Для определения конкурентоспособности и дальнейшего улучшения деятельности рыбоперерабатывающей организации в данной работе был использован SWOT-анализ. Результаты исследования дали возможность представить, как SWOT-анализ помогает устранить недостатки и сделать выбор перспективного развития на будущее для усиления конкурентоспособности организации. В статье приведен анализ информации о рыбоперерабатывающем предприятии. Вся информация сгруппирована и занесена в матрицу SWOT-анализа по четырем категориям: сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и угрозы. Были проанализированы значимость каждой сильной и слабой стороны, вероятность возникновения и сила влияния для каждой возможности и угрозы. Результатом исследования факторов микросреды рыбоперерабатывающей организации стало формирование матрицы стратегий. Выявлены четыре потенциально возможные стратегии (представленные ниже) предприятия, которые оно может выбрать. To determine the competitiveness and further improve the activities of the fish processing organization, a SWOT analysis was used in this work. The result of the study made it possible to present how SWOT analysis helps to eliminate shortcomings and make a choice of promising development for the future to strengthen the competitiveness of the organization. The article provides an analysis of information about the fish processing enterprise. All information is grouped and entered into the SWOT analysis matrix in four categories: strengths and weaknesses; opportunities and threats. The significance of each strong and weak side, the probability of occurrence and the strength of influence for each opportunity and threat were analyzed. The result of the study of the factors of the microenvironment of the fish processing organization was the formation of a matrix of strategies. Four potential strategies (presented below) that the enterprise can choose are identified.

One of the success indicator for the bank into manage their financing risk is a Non Performing Financing (NPF) level. On the last three years, BJB Syariah’s NPF trend keep increased, then be required a research to find out profile and financing risk level that be faced by BJB Syariah. This research has some objective to: (1) Analyzing of financing risk level that be faced by BJB Syariah and (2) Analyzing, reviewing of management such as mitigation program for financing risk that be faced by BJB Syariah. To analyzing financing risk level has been used CreditRisk+ model, meanwhile to reviewing management and financing risk mitigation has been used internal and external analysis, SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The result from this research is profile and financing risk level of BJB Syariah still quite fit. This matter looks from expected loss period 2012-2014 still can be covered by reserved productive asset that has been done by BJB Syariah. Strategy that needed to be performed as follows enhancement director act to make a financing strategic policy such as financing portfolio spread for industry sectors that has fit prospect, making feasibility valuation for new debtor with more prudent and right on target also strengthen character valuation for new debtor using credit bureau until scorecard method

Pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important sector in Bangladesh. It is the only industry, which has its own strong manufacturing capabilities to produce the pharmaceuticals product. In this study it is tried to find out what types of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the pharmaceuticals companies face in Bangladesh. There are about 250 pharmaceuticals firms in Bangladesh. Among them some companies are the large size and more sophisticated. Some companies are small sizes and traditional qualities. A few companies dominate the whole medicine market. So they have to face severe competition in pharmaceuticals market. SOWT (Strength, Opportunity, Weakness, and Threat) analysis of any industry sector investigates the important factors that are possibility of the industry and influencing the companies operating in that sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pharmaceutical sector of Bangladesh using the framework of SWOT. This paper brings to light on the SWOT analysis of pharmaceuticals industry in Bangladesh and provided some valuables suggestions to overcome the weaknesses and threats, there are some suggestions to utilize the strengths and opportunities properly. Through this study the researchers try to discuss the affect of various macro-economic factors of strength, opportunity, weakness, and threat aspect on the industry and its related problems and prospects for the future. ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan: a) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa Kekuatan,Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman Desa Nyawangan, Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam pengembangan lingkar wilis; b) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa alternatif strategi apa saja yang bisa dipakai Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam pengembangan lingkar wilis.Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk memetakan alternative strategi dalam pengembangan Lingkaar Wilis melalui analisis SWOT maka dapat diketahui alternative strategi dalam mengembangkan tujuan wisata di Desa Nyawangan, Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung yang perlu dikembangkan dimasa yang akan datang. Abstrak. peran pemberdayaan wanita nelayan sangat di perlukan untuk membantu ekonomi keluarga. Wanita-wanita di daerah pesisir bisa menjadi motor penggerak kegiatan ekonomi produktif fungsinya dari ibu rumah tangga biasa menjadi pencari nafkah seperti melakukan kegiatan pengolahan ikan dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kegiatan keluarga nelayan di Gampong Langkak Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya dalam  meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga , dan rencana strategi perempuan  nelayan dalam meningkatkan  ekonomi keluarga di Gampong Langkak Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil dalam penelitian ini didapat strategi wo sebagai rencana strategi pemberdayaan wanita nelayan. Srategi wo yaitu memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan cara meminimalkan  kelemahan yang ada. Adapun bentuk kegiatan keluarga adalah bertani, jemur udang  sabu dan buruh pabrik.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan, keluarga , nelayan.Strategy Of Fishermen Women Empowerment In Increasing Famili Economy In Langkak  Village Kuala Pesisir  Districts Nagan Raya DistrictAbstract. the role of empowering women fishermen is very much needed to help the family economy. Women in coastal areas can be the driving force of productive economic activities whose function is from ordinary housewives to being breadwinners such as fish processing activities and so on. This study aims to determine the form of fishermen's family activities in Gampong Langkak, Kuala Pesisir Subdistrict, Nagan Raya District in improving the family's economy, and the strategy of women fishermen in improving the family's economy in Ganggong Langkak, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya District. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The results in this study obtained the WO strategy as a plan to empower women fishermen strategies. The strategy is to take advantage of existing opportunities by minimizing existing weaknesses. The form of family activities is farming, drying shabu shrimp and factory workers.Keywords : empowerment, family, fishermen.

This research conducted in PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi Nganjuk. The objectives of this research were obtain a better understandin internal as well as exsternal environmental condition, secondly trying to covering the formulate the marketing strategi. Method that used in this research was a survey method, it contains observation, interview, and documentation. The data analyzed by SWOT analysis. The result showed internal strategy factors matrix give positive value where it strengths were stronger than it weakness (S = 2,29>W = 0,71). External strategy factors’ matrix also give positive value where it opportunities values were bigger than it threats values (O = 1,84 > T = 0,70). From the result, we know that environmental condition in PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi was very good, and gave good prospect for its progress in the future. It known from total score of strength and opportunities factors (SO = 4.13). From SWOT analysis, strategy that will be taken was in the first quadrant where internal and external factors were positive. In general terms, it means that the environmental condition of PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi, relatively has bigger opportunity than its weaknesses. The decision that made by PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi for marketing strategy was rapid strategy by which all opportunity could be captured as marketing consideration.

Pakistan’s textile and clothing industry is one of the significant players of global textile and clothing trade as well as being a corner stone for its national economy. Although Pakistan’s textile and clothing industry possesses abundant raw material resources (cotton) and cheap and abundant labour, it has confronted with many issues in recent years. At this point, SWOT analysis is one of the methods which can be used for the analysis of current situation. This research aims to reveal the present situation of Pakistan’s textile and clothing industry with SWOT analysis. Thus, a gap can be filled in which academic studies are inadequate. Besides, the study contributes to the strategy development of Pakistan’s textile and clothing companies and government executives. In accordance with the aim of the research, the strengths and weakness of Pakistan’s textile and clothing industry are determined primarily. Afterwards, opportunities and threats, which can be faced within national and international textile and clothing trade are analyzed. Finally, the obtained data are analyzed and evaluated and suggestions are made for the future of the industry.

Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.36 of 2009 concerning Health, article 17 paragraph 1 states that the government is responsible for the availability of access to information, education and health service facilities, one of which is the Maternity Insurance Program (Jampersal). This is what researchers do about how it is implemented in the Municipality of Tanjungbalai, North Sumatra. Implementation evaluation is carried out on the objectives, accountability and input provided for improvement in the future. The results showed that the implementation of childbirth insurance in Tanjungbalai City has not been running optimally so it needs improvement in the future both in structural synergy, namely the relationship between central and regional as well as in harmony, namely functionally between other related agencies in the Tanjungbalai City Government. From the SWOT analysis carried out, namely analyzing the Internal Strengths and Weaknesses and the External Opportunities and Threats factors, it shows the position of the Tanjungbalai City Government is in Quadrant I (first) with an Aggressive Strategy, namely using existing strengths to take advantage of the opportunities available.
