Objective: To determine the application of positive ability exercises in helping to overcome the problem of low self-esteem in patients with mental disorders. Method: The study used in this study was a literature review of positive ability exercises. Searching for the article is done by Google Scholar or Google Scholar, published from 2015 to 2020 which is accessed fulltext in PDF format. Of the 5 studies used 3 of them used the case study method, 1 the other used the Quasi Experimental Pre-post without control method and 1 the other used the lecture and discussion method. Results: Literature review shows that positive ability exercises vary greatly. The positive skills training consists of self-dressing activities, sewing therapy, washing activities, drawing activities and Plant Therapy activities. Significantly shows that all positive ability exercises can enhance and maintain the abilities that the client still has. This chapter discusses the influence individuals have in the ICT standards development process. The chapter draws upon ideas underlying the theory of the Social Shaping of Technology (SST). Looking through the SST lens, a number of non-technical factors that influence ICT standards development are identified. A literature review on the role of the individual in ICT standards setting and a case study of the IEEE 802.11 Working Group (WG) show that in a standards body's WG, the backgrounds, skills, attitudes, and behaviour of the individual WG members are crucially important factors. Yet, the case study also shows that in most cases employees tend to represent the ideas and goals of their respective employer. The chapter observes that the non-technical factors are ignored all too often in the literature. It argues that a better understanding of the impact and interplay of these factors, specifically including the skills and attitudes of the WG members, will have significant implications both theoretical and managerial.

The drag-flick is more efficient than hits or pushes when a penalty corner situation is in effect in field hockey. Previous research has studied the biomechanical pattern of the drag-flick, trying to find the cues for an optimal performance. On the other hand, some other studies have examined the most effective visual pick-up of relevant information in shots and goalkeeper anticipation. The aim of this study was to analyse the individual differences in the drag-flick pattern in order to provide relevant information for goalkeepers. One female skilled drag-flicker participated in the study. A VICON optoelectronic system (Oxford Metrics, Oxford, UK) was used to capture the drag-flicks with six cameras. The results showed that the main significant differences between right and left shots (p<0.05) in the stick angles, stick minimum angular velocity and front foot-ball distance were when the front foot heel contacted the floor (T1) and at the minimum velocity of the stick, before the dragging action (T3). The findings showed that the most relevant information might be picked up at the ball-and-stick location before the dragging action.

Strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan aplikasi publish or perlish. Kata kunci: Stres orang tua, Psikologis anak, Pandemi COVID-19, Mental health AbstractEven one year, the COVID-19 pandemic has occurred. One of them has a significant impact on mental health for parents and children, affects changes in family function, and raises the risk of the posttraumatic syndrome. This study aims to find gaps and novelty related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of parents and children. This study is a literature review was conducted on March 1 - April 7, 2021, with the PRISMA model flow chart. The researcher uses a publish or perish application for search article. The search for articles through the publish or perish application by searching through three databases, namely crossref, google scholar, and PubMed, obtained 1216 data in the form of research articles, books, letters to editors, and review sheets article. While searching for data through registers, the researcher used a directly registered record and obtained 339 data in scientific papers and letters to editors. The final results were 15 articles from the 30 articles reviewed from the three stages of the database search process. The methodological review of 15 articles showed that almost all articles used the quantitative method, including 14 articles and 1 article using the Mix method. From the assessment of the contents of the research results, there are three major categories: behavioural changes, emotional and psychological changes, and health impacts. Of all the articles obtained, almost all of them use quantitative research, so researchers suggest that further researchers use qualitative or mixed methods. Researchers recommend using a quasi-experimental design that aims to overcome and prevent PTSD from occurring if you want to use the technique. Keywords: Parental stress, Child psychology, COVID-19 pandemic, Mental health

This article investigates problem representations of nationality diversity at higher education and research institutions in Norway and in the other Nordic countries. Nationality diversity refers to different nationalities among academic staff that increases language, value and information diversity in organizations. Employing a ‘What’s the problem represented to be’ approach, we uncover problem representations identified in previous Nordic research on nationality diversity in academia as well as in a recent case study on nationality diversity at Norwegian higher education and research institutions. While the literature review identifies different problem representations, explores their underlying conceptual logics and describes how these problem representations are formed, the Norwegian case study intends to address problem representations that seem to be left unproblematic both in previous research and organizational practices in Norwegian academia.

AbstractThe main purpose of this paper is to identify the drivers of firm performance by exploring both quantitative indicators - based on accounting profitability, shareholder value and economic value – and qualitative approach – based on balanced scorecard and triple bottom line. A literature review will be provided in order to obtain an optimum mix of quantitative and qualitative drivers for firm performance, on one hand, and a case study will be conducted for emphasizing the importance of both approaches, on the other hand.
