ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan: a) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa Kekuatan,Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman Desa Nyawangan, Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam pengembangan lingkar wilis; b) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa alternatif strategi apa saja yang bisa dipakai Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam pengembangan lingkar wilis.Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk memetakan alternative strategi dalam pengembangan Lingkaar Wilis melalui analisis SWOT maka dapat diketahui alternative strategi dalam mengembangkan tujuan wisata di Desa Nyawangan, Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung yang perlu dikembangkan dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci : SWOT, Strategi, Pengembngan Lingkar Wilis   ABSTRACT     The research aims to: a) identify and analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of Nyawangan Village, Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency in the development of the wilis circle; b) identify and analyze alternative strategies that can be used by Nyawangan Village, Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency in developing the wilis circle. The analysis technique used to map alternative strategies in the development of the Wilis Circle is a SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat Analysis) analysis. Through the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that alternative strategies in developing tourist destinations in Nyawangan Village, Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency that need to be developed in the future. The sector developed in Indonesia at this time is the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of attractions, supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies in the development of tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation, observation and data triangulation. The analysis technique used in writing uses the SWOT analysis and Litmust Test to be reduced, presented and concluded. The results of research strategies for developing tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency are still not maximal, because there are many weaknesses in each component in the tourism area which become a benchmark for the development of Bengkulu Province tourist destinations, Rejang Lebong. The influencing factors are internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats. Based on these factors, researchers can reformulate the strategy in the development of attractions in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province

Pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important sector in Bangladesh. It is the only industry, which has its own strong manufacturing capabilities to produce the pharmaceuticals product. In this study it is tried to find out what types of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the pharmaceuticals companies face in Bangladesh. There are about 250 pharmaceuticals firms in Bangladesh. Among them some companies are the large size and more sophisticated. Some companies are small sizes and traditional qualities. A few companies dominate the whole medicine market. So they have to face severe competition in pharmaceuticals market. SOWT (Strength, Opportunity, Weakness, and Threat) analysis of any industry sector investigates the important factors that are possibility of the industry and influencing the companies operating in that sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pharmaceutical sector of Bangladesh using the framework of SWOT. This paper brings to light on the SWOT analysis of pharmaceuticals industry in Bangladesh and provided some valuables suggestions to overcome the weaknesses and threats, there are some suggestions to utilize the strengths and opportunities properly. Through this study the researchers try to discuss the affect of various macro-economic factors of strength, opportunity, weakness, and threat aspect on the industry and its related problems and prospects for the future. The aim of this research is to map the economic potential of the development of halal tourism in West Sumatra, and analyze the opportunities and challenges of developing halal tourism in West Sumatra. This research uses mixed methods. The location of the study was conducted in West Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation data. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that West Sumatra has a very potential halal tourist destination. Tourist attractions in West Sumatra are one of the most popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. Supported by a variety of facilities supporting the halal tourism industry including the availability of good sharia-compliant hotels, comfortable worship facilities, and the availability of halal culinary centers. Tourism is one of the contributors to local revenue sources (PAD).


Mango Day is small medium industry that echoes a healthy lifestyle as one of their visions with fruit strip as their product made from dried mangoes. The purpose of this research is to get the best marketing strategy for the Mango Day business. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques for instance, interviews, observations, and documentation with analytic descriptive results. The SWOT analysis technique is used to process data to obtain alternative strategies. There are four alternative strategies that can be used by companies as the company’s latest marketing strategy. SO strategy: maintaining product quality and creating new product variants, ST strategy: intensifying marketing on social media and other E-commerce is inserted with knowledge of products to be affordable to all groups and to expand the spread of products offline. WO Strategy: improve the quality of packaging and WT strategy: improve production processes to industrial scale

The number of tourists visiting Semarang City is increasing significantly year by year. However, this increase is not accompanied by an improvement in the quantity and the quality of tourist destinations in Semarang. Banjir Kanal Barat area is one of the potential tourist destinations in Semarang, but so far the existing facilities in this area are very limited. In addition, there is no any tourism activities which can be done even. Moreover, this area tends to be very unattractive. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Banjir Kanal Barat (BKB/western canal) as an interesting tourism destination by analyzing internal and external factors. The data were analyzed descriptively qualitative to determine BKB's development strategy through SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study formulated 10 (ten) alternative strategies for the development of Banjir Kanal Barat as a tourism destination area. The three best alternative choices are: (1) creating tourist facilities which can be enjoyed by the community, (2) developing special water attractions, (3) inviting investors and cooperating with various parties.

PT. Regional Trypillian is a company that is engaged in the development of new houses to prosper the  society,  especially  by  providing  residence and  develop  its  role  in  economic  development  in marketing  the residential  products  and  utilization  of  manpower. The  establishment of  the  company initiated by Mr. Sofyan Hudri since February 15, 2014, starting from an attempt to manage, market, and produce home with investors/landowners. Wren's housing residence consists of 2 types: type 50 and type 90. The purpose of this study is to determine competition faced by Wren Residence in Palu and  to examine  alternative  strategies that can  be  used  by  Wren  Residence.  Data  analysis  technique used is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Based on the results of SWOT analysis  in  the  form  of  matrix  diagram  and  IE table,  it  finds  that  competitive  strategies  of  Wren Residence  is focused  on  aggressive  strategy  (growth-oriented  strategy)  that  is suitable  with  the existing opportunities. PT. Regional Trypillian adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pengembangan rumah baru untuk mencapai  kesejahteraan  masyarakat, terutama  dengan  menyediakan  tempat  tinggal  dan mengembangkan perannya  dalam  pembangunan  ekonomi dalam  memasarkan  produk hunian  dan pemanfaatan tenaga kerja. Pembentukan perusahaan yang diprakarsai oleh Bapak Sofyan Hudri sejak 15  Februari  2014  ini,  mulai dari  usaha  mengelola,  memasarkan,  dan  menghasilkan  rumah dengan investor  /  pemilik  lahan.  Tempat tinggal  Wren  terdiri  dari  2 tipe:  tipe  50  dan  tipe  90.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk mengetahui  kompetisi  yang  dihadapi Wren  Residence  di  Palu  dan untuk mengkaji  strategi  alternatif  yang  dapat  digunakan  oleh  Wren Residence.  Teknik  analisis  data  yang digunakan  adalah  analisis SWOT  (Strength,  Weakness,  Opportunity,  Threat).  Berdasarkan  hasil analisis  SWOT  berupa  diagram  matriks  dan  tabel  IE,  maka  strategi  kompetitif  Wren  Residence difokuskan pada strategi agresif (strategi berorientasi pertumbuhan) yang sesuai dengan peluang yang ada.

This study aims to describe the prospect of the trend of export sales volume of 32/1 cotton carded yarn in PT Dan Liris. In 2018, the volume of exports of 32/1 cotton carded yarn to China dropped dramatically to zero orders. In addition, research on the decline in the sales volume of exports of 32/1 cotton carded yarn to China aims to find out deeply the flow of the company's external factors, namely trade war which caused a decline in the volume of export sales to China at PT Dan Liris. The method used in this study is a mixed method by providing an overview of the problems that occur in the PT Dan Liris company. The analytical tool in this study is the trend analysis technique by giving an overview of the trend in volume and the prospect of possible future export volumes of yarn products. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are the volume of export sales of PT Dan Liris yarn to China that are upside down or unstable. This study also succeeded in revealing that the existence of external factors in the trade war that occurred between the United States and China was very detrimental to the company in terms of income and continuity of production. Based on the results of the analysis of the data, the authors then conducted a SWOT analysis matrix as the company's alternative. The author suggests 12 new strategies that can be done by PT Dan Liris such as PT Dan Liris can take action by utilizing promotional services either online or offline, conducting research and analyzing the development of buyer countries related to economic issues on a regular basis, as well as the likely impact on the company. A survey of customer satisfaction and attention to employee welfare is also very important to maintain the integrity of the company. Keywords: Sales Volume, Trade War, Company Integrity.

Tourism Object Sendang Asri Gajah Mungkur Reservoir is the most visited tourist destinations compared to other tourist objects in the Wonogiri region. The uniqueness that is owned by the tourism object of Sendang Asri is often held certain events such as new year, Idul Fitri holidays, the title of cultural tourism and so on which at that time the number of visitors far beyond the ordinary day. Many factors affect the amount of tourist visits, especially in Tourism Object of Sendang Asri Gajah Mungkur Reservoir such as existing facilities, ease of location, uniqueness and service, price and beauty and scarcity of objects.This research aimed to test whether factors which researchers convey the above  have effect excursions on tourism visit to tourism object of Sendang Asri Wonogiri. With this research is expected the manager can take strategy in managing this area. In   this research  into the  object  is  the  visitor  of  tourism  object  of  Sendang  Asri  Gajah Mungkur Reservoir. Because of the limitations of the researchers, the researchers used samples with convenience Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques used were factor analysis with variable determination stage, correlation matrix formation, factor extraction, matrix rotation, model determination test and SWOT analysis. Expected research outputs are publications in International journals, Materials to be submitted in scientific meetings, simple Intellectual Property Rights and teaching materials lectures.

Abstract This study using the object research is breeder chicken egg layer Surajiman, Tanjung Bintang. The effort farms chicken egg layer Surajiman, Tanjung Bintang. Was founded by Mr. Surajiman in 2016 in the Village Serdang IIIA, Tanjung Bintang. This is built on a farm land with a land area of 200 m2, with the number of cattle chicken as much as 600 tail. In this study data taken still 600 tail. In doing this business Mr. Surajiman still managed myself because the number of chicken in pet still relative a little. If a farm knowing stages where at first chicken only number 600 tail. On the life-cycle of certain before the production of the egg declined, then it can be added to the become more, in addition should also divide the chicken in some period of the age of chicken in order to maintain the cycle of the age of chicken so can improve the quality of the egg results his production. With knowing the cycle of chicken, it will make a farm become more advanced in the production of peck at her eggs and increased profits that in the future.
