta budayawan melayu. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipan dan wawancara. Analsis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan ada delapan nilai di dalam aktivitas tersebut yang dikelompokkan menjadi nilai kekerabatan, serta memperoleh konstruksi pelaksanaan dalam melakukan aktivitas <em>berkombur </em>sebagai upaya modifikasi kecakapan interpersonal.</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran budaya literasi dalam pembentukan karakter religius anak di Kampoeng Batja Patrang Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis interaktuf model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensai data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Karakter membaca yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter membaca reseptif, reflektif, skimming dan scanning (2) Budaya literasi di Kampoeng Batjadapat membentuk karakter menulis cerita, menulis ayat-ayat Al-quran, menulis kaligrafi, menulis sinopsis, menulis pantun, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan bernuansa keagamaan (3) Karakter berbicara yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter berbicara di depan publik dan berbicara interpersonal.  Kata Kunci: budaya literasi, karakter religius The purpose of this study is to describe the role of literacy culture in the creation of the child's religious character in kampoeng batja patrang jember. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of phenomenon. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses miles's and huberman and saldana analysis for data collection, data condenser, data presentation, deduction/verification. To test the validity of the acquired data, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The study is (1) the character reading through the literated cultures already applied in kampoeng batjais the character of prescriptive, reflective, skimming and scanning (2) of the literated cultures in the kampoeng batjadat forming the character of storywriting, writing of the quran, writing calligraphy, writing synopsis, poetry, The activity was carried out in a religious (3) speaking character through literacy cultures already adopted in kampoeng batjais a public speaking and interpersonal speech.

<p><em>THE PREVENTION OF DYSLEXIA STUDENTS BULLYING IN THE PRACTICE AT ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. Dyslexia disorder experienced by students MI Manbaul Falihin Ngabul Tahunan Jepara considered as a serious problem, because these disorders could lead to do bullying from other students, whereas bullying itself can lead victim impaired physical and psychological, and bullying can be categorized as a crime can not be tolerated. This study, using descriptive qualitative approach, intended to investigate an incident in accordance with the real conditions in the field with the data analysis is inductive/qualitative. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques (combined). The results showed that in responding to these things so make MI Manbaul Falihin issued policies to prevent bullying especially for students who have dyslexia disorder. Act of prevention in the form of giving insight to teachers, provide insight to students, provide insight to parents, recommends choosing a good friend, teach compassion to students, to build confidence in students dyslexia, develop social skills of students, and teach good ethics.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine students' difficulties in online learning and to determine the efforts of teachers in overcoming student difficulties in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach by describing the teacher's efforts in overcoming student difficulties in online learning during the Covid-19 period at MTs. Muhammadiyah Wuring. This study uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be seen from several student difficulties in online learning such as a) absence of 4G networks, b) reduced income c), assignment methods and d) absence of Android phones. The teacher's efforts in overcoming student difficulties in online learning such as a) assignment methods, b) providing motivation, c) providing advice, d) providing online explanations, e) installing Wifi. By knowing the various difficulties of students and the efforts of teachers in overcoming student difficulties in online learning, researchers hope that all of us, especially schools, teachers, parents, and the government to make input in the future.

This paper aims to explain the implementation of the planning function of lecturer quality development at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, West Sumatera and integrating the cultural values of achievement in the planning function. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis procedures use data reduction, data display, and verification. While the research subjects are leaders, lecturers, and students. The results of this study indicate that: a) The planning of lecturer quality development activities at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, has been quite good. Nevertheless, the relatively minimal budgeting problems can affect the optimization of the realization of planned activities; b) Integrating the achievement cultural in the planning function of lecturer quality development activities in tertiary institutions, is to be an endeavor to initiate changes in tertiary institutions that constantly necessitates improved management in an increasingly efficient, effective and productive direction.

This research aimed to find outthe mechanism of hamisbatar local wisdom of ManehituFafiur Tribe, in Belu Regency, NTT. This study was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result of research showed that hamisbatarrite was organized in six stages: preparing land rite, planting rite, hamisbatarrite held in Manehitufafiur tribal house, corn harvest rite, corn collection in customary house, and corn binding rite still continue to be implemented until today.

This research aims to review the implementation of the appraisal in the transaction of transferring rights to land and/or buildings at the Ciawi Small Tax Office (STO) and identify the constraints that arise in the field during the appraisal process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in order to capture the process of valuation. The results showed that implementation of the appraisal in the transaction of transferring rights to land and/or buildings at the Ciawi Small Tax Office (STO) is carried out in six steps. These steps are: (1) identification of the problem, (2) data collection, (3) data analysis, (4) application of the approaches to value, (5) final opinion of value, and (6) report of defined value. Implementation of Illiteracy Eradication Program in Katoi Sub-District, North Kolaka District, under the guidance of Dr. Azhari, S.STP., M.Si as the supervisor I and Mr. Arafat Yasir, S.Pd.I., M.Si As mentor II. This study aimed to find and describe Implementation of Illiteracy Eradication Program in Katoi District North Kolaka, Indonesia. This research was a research with descriptive qualitative type, informant in this research as many as fifteen people. Data collection techniques were direct observation and direct interview. As for data analysis used Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the funds from the government were insufficient for the implementation of this Illiteracy Eradication program. The target of the Illiteracy Eradication program was in line with its objectives. Residents of learning who follow this illiteracy eradication program had been in accordance with the targets set by the implementer of Literacy Eradication program. While the selection of tutors and organizers should not be absolutely appropriate to the criteria established by the government. The election took precedence that had a high social spirit and willing to serve for the community, this was related to the implementation of illiteracy programs that were non-formal.
