This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

This study aims to find out and test empirical data related to the relationship between organizational culture, discipline and teacher teaching productivity simultaneously or separately. In this study, the authors used a survey method with a correlational and regression approach to quantitative data obtained from the object of research, namely Private Primary School teachers in Matraman sub-district. The sample of this study was 93 respondents out of a total of 120 private elementary school teacher populations in Matraman District in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection is done by using questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The type of analysis used is correlation analysis and descriptive described regression. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.751 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0.749 X1, it can be read that each increase in one unit score of organizational culture (X1) affects the increase in teacher teaching productivity score (Y) of 0.749 points. Second, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between discipline and teacher teaching productivity with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 54.2%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 31,073 + 0,749 X2, it can be read that each increase in one unit of discipline score (X2) affects the increase in the teacher's teaching productivity score (Y) by 0.749 points. Third, there is a positive, strong and significant relationship between organizational culture and simultaneous discipline with teacher teaching productivity. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.815 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 66.4%. The direction of influence is indicated by the regression equation Ŷ = 12,191 + 0,467 X1 + 0,427 X2. From this equation it can be read that each increase in one independent unit score of organizational culture and discipline jointly affects the increase in teaching productivity scores 0.894.

This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation on teacher performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 136 teachers (86 male teachers and 50 female teachers) from 4 State Senior High Schools in East Lombok Regency, namely SMA Negeri 1 Aikmel, SMA Negeri 1 Wanasaba, SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, and SMA Negeri 1 Suela. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was given to respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and multiple regression tests followed by a correlation test. Data analysis results based on the coefficient of determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the coefficient of determination of work motivation of 47.8%, academic supervision of 45.5%, and the variable of principal leadership of 44.4%. While the results of the coefficient of determination collectively were 53.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and collectively, the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation affect teacher performance.

AbstractEach organization has a distinct characteristic. This difference is the identity of the organization that is then called the organizational culture. Organizational culture refers to the unique relationship of norms, values, beliefs and behavioral ways that characterize how groups and individuals get things done. Cultural relationships with how to make a commitment to realizing the vision, winning the hearts of customers, winning competitors, and building the strength of the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture towards employee performance and how much the percentage of organizational culture influences the employee's performance. This research uses a quantitative approach, done by collecting data of numbers. Data is then processed and analyzed to obtain scientific information. Data obtained by the survey results to 17 respondents as a data collection tool. The study used a survey method with simple linear regression data analysis techniques and Pearson's correlation to know the magnitude of the correlation between the X variables to the Y variables, as well as conducting hypotheses to figure out the magnitude of each variable's influence. Once analyzed using a correlation test there is a relationship between the influence of organizational culture to performance with a correlation value of 0.939. As well as an influence between independent variables (organizational cultures) on dependent variables (employee performance) of a simple linear regression test result obtained a significant value less than α (0.000 0.025). From the coefficient of determination of the obtained value of R2 0.883, from the value of coefficient of determination can be concluded that the employee's performance influenced by the organizational culture of 88.3%. AbstrakSetiap organisasi mempunyai ciri khas yang berbeda. Perbedaan inilah yang menjadi identitas bagi organisasi yang kemudian dinamakan budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi mengacu pada hubungan yang unik dari norma-norma, nilai-nilai, kepercayaan dan cara berprilaku yang menjadi ciri bagaimana kelompok dan individu dalam menyelesaikan sesuatu. Budaya hubungan dengan bagaimana membuat komitmen untuk mewujudkan visi, memenangkan hati pelanggan, memenangkan pesaing, dan membangun kekuatan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seberapa besar presentase pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data yang berupa angka. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi ilmiah. Data diperoleh hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 17 responden sebagai alat pengumpul data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui besarnya korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Variabel Y, serta melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai korelasi 0,939. Serta terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen (budaya organisasi) terhadap variabel  dependen (kinerja karyawan) dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana didapatkan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari α (0,000 0,025). Dari uji Koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai R2 0,883, dari nilai koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi budaya organisasi sebesar 88,3%.

This research aims to know the influence of the allowances and the creativity of work on the performance of Secondary Vocational School teacher (SMK) in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (Province NTT). Implementation of the survey method, i.e. to know the obvious problems with the picture of samples in field. The sample selected by random sampling technique of 4 County and 1 City in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (Province NTT). The instruments used in this study is a questionnaire about: benefits, Working and performance and teacher creativity, who each totaled 30 items and 25 reserved. The obtained data were analyzed using path analysis.The study found the following results: 1). Evaluation of the Allowances received by SMK teachers in NTT province did not give a positive direct effect on teacher performance, this is shown from the correlation coefficient between the allowance received by the teacher and the teacher’s performance of -0.013 and the path coefficient of -0.08. This can be interpreted that the high performance of a vocational school teacher in NTT Province is not influenced by the size of the allowance received by the teacher, 2). The evaluation of creativity gives a positive direct effect on the performance of SMK teachers in NTT Province, this is shown from the correlation coefficient between work creativity with teacher performance of 0.390 and the path coefficient of 0.403. This means that the higher the creativity of work the higher the performance, and conversely the lower the creativity of work, the lower the performance, and 3). Allowances received by SMK teachers in NTT Province give positive indirect effect on teacher performance through work creativity, this is shown from correlation coefficient between allowance received by teacher with teacher performance equal to -0.013 and path coefficient equal to -0.08 and correlation coefficient Between creativity of work with teacher performance equal to 0.390 and path coefficient 0.403. The coefficient of combined path (indirectly) is 0.067; Meaning the higher the allowance received by the teacher indirectly through the creativity of the work the higher the performance of the teacher.The research concluded that the allowances do not affect work directly against the performance of teachers. Affect the work will support the work of teachers’ creativity that would have an impact on performance, The teacher SMK in Province NTT. Therefore allowances work gives an indirect influence on performance through increased teacher creativity works.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. The study employed causal survey method with the population of 85 religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. Given that the sample is less than 100 participants, the respondents in this study is the total sample (the whole population). Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure the variables of teacher performance, education and training, and work discipline. The coefficient of reliability (alpha value) is consecutively 0.8074; 0.7126. The results indicate that, first, there is a direct and significant effect of education and training to the teacher performance, indicated by the value þ = 1.030 with a regression equation Y = 28.529 + 1,030X1, r1y correlation coefficient = 0.917, and the coefficient of determination R square = 0.841, or 84,1%. Second, there is a positive and significant impact of education and training on work discipline, shown by the p-value = 0.00 <0.05 with a regression equation X2 = 6.214 + 0,733X2, correlation coefficient (R2.1) = 0.928 and F count = 516.609, and the R Square = 0.862, or 86.2%. Third, there is a direct and significant effect of performance to work discipline, which is indicated by the value þ = 0.839, the regression equation Y = 32.015 + 0,839X2. Fourth, there is a direct influence of the training and work discipline on the teacher performance, the regression equation Y = 30.070 + 0,313X1 + 0,610X2, Ry.12 correlation coefficient = 0.952, and the R square = 0.907 or 90.7%. The findings imply that the religious teacher performance in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City can be improved by participating education and training program and improving work discipline. Teachers will have a good performance if the teacher in carrying out his profession as well as possible in accordance with the principles of professional teachers and supported by the compensation and culture of a good school organization as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance. Methods Survey research with correlational approach. The population in this study is the teacher of State Senior High School 2 Ambon as many as 93 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The number of sample research as many as 50 people and test samples of 40 people. Hypothesis testing shows that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance. It is shown by the value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,641) and tcount 2,645 bigger than ttable (2,011), 2) there is positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher performance. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.527 and the tcount (4.923) is greater than the ttable (2.011); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 6,070) and the value of Fhitung (19,151) is greater than Ftable (5,641). There is a coherent relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang dipilih dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi dengan Thitung 6,81 dan Ttabel 1,70. Dari uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan linier dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 27,24 + 0,408X. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi variabel budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru, diperoleh pengaruh yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,741. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang dibuat menghasilkan 0,5497 atau sebesar 54,97%, ini berarti bahwa sebanyak 54,97% budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 45,03% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model ini.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kinerja guru, sekolah kejuruan.THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCEAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The result shows that there is positive influence between teacher’s performance and organizational culture with Tcount of 6.81 and Ttabel of 1.70. It is also expressed normal and linearly distribution with regression equation Ŷ = 27.24 + 0.408X. Based on correlation coefficient of organizational culture variables with teacher performance obtained a strong influence that is equal to 0.741. Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination made to produce 0.5497 or equal to 54.97%, this means that as much as 54.97% of organizational culture affects teacher performance, while the remaining 45.03% was influenced by other variables not described in this model.

This study aims to find out both partially and simultaneously the relationship of Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) with the Incidence of Degenerative Diseases (Y) among the residents of Housing Kanjuruhan Asri, Malang City. The study uses a purposive proportional random sampling survey method. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire that has previously been validated by the Pearson’s Product Moment validity test and Spearman Brown’s reliability test (Split Half). Data were analysed using the Spearman’s Rank and Multiple Correlation techniques. The results showed that Regularity of Exercise (X1 ) had a correlation coefficient of 0.881 and Diet (X2 ) a correlation coefficient of 0.963 with the Degenerative Disease Incidence (Y). Also, Regularity of Exercise (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) had a simultaneous relationship with degenerative disease incidence (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.966. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2 ) test of 0.932 explained the contribution of the influence of the variables Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) to the variable Degenerative Disease Incidence (Y) of 93.2%; which is quite high. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship both partially and simultaneously between Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ), and the Incidence of Degenerative Diseases (Y) among the residents of Housing Kanjuruhan Asri, Malang City. This research was conducted at PT Honda Motor Indonesia, with the title: Relationship Career development with employee performance at PT Honda Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development and employee performance at PT. Honda Motor Indonesia. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a correlational approach where in the process of collecting data a direct observation was conducted on the company in the form of observation and questionnaire distribution. Career development is an employee activity that helps employees in planning their future careers in the company so that the company and the employees concerned can develop themselves to the maximum. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is the desire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. The linear regression test is y = 51.82 + 0.656X and the correlation test is 0.458 which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 20.97% and the remaining 79.03% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic = 3.573 and t table 0.279 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a strong enough relationship between career development with employee performance.

Abstract  –  Compensation is one of the important parts in an effort to meet job satisfaction for employees in an organization. With high job satisfaction employees are expected to feel happy at work, more motivated in work, increased productivity, and make employees become more loyal to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. Key Word: Financial compensation, non financial compensation,  Job Satisfaction
