The purpose of this research were to : (1) To calculate the cost of production and farm income watermelon in Sumber Mulyo, (2) To analyze the advantages of farming watermelons in Sumber Mulyo, (3) To determine the contribution of farming income watermelon terhahap total family income paddy rice farmer in the village of Sumber Mulyo. The research was conducted in Sumber Mulyo East OKU District. Research was conducted on the Moon June-July 2014 with a simple random sampling method with 24 samples. The study found that farmers earn income from farming watermelons Rp. 7,834,399.47 per the production process, watermelon farming profitable in Sumber Mulyo with a value of 2.27, and a watermelon farm income contribution to total family income of paddy farmers in Sumber Mulyo amounted to 36.16%.

The purpose of this study is to: (1) Calculate the cost, income and income of farmers from the business of nila tilapia in Sumbersuko Jaya Village in Belitang Sub-District, OKU Timur Regency, (2) Knowing the contribution contribution of tilapia farmer income to household income in Sumbersuko Jaya Village, Belitang District, East OKU Regency. This research was conducted in Sumbersuko Jaya Village, Belitang District, East OKU Regency. The selection of the location of this study is determined purposively with the consideration that the village of Sumbersuko Jaya is one of the villages in Belitang sub-district which most of the population is as rice farmers and there are some farmers who do the business of tilapia fish. This research will be conducted in June 2014. This research found that total production cost incurred in the effort of tilapia farming in Sumbersuko Jaya Village Belitang OKU Timur subdistrict is Rp 8.009.219 / Lg / Process, business acceptance of Rp 14.471.696 / Lg / Process so that income received is Rp 6.462.476 / Lg / Process. The value of R / C ratio is 1.8 which indicates that the business of nila tilapia enlargement is beneficial and the contribution of tilapia nil product revenues to total family income in one month is included in medium criterion, with contribution percentage amounted to 39,10%. This is due to the efforts of tilapia fish enlargement is still a side business not as a main business.

This study aims to measure how big the contribution of farming beans on household income of farmers in the village of the District Warembungan, Pineleng Sub-district. Collecting data started from May 2015 to July 2015. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires and secondary data is data obtained from the Village Government Warembungan and scientific papers related to the study. The data in this research is descriptive analysis and presented in tabular form. The results showed that long bean farming can contribute to the family income of farmers per year in the village of the Warembungan, Village, Pineleng sub-district by 36.33 percent. This suggests that long bean farm income is inportant source of income for farmers who make an important contribution, because the value of long bean farm income to total family income farmers can increase their income more than 35 percent to the total household income of farmers.

This research was conducted in order to obtain information system cropping patterns and farming in the District Loa Janan to increase cropping intensity in order to support the development of site-specific dryland farming insightful agribusiness. This research is also expected to result in the value of R / C ratio greater than 1 so that it is economically feasible to be implemented at the farm level. This study aims to conduct inventory of characteristics of land such as: climate, relief, topography, soil type, and land use, mengidentivikasi pattern of farmers planting dragon fruit and pepper in the village Batuah, knowing the cost and farm income commodity dragon fruit and pepper, as well as determine the feasibility of farming based on the analysis of R / C ratio. This research uses descriptive method with interviews with respondents sampled, namely farmers dragon fruit and pepper farmers in the village of Loa Janan Regency. The results showed by climatic conditions, topography and land more feasible to develop commodity pepper from the dragon fruit, both in monoculture and mixed farms. Overall analysis of farm commodities and pepper dragon fruit has a value of R / C ratio> 1, which means that the commodity still worth to be cultivated. Based on the analysis of capital productivity (π / C ratio) commodity pepper is more feasible to be developed because it is larger than bank interest, while the dragon fruit is smaller than bank interest. Based on the factors of production of farm commodities dragon fruit significant influence, such as land, seed and fertilizer.

Strawberry (Fragaria sp.)  is a type of fruit that has high economic value. An to increase the income of strawberry farmers is by intercropping with leek. To understand the efficiency of the farming the by using production input. This research aims to 1) analyze the effect of the use of production factors, 2) analyze the level of efficiency in the use of production factors, and 3) to analyze the profit level of intercropping strawberries-leek in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. There are 35 samples obtained using simple random sampling. The analysis was performed using the Cobb Douglass production function analysis, the NPM / BKM ratio and farm income analysis. The results of this research were the use of production factors, seed; area; labor; and insecticides partially affected the production of intercropping strawberries, while the production factors of chicken-husk fertilizer; NPK-Phonska fertilizer; other fertilizers; and fungicides had no effect on the production of intercropping strawberries. The production factors for seeds; labor; and insecticides have an NPM-BKM ratio value greater than one where the use of these inputs is not efficient. Meanwhile, the production factor for land area has an NPM-BKM ratio value of less than one where the use of these inputs is not efficient. R / C for cash costs was 4.61 and R / C for total costs was 1.09. The R / C value for both cash costs and total costs has a value greater than one, so the strawberry and leek intercropping farming in Serang Village can be said to be profitable.

We established multiple regression models by on-site survey on 3090 famers’ family in 139 counties in 4 provinces in the Huang-Huai plain, comprehensively analyzing the factors which affect the utilization of farmer's straw. Research results indicate that, some factors such as family agricultural labor population number, and family income level, and masters’ political conditions, and duties in village, and education life, and straw using technology master situation, and straw using cognitive and farming area, and farming system, and straw subsidies, and straw industry development have positive effects on straw comprehensive utilization, while the factors like part-time work degree, and domestic livestock culture situation, and the cost-effective of using straw have negative effects on straw comprehensive utilization. These factors like straw subsidies, the cost-effective of using straw, straw using cognitive, straw utilization technology, family farm income, farm area have significant impact on farmer's straw utilization; masters’ political conditions, duties in village, education life, family livestock culture situation, straw industry development make little influences. To increase the level of farmer's straw comprehensive utilization, there are some measures to take: Party members and leaders of the village further play the exemplary role apart from raising the awareness of farmers on crop straw; conscientiously implement the State subsidy policies about straw; implement straw utilization technology innovation, actively promote straw utilization technology; promote the realization of straw resources and commercialization to improve farmers’ income.

This research aims to analyze the amount of income earned by farmers from cocoa farming. This research was conducted from May to June 2013 in Siontapina village of Lasalimu Sub-district of Buton Regency. The research sample is determined by sample random techniques (Simple random sampling method) with 30 people. Research data obtained through direct interviews with farmer respondents using a questionnaire. While secondary data is obtained from the village office/administrative and related institutions were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively used to determine the level of income by the formula : N1 = TR- TC, TR = P x Q, TC = TFC + TVC, comparative analysis: Revenue - cost ratio for comparing the difference between the value of production and the cost of production by the formula RC ratio : R/C = Revenue (TR) / Total Cost (TC). The results showed that the income earned by farmers from cocoa farming with land area ranges between 1 to 3 ha of IDR 8,109,000 - 35,437,000/year, with income per capita monthly average IDR 675,750,00 so that Siontapina village had not been considered poor, the average income earned by farmers in cocoa farming with land area- average of 2,05 hectares of IDR 18,426,767/year. Cocoa farming by farmers still does because based on the results of feasibility analysis obtained a value of 5.7. This illustrates that every cost IDR 1.00 incurred by farmers will gain acceptance by IDR 5.7. So, farmers are expected to carry cocoa farming is more responsive and responsive to the presence of new technologies that can increase cocoa production.   Keywords: revenue, cost of production, cocoa.

Vegetable plants when viewed in terms of the economy is well-developed or cultivated due to the increasing demand, with simple technology, a fairly short lifespan between 3-4 weeks can be harvested, and the market continues to be wide open. Looking at the current situation, researchers want to do more in the influence of pandemic covid 19 on the income of vegetable farmers at the village Way Mhorock Jayapura City. Primary Data is used with in-depth interviews to farmers. With the number of samples of the 16 heads of family Farmers Research site was held in the village Way Mhorock Kota Jayapura which took place in June-July year 2020. Data analysis method is the analysis of earnings R/C Ratio analysis, analysis of B/C ratio (Benefit and Cost Ratio and analysis of BEP (Break Even Point). The results showed that the average profit gained by farmers from vegetable farming is and is IDR 11,168,267,-every month. Based on the profit and expense incurred, the value of B/C ratio of the total cost obtained by the farmer farmers is 2.47, so in other words B/C > 0 This means that the farming of vegetables in this village can provide benefits or beneficial and worthy to continue even in situations pandemic Covid today. The strategy is an opportunity so that the farmer managed to remain strong in the face of Covid 19 namely: continue to work hard, farmers still pay attention to the protocol health in farming. Both hand wash and wear masks. The average age of farmers is the age of productive, so with this age then a fairly strong and tough age against the corona virus. There is always an adequate supply of manure for daily use, so if there is a large social restriction, it is not an obstacle because of the availability of the manure. Farmers continue to provide good service, to customers and buyers with attention to the quality of vegetables purchased by consumers. The location is very close to the resident settlements, it is the strength for farmers in farming.

Citrus Nobilis, known as Siamese orange, is one of the strategic fruits commodities for West Sumatera because of its higher productivity, approximately 6 - 9 tons per hectare. However, this commodity faces a fluctuated demand both in domestic and international markets. This is a serious problem due to its impact on farm income as well as in its competitive advantage. The aim of this study was to analyze the comparative advantage level of siamese orange farming.  Survey of 84 siamese orange farmers selected using simple random sampling is conducted to get orange farming data. The comparative advantage level is measured using Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) approach. The results show that siamaese orange farming has a high comparative advantage. This showed by a value of social profitability was more than zero and domestic resource cost ratio was less than one. This comparative advantage could be sustainable by domestic resources utilization efficiently. The improvement of skills and the use of modern siamaese orange farming technology are recommended.Keywords: Comparative advantage, siamese orange farming, PAM

The purpose of this research were to: 1. To determine the scale of industrial enterprises in the village klanting sidorahayu Belitang District of East OKU. 2. To determine the production costs and revenue from product diversification klanting Village Belitang sidorahayu District of East OKU. 3. To find out how much industry revenue klanting contribution to the family income in the village sidorahayu Belitang District of East OKU. This research has been conducted in the village sidorahayu Belitang District of East OKU. The location determination is done deliberately, with the consideration that in the village there is a household scale industrial enterprises that process cassava into klanting. The execution of the research carried out on the Moon April-May 2014. The method used in this research is survey method with sampling techniques. This study found that the scale of effort klanting Village sidorahayu District of Belitang East OKU classified as micro, because the cost of business production average - average of Rp 134,792,887 per year, Revenue Average - Average Rp 206,181,818 per year and the average - average revenue of Rp 71,388,931 per year, The production cost of an average effort klanting Rp 374.425 / Pp, average receipts of Rp 572 727 / Pp and average revenue - average of Rp 198.303 / Pp and business contribution klanting to the family income in the village sidorahayu District of Belitang East OKU by 80%.

EFFECT OF INCOME ON BEEF CONSUMPTION IN KOTABUNAN VILLAGE EAST BOLAANG MONGONDOW REGENCY. Consumption of beef by society tends to increase in line with their income. The problem is whether people's income changes affect  beef consumption. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of income on beef consumption. Research has been conducted in the village of Kotabunan, District of Kotabunan East Bolaang Mongondow Regency.The data collection was conducted using a survey method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Determination of the sample villages have been done by purposive sampling, the village which has the largest population, and in the coastal area. Sample was selected by simple random sampling. The number of respondents as many as 44 households..Simple regression analysis was used to meet the goal of this study. Based on the results showed total incomes of respondents Rp. 143,070,000 with an average of Rp. 3,251,590.9/household /month. Total beef consumption 63.5 Kg / month, with an average expenditure of respondents to consume beef Rp. 134,886.36 or 4.9% of family income. Consumption of animal protein from livestock as much as 6 grams / capita / day, equivalent to 10.3 kg of meat / capita / year, 6.5 kg of eggs / capita / year, and 7.2 kg milk / capita / year is still not achieved. Based on the results of this study concluded that incomes significantly affect the consumption of beef in the village Kotabunan, District Kotabunan, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency.
