This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the Cultural Organization of the Cooperative Members Participation in Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) East Jakarta. This research was conducted at Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) for approximately one month, starting from November 2011 until December 2011. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study are all members of Koperasi Pegawai Telkom (KOPEGTEL) in East Jakarta. While the population is affordable cooperative members who are in the central office PT.Telkom East Jakarta branch. The samples used were 58 members. The sampling technique in this research is proporsial sampling technique to sample tables at the level of 5% error. Calculation of research data begins with finding regression equation and obtained y = 33.11 + 0,737X. Then test requirements normality test data analysis with error estimates using formula Lilifoers. L value obtained from the calculation count = 0.077 whereas L table for n = 58 is 0.116. Because L count <L table, then the estimated error normality test regression of Y on X indicates that the error estimates of regression of Y on X normal distribution. The results of calculations to test the significance of regression (α = 0.05) was obtained F count = 36.94 and F table = 4.03. Because the F count> F table, the regression model is significant. For the calculation of the regression linearity test (α = 0.05) was obtained F count = 0,92 and 2,08 F table. Since F arithmetic <F table, then the model is a linear regression equation. Hypothesis testing using the formula of Pearson Product Moment correlation r xy yield of 0.630 while the results of the significance test obtained t count ttable by 6.08 and 1.68. Due t count> t table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture with Cooperative Members Participation in Telkom Employees Cooperative (KOPEGTEL) East Jakarta. Calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 39.74% variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X. It is concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture relationships with the participation of Members Cooperative. More conducive organizational culture, the higher participation of the Cooperative Members

This study aims to determine the Correlation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment at Minhaj Shahabah Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study was conducted at Pesantren Minhaj Shahabah Bogor in 2020 and it used survey method with the correlation approach. This study population was 146 employees and the number of sample was 107 employees by proportionate random sampling technique. The collected research data will be analysed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics is used for testing the hypotheses using regression analysis technique, simple correlation and multiple correlation. The results show that 1) there is a positive highly significant correlation berween transformational leadership with organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1) is 0,989, coefficient of determination (ry.1)² is 0,978, and supported by regression equation of Ŷ = 14,150 + 0,853 X1, 2) there is a is a positive highly significant correlation between organizational culture with organizational commitment, with coefficient of correlation (ry.2) is 0,993, coefficient of determination (ry.2)² is 0,986, and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 5,992 + 0,932 X2, and 3) there is a positive highly significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational culture and organizational commitment with coefficient of correlation (ry.1.2) is 0,994 and coefficient of determination (ry.1.2)²  is 0,988 and supported by regression equation Ŷ = 7,698 + 0,260X1 + 0,651X2. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational commitment can be enhanced through transformational leadership and organizational culture.

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant effect of role playing method or role play against the interest of children following the Sunday school worship age 8-12 years in Huria Kristen Batak Protestan Peanajagar Ressort Peanajagar Tarutung. This research uses descriptive and inferential quantitative method. The population is all school children weeks of age 8-12 years inHuria Kristen Batak Protestan Peanajagar Ressort Peanajagar Tarutungwhich amounted to 121 people and the sample set 36 people By using random sampling technique. The data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The results of data analysis showed that there is a positive and significant influence of role playing method on the interest of children following the Sunday school worship at the age of 8-12 years inHuria Kristen Batak Protestan Peanajagar Ressort Peanajagar Tarutungevidenced by the analysis of data as follows: 1) Test requirements analysis: a) test positive relationships obtained value rxy = 0.351 rtabel ( = 0,05, n = 36) = 0.329 Thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables X with the variable Y. b) Test a significant relationship obtained value t count = 2.044 ttable ( = 0,05, dk = n-2 = 34) = 2.042 thus there is a significant relationship between variables X with variable Y. 2) Test influence: a) Test the regression equation, obtained by regression equation. b) Test of regression coefficient of determination (r2) = 12%. 3) Hypothesis test using F test obtained Fcount Ftable is 6.678 1.62 thus H0 rejected and Ha accepted. AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan, kekuatan otot tungkai, dan koordinasi terhadap ketepatan shooting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  survei dengan teknik analisis jalur. Pengujian analisis dilakukan dengan perhitungan persyaratan data yaitu uji normalitas, uji signifikansi dan linieritas regresi. (1) Keseimbangan berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting  dengan persamaan garis regresi linier Y = 8,904 + 0,474 X1, koefisien korelasi (rX1Y) = 0,349 dan koefisien determinasi (r2X1Y) =0,122 dan ρYX1 = 0,349, yang berarti variabel keseimbangan memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap ketepatan shooting sebesar 12,22%. (2) Kekuatan otot tungkai berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting  dengan persamaan garis regresi linier Y = 4,312 + 0,073 X2, koefisien korelasi (rX2Y) = 0,453 dan koefisien determinasi (r2X2Y) = 0,205 dan ρYX2 = 0,453, yang berarti variabel kekuatan otot tungkai memberikan pengaruh  langsung terhadap ketepatan shooting sebesar 20,5%. (3) Koordinasi berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting dengan persamaan garis regresi linier Y = 10,073 + 0,412 X3, koefisien korelasi (rX3Y) = 0,294 dan koefisien determinasi (r2X3Y) = 0,086 dan ρYX3 = 0,294,  yang berarti variabel kekuatan otot tungkai memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap ketepatan shooting. (4) Tidak ada pengaruh keseimbangan melalui koordinasi terhadap ketepatan shooting dengan nilai beta yaitu  0,251 (0,251 0,349). (5) Tidak ada pengaruh kekuatan otot tungkai melalui koordinasi terhadap ketepatan shooting dengan nilai beta yaitu 0,084 (0,084 0,453). AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of balance, leg muscle strength, and coordination on the accuracy of shooting. The research method used in this study is a survey with path analysis techniques. Analysis testing is performed by calculating the data requirements namely normality test, significance test and linearity regression. (1) Balance affects the accuracy of shooting with the linear regression equation Y = 8.904 + 0.474 X1, the correlation coefficient (rX1Y) = 0.349 and the coefficient of determination (r2X1Y) = 0.122 and ρYX1 = 0.349, which means the balance variable gives a direct influence on the accuracy of shooting at 12.22%. (3) Coordination affects the accuracy of shooting with linear regression equation Y = 10.073 + 0.412 X3, the correlation coefficient (rX3Y) = 0.294 and the coefficient of determination (r2X3Y) = 0.086 and ρYX3 = 0.294, which means the leg muscle strength variable gives a direct influence on shooting accuracy. (4) There is no effect of balance through coordination on the accuracy of shooting with a beta value of 0.251 (0.251 0.349). (5) There is no effect of leg muscle strength through coordination on shooting accuracy with a beta value of 0.084 (0.084 0.453).

This study aims to find out and test empirical data related to the relationship between organizational culture, discipline and teacher teaching productivity simultaneously or separately. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely Private Primary School teachers in Matraman sub-district. The sample of this study was 93 respondents out of a total of 120 private elementary school teacher populations in Matraman District in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection is done by using questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is correlation analysis and descriptive described regression. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.751 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0.749 X1, it can be read that each increase in one unit score of organizational culture (X1) affects the increase in teacher teaching productivity score (Y) of 0.749 points. Second, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between discipline and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 54.2%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0,749 X2, it can be read that each increase in one unit of discipline score (X2) affects the increase in the teacher's teaching productivity score (Y) by 0.749 points. Third, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and simultaneous discipline with teacher teaching productivity. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.815 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 66.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 12,191 + 0,467 X1 + 0,427 X2. From this equation it can be read that each increase in one independent unit score of organizational culture and discipline jointly affects the increase in teaching productivity scores 0.894.

The activity of Teak (Tectona grandis) forest management on HKm in Gunungkidul is one of the wood production sources. However, the wood volume estimator for production planning is unavailable yet. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a wood volume estimator to facilitate production planning. The goal of this research is to create a regression equation for the relationship between circumference and volume and compiling the local volume rate (TVL) of Teak trees (Tectona grandis) in the Sedyo Rukun Community Forest (Hkm) area, Banyusoco Village, Playen, Gunungkidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique that used was purposive sampling with the sample was in the form of felled trees volume. The volume of the tree was calculated by using the smalian’s formula. TVL was arranged in some stages, data normality test, regression equation model, and validation test. The selection of the best model is considering into the criteria value of (coefficient of determination) R², (standard error of estimation) Se, F test, chi-square (x²), SA, SR, bias, and RMSE. Based on the research results, the best regression model is the power model with the formula V = with the value of R ² is 0.865; SE 0,390; SA -2.97; SR 0.16%; Bias 1.76%; RMSE 2.68% and chi-square 3,03.

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

This study aims to determine wheather there is any effect on the Economics of Education student procrastination force in 2013 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research was carried out for 2 months starting from the month of May 2016 to June 2016. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were students of Economic Education in 2013 totaling 210 students. According to the table and sample population with 5% level of misunderstanding the obtained sample of 210 students. X variable data about the locus of control is the primary data in the form of questionnaire and Y about procrastination is the primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Ŷ= 139,57+0,74X. Normality test results Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0,0764 dan Ltabel = 0,0786 at the significance level (a) = 0:05 to the number of samples (n) 127. Because Lhitung= (0,0764) < L tabel = (0,0786) then the variable X and Y have normal distribution. Testing the hypothesis with a significance test of regression produces Fhitung (86,89) > Ftabel (3,939), which means a significant regression equation. produce regression linearity test of Fhitung (0,19) < Ftabel (1,59) so Fhitung< Ftabel it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient generating rhitung = -0.6403. T-test produces thitung (-9,321)> ttabel (1.979). Thus it can be stated correlation coefficient rxy = -0.6403 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 41,01% indicates that 41,01% variable procrastination is determined by the locus of control and the remaining 58,99% influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of this study concluded that there are significant negative and significant correlation between locus of control with procrastination on Economic Education class of 2013 student Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

The result shows that organizational culture gives negative direct effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style gives negative direct effect on Turnover Intention, Job stress gives positive direct effect on turnover intention, organizational culture gives negative direct effect to job stress, leardership style gives negative direct effect to job strees and ledearship organization gives positive direct effect to leadership style. This research aims to test the influence of organizational personality and culture on organizational citizenship behavior through the organization's commitment as a intervening variable. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling technique i.e. saturated sampling i.e. taking the whole sample or all members of the population are used as samples. Respondents in this study were the permanent teachers of Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman amounting to 60 people. This research uses the methods of descriptive analysis and statistics carried out validity tests, the test of relibility, multicolinearity test, heteroskedastisity test, normality test, correlation test, coefficient of determination, test T, analysis of pathways, calculation of Influence and Test Sobel. Testing in test T shows that the personality affects the Organization's commitment to the teacher of Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. Organizational culture has a significant effect on the organization's commitment to the teachers remain in Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. Personality has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior on the teachers remained SahabatQu Pondok Pesantren Sleman. The organizational culture has a significant effect on the teachers staying at the Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. The commitment of the Organization has a significant effect on the teachers remained the Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. Organizational commitments can be radiated between personality and organizational citizenship behavior based on the Sobel test. Organizational commitments cannot be intermediate between organizational cultures and organizational citizenship behavior based on Sobel tests.

This study aims to determine the effect of interest in learning on learning achievement in fiqh subjects, giving assignments on learning achievement in Fiqh subjects, and the influence of interest in learning and assignment to learning achievement in Fiqh subjects. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were students in grades 7 and 8 of MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 239 students. The sample of this study was 150 students of MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the academic year 2020/2021 with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test using normality test and linearity test. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression, F test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the influence of interest in learning on the learning achievement of students in fiqh subjects at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year proved to have a significantly positive effect. Giving assignments in Fiqh subjects to Fiqh Learning Achievements has been proven to have a significantly positive impact. The influence of learning interest and Fiqh subject assignments at MTs Negeri 3 Sukoharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year together has a significant effect.
